We had an absolutely horrible experience, They need a new manager, so much went wrong. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else and drive up the mountain for the view.

Very peace anf relaxing place to unwind. Not to mention the view is amazing. Plus the wildlife… Eazy booking great managment and all in all just a great place to stay.

If Pink Eye was a place, this would be it. Have you ever sanitized your luggage after visiting a place? This will make you start. Dirty, no air conditioner. No dish washer. No soap, no shampoo, no paper towels. Rags as towels. Wet soiled carpets. Deadbolts don’t work. Hazardous walkways. Not a good place to stay.

Fantastic views and personal attention from management making this a fine extended stay!

This place is absolutely beautiful! Customer service was impeccable the view is amazing, the appliances are a little old school but definitely worth it.

Do not stay at this place, it is disgusting! We had stains all over our sheets, hair & dust everywhere. I complained to the owner and he refused to make it right. I am disgusted and very disappointed.

This place is like heaven on earth! I've lived in the area for 11 years, but I missed out on the wildlife and unbelievable views from this quaint place until now! I'll recommend it to everyone I know from now on!

We sure enjoyed our stay! l The views were spectacular, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning.

I absolutely love this place! It’s on top of the mountain! We have seen 3 different bears, deers, a fox, a skunk.

This place was wonderful. Sammie the owners was very kind and willing to go oit his way to make us feel welcome. Every time I go back to Ruidoso im staying with Tiara Del Sol.

I hate 2 give it a good review cuz ya'll r gonna make making reservations difficult, but it's a gem, beautiful views, friendly staff, and amazing accommodations… did I mention ur renting a condo?! if u dont mind the old jacuzzi tub, its paradise.

Great price and awesome view. One thing to keep in mind know ac but with windows open was nice.

Picturesque view with a rough'n it feel. This place has a wonderful view, but the condos are a bit outdated and you may or may not have a fully functioning kitchenette. If you are going to use the kitchenette make sure ALL your burns are working. Cooking for 12 on 1 burn is a bit difficult. Beds were comfy. My kids had a blast running around and feeding the deer. It was super awesome chilli'n on the deck playing games and enjoying nature. Over all a great family stay!

Very high up with nice view with balcony. Nice kitchen and living room with couch. Check in was painless, just call ahead if you're coming in late. Shower was a little old and dirty. Bed was also a little old.

Older Condo with amazing view and balcony. Great for families, plenty of space. PROS Very nice and helpful office staff, they gave our kids free deer food, offered a huge bundle of firewood for only $7, delivered a lighter to us at 10pm to replace the one that didn't work, and told us they were available 24/7 for anything we needed. Condo had wood-burning fireplace, huge private balcony with amazing view and comfortable chairs, and plenty of space for a family to unpack and relax. Plates, silverware, wine glasses, coffee, cocoa, and basic kitchen needs provided. CONS Bathtubs were old and gross. Carpets showed wear. Both were what you'd expect from a condo built in the 80's without renovations. Washer was full of old, stagnant water that smelled like sewage. We didn't need the washer so it was not an inconvenience, but the smell was noticeable every time we walked into the foyer area. We told the office on Day When we checked out on Day we reminded them and the man had no idea of the problem so I guess he hadn't gotten that message yet. Several heaters didn't work. We didn't notify the office, so perhaps they would have fixed them immediately if we had. We were fine without them though.
