My wife and I had a very enjoyable long weekend at the resort. It is a family run business and everyone works hard to ensure that guests are taken care of. We were especially impressed by Haider and his "never stop' pace as he circled the property in his golf cart making sure that we had towels and whatever we needed. A wonderful getaway that we will surely visit again.

We stayed this weekend and everyone was awesome there! We can't wait to go back!

The rooms are very dirty and smelly! Once we first got to our hall it had a stench like someone had been smoking and all sorts of other things. The rooms smelt and were very messy for instance there are a lot of cracks in the walls and the fridge that was in my room still had food in it. We continuosly had to kill Daddy Long Legs and the sheets were stained and wet. The bathroom had dirty wash cloths and the tub was not cleaned. The arcade games were not working and the candy was old in there.

It is a best place for family to stay like there own home very comfortable large suites indoor/ outdoor pool play land and a lot more.

Highly unsatisfied The room had dirty tissues and empty water bottles under the bed. The porch area had more empty bottles and a full ash tray of cigarette butts. This after we were told we could not check in 15 — 20 mins early due to housekeeping not be done yet. The remote didnt work, cable service sucked and not enough clean towels in the bathroom. The bed in our room was extremely small as well as the room itself. I feel the pictures on the web site misrepresent it as a resort because it felt more like a motel. The pool hours are from 1-8 so you can't use the pool service AT ALL before checkout because checkout is at 11Am. Will never go back again, I would recomed anybody looking into this place to stay elsewhere!

Room very small… my bathroom was never cleaned and we stayed for 2 nights… no breakfast or even coffee available… the grounds are well kept up… game room is extremely old… 3 exercise equipment machines in their so called gym… the jacuzzi sucked the indoor pool was okay the sauna and the outdoor pool was nice… We will never stay here again they left the curtains open in our room exposing our belongings… I would not recommend this place to no one…

Very clean. Smaller than we thought. TV did not work the microwave was tiny. There was no coffee maker. We had to call the desk just after arrival to ask for TP. The chairs outside the room were nice and the outdoor pool area was very nice. The family that runs it was very friendly and helpful when approached. Being clean and friendly goes a long way. We would probably stay there again.

Excellent service, great rooms, an indoor accessible pool, out door pool, washers and dryers, fun play ground, game rooms exercise room. Very friendly people. Rooms with porch and chairs, clean rooms and air conditioning. Close to downtown, trolley stops there. Had a great stay.

Great place to stay while enjoying your Lake George experience. Rooms are clean and very simple. Beds and a small fridge with microwave and a sink. TV has lots of channels. The outdoor pool is clean and large enough for all the guests. BBQ grills (charcoal) allow you to grill with your guests and just enjoy the outdoors as if you were at camp. The grounds are kept well. The staff is very friendly. Parking right in front of your unit. Good size playground and arcade for the kids. Price is great for what you get.

Stayed this past weekend. Had a great time. Rooms were very clean, grounds were kept nice, arcade playground and two pools. Staff was super nice and very accommodating. If we are up that way again we will definitely stay there. Would definitely recommend!

Great rates. Clean. Good housekeeping. An indoor and an outside pool. Nice small playground. I haven't been in there, but there is a game room for kids. A small room with a treadmill and exercise bike. There is a washer and dryer ($4.50 to wash and dry 1 load. ) Ice machine and soda machine. I have no complaints. Great place to stay if you are on a budget.

Would not recommend, the room had a funny smell. It was a very small room with no amenities at all, the pool had so much chemicals in it, has alot of potential. Not worth the money at all! The out pool was closed. Very disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are not maintained at all. I had seen constant bugs in room. See photos yourself. Rooms doesn't have coffee machine, you have to walk to their main office to get the coffee in the morning, and listen this — they start at 8am, not early. I'm an early riser and I had to take my car and hunt for coffee. They don't have green tea or any other tea for that matter. They don't even have iron board, they asked me to spread towel on ground/bed to iron my clothes. They advertise the game room, and guess what, they didn't have any. Our first holiday of summer was ruined by staying here. Now about cleanliness — none. See the pics I posted, there are stains everywhere, shower faucet and rod was rotten, many bugs at room. Carpet was too dirty. Sheets were ripped. TV remote can't work from your bed as it doesn't catch signal. You have to get up, walk to TV yo change channel or operate. They don't have any grill there, They advertised though. I feel pity as this place has a lot of potential, but it's not maintained at all. They have good property and outdoor is maintained, but inside the room is mood killer. Hated to give negative reviews, but only if other reviewers stayed true to their review, I wouldn't have spent my holiday here. Location — very nice as it's very close to lake gorge. Parking — ample Staff — ok, not great or too bad. Price — too expensive seeing how's the condition of rooms. I will not recommend this resort to any one. Worthless.

