My boyfriend and I stayed here in July 2018 for our first time vacation at Lake George. We stayed in the motel unit of Tea Island Resort. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the location was spectacular overlooking the lake. I chose Tea Island Resort because of the complimentary kayaks offered with our stay and they were definitely the highlight of my stay! I encountered no problems with accessing and using the kayaks — we went on two morning kayaks along the lake shore. The best part of our stay was checking in! The manager (and dog — Baloo? ) were so friendly and he went above and beyond in recommending and writing down for us places to see and restaurants to visit in the Lake George area. The one concern I had was that housekeeping did not visit to tidy the room during our stay, but I'm not sure if that is standard or not at this resort. The Wi-Fi was also very spotty and I think could be improved. Overall I was very pleased and would return if visiting Lake George again in the future.
Great location with great service. Phenomenal views of the lake. Private lake access with use of kayaks, paddle boards, and a paddle boat. Playscape and swings and a volleyball/badminton net also available for use. A grill is available as well. Stayed in a beautiful recently upgraded suite that had its own private deck and grill.

Our first stay here at Lake George and a tea island resort. This is the reason we will be coming back to Lake George. This place is great. Everyone is so nice and rooms are very clean and it's not crowded at all. Great for family vacation!