Not what they advertise, currently here for another day and not happy at all! The out door pool isn't open, wasn't yesterday either. The indoor pool doesn't open until 1:00pm daily (the website does not specify this)
The arcade center isn't open, and sounds like it hasn't been open for a very long time — this was the main reason my husband picked this "resort" that's another thing they advertise as a resort but it's nothing but a outdated run down hotel and the photos must have been taken 10 years ago my a professional magican because they make it look Glorious here when in reality it is disgusting. My daughter fell and scraped both arms and legs on a tree stump that wasn't removed as it should have been. They have about 6 tree stumps on the playground area. Can you say safety hazard!
Want my money back! Only thing available for my kids is the old cob webbed filled play area.

Very disappointed. Complete false advertising. Indoor pool is closed, hot tub closed with nothing posted on the website that they are closed. We asked about the game room. We were told that was closed as well. Needs to be cleaned. Then they open it up and games have no balls for pool table can't play air hockey no paddles. Ok why open it. We had 2 rooms booked. 1 room was ok other room had no heat or nobs on the air unit. It's October and it was chilly. They did give us another room. However it seemed to us like they didn't want to give us another room. The hotel's website said they had grills to cook out on. We had steaks to grill. One look at the grill and our cookout was not happening. Grill was Tipping over and it was disgusting and looked like something was growing on the top of it. The interior of the rooms could use a complete over — haul. Pics on website looked completely different. New blankets would do wonders. The rooms however were pretty clean. Just furniture and fixtures are really dated. Plus the notes on the fridges in the rooms saying "no juice boxes" ok for what reason is that on the fridge!? Let's just say we will not be staying as this resort ever again To bad too this place has alot of potential. For the money you pay and you don't get any of the amenities that they offer online to you the paying customer. Feel like somewhat of a refund is needed.

Bed was a little small. Bathroom is narrow to get into. Out side was beautiful.

This is an excellent motel. It is very Convenient for everything. I liked it because the room and bathroom are very clean and tidy. Stuffs are very courteasious and welcoming. I would rate it 5 star.

We stayed here ten years ago when it was under different owners and it was immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean. So disappointed to come back and find the property needing maintenance… there were weeds everywhere and a lot of cigarette buds and other trash on the ground outside our door. We had not towels in our room and had to ask repeatedly for them… never did come until the morning after we checked in. We could not reach anyone in the office to ask for them a second time after 8:00 p. M. Bed was uncomfortable and room not well maintained. I would not encourage anyone else to stay at this resort under this ownership.

Note. I learned that the photos and reviews are mainly prior to new owners. Place is ok, very clean rooms. Exercise room a joke with broken equipment. Game room is also horrible with most games broken. Indoor pool hours are inconvenient. One day it never opened. Playground on dangerous side. On a positive, very nice people and very clean.

Great place to stay. Stayed for 8 nights with my 2 daughters. Wonderful staff also!

My wife, myself and our 21 year old daughter came up for a graduation pary and booked are stay here. We had a deluxe suite which included a queen size bed in the main room and 2 full size beds in the 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom had a door that you can close for some added privacy. Their is a sink, refrigerator and a microwave opposite the bathroom. It was very clean and although the mattresses weren't "pillow top", they were comfortable and everyone got a good night's sleep. Great for families. Nice pool, playground for the kids. I certainly would stay here again.

The resort and room were small and quiet. I wish the pool/ hot tub was open later. The Wi-Fi barely worked which made planning our road trip hard because the room we stayed in didn't have data coverage. The employees were very friendly and helpful which I appreciated.

The rooms are adequate but lack of Internet & cell service was very disappointing! When we booked online it stated there were 2 hot tubs, out pool & heated indoor pool. Unfortunately we found that NEITHER hot tub was functioning properly, barely able to get 3 people in. When we asked about turning them on we were told they were on, not true! The indoor pool was far from heated, I don't consider 80 a heated pool. They padlocked the outdoor pool area @ 8pm, when its still light out & 90 degrees! We ended up spending very little time at resort which was extremely unfortunate!

Stayed in a standard room with queen bed. Room was nice, bathroom only had a walk in shower which was a little disappointing. The outdoor pool was clean though they did not have any guest towels out there so we had to bring our own. Overall for the price it's like most of the hotels in Lake george, would say again but would most likely book a suite.

Smells. Small. Expensive for what you get.

1st of all, I rode here from nj here for a Motorcycle event & the entire poking lot is Gravel — -there are NO soda/drink machines -no breakfast -TV picture is fuzzy -jacuzzi is entirelying bleach -toilet in room did not flush -hotel is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED Will never stay here again, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Best place to stay when your enjoying your vacation at Lake George NY. It is beautiful and there are many pools there. I stay in the motel rooms than in the house because my dad owns it. The rooms are so cool I just love it more than anything.

We have stayed everywhere around lake george and they all semester old hotels however this hotel the owners man and his wife on site was 5 of us no problem we had two bedrooms and 3 beds privacy friendly staff two pools one indoor one out very relaxing time with the family bring your own towels.

This place wasn't that great of a place and the staff and there goofy rules there makes me wonder if I'm paying them to stay there or are they paying me. Please stay here at your own risk! very unfriendly place!

Had a great time at the resort. Very clean and well maintained. Love the breakfast cart!
