This was our first stay in Ruidoso and at RRR. We loved our condo! Spacious and so clean with a great river view! So peaceful! We loved being able to walk to Midtown for shopping and bars and restaurants. Can’t imagine a better place to stay in Ruidoso!

Located with easy access to downtown. Beautiful condos and amenities. Very relaxing weekend! Returning in a few weeks.

The place is very nice with big rooms and nice grounds. However, our air conditioner didn’t work from day one. It was reported and they said they would come by the next day. Someone came by and said the air conditioner was frozen up. We left the air conditioner was left all day and all night. The following day when the manager came by he said it was still frozen up and we would need to leave it off. We explained that it had been off and it was 80 degrees in the place. He responded with, “Atleast it’s cooler than where your from. ” No consideration that we were sweating all night or during the day when we were here. No mention of the possibility of moving location and apparently no trying to get someone to fix it. We paid full price for a place with no air conditioning. Not again!

This is our fourth stay at Ruidoso River resort. As always the rooms are big and beautifully designed, and the grounds are immaculate and beautiful. Of course it is a big plus being on the river. We believe this is the best place to stay in Ruidoso. Thank you Phil and Yuri.

Super convenient to downtown shopping. Loved the condo, very homey. Would highly recommend!

Amazing place next to the river where the elk come down to feed. A must stay place for anyone that travels the area.

I found this gem of a place a couple years ago while looking for cabins! These condos make most cabins obsolete! They have up to 3 rooms with a balcony, grills, smoking area, and no hot tub fees just because there is one! Specials all the time! Book directly from ruidosoriverresort. Com or here. It is a beautiful, quite and a walk away to shopping and restaurants. Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. I recommend staying here to anyone who needs to get away with all the amenities of home.

Beautiful inside and out. Spacious condo decorated nicely with everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and quiet.

I love Ruidoso Resorts. Perfect location right off the Main Street giving you easy access to shopping, restaurants and bars. The grounds are well kept and the rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect! One block from Midtown Ruidoso, where all the action is. Shopping, eating, drinking, etc. All the amenities you need, even a washer and dryer. The courtyard has a nice fire pit, and 3 gas grills to cook your favorite meal. Units are spacious, well decorated, and always clean. Loved the complex so much, I bought a unit! Midtown Mountain Escape.

Great location! We wanted to be close to stores, restaurants, wineries, and breweries and this resort was close to them all! We were able to keep our vehicle parked most of the time we were there. The rooms were nice and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay there again!

Upscale condos, very well appointed. Easy walking distance to mid-town. Have stayed here several times, and will continue to do so when visiting Ruidoso.

I've stayed at various places in Ruidoso as a child and into my adult life too — Ruidoso River Resort is by far the best! Quiet, clean, very child friendly — worth the price for my family with 4 small children!

Have stayed three or four different times, we always keep coming back. Nestled in the beautiful upper canyon, it's always a treat! Easy check in, easy check out, clean cabins, deer strolling by, babbling brook within ear shot. You don't need anything else!

This Was An Awesome Place To Stay! We Had No Problems. The Room Was Clean and comfortable. It was located near food, shopping and the river was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again and definitely recommend to others.

This was our first family trip to Ruidoso and I am so glad we chose to stay here. We are in the Billy The Kid Condo and it is Amazing! It is beautiful! This will be our new family vacation spot from now on! Love it!

Great Condos! very spacious but cosy. The 3 Bedroom was very comfortable, it had a nice livingriom with a gas chimmeney, private balcony, 3 full bathrooms and a fully equiped kitchen. The gardens had a great firepit, 3 gas grills for bbq, a water cascade and good landscape. Good chairwheel access with elevator for the 3 floors. It is located in a very nice area at walking distance (2 short blocks) from the main street from Ruidoso. I really recomend it for families.

This was a very nice alternative to a hotel room. These are condos and are located 1 block north from the main street of boutiques and shops. The condo we stayed in was clean, charming, and cozy. It was a one bedroom, one bathroom with a king size bed, and a spacious bathroom that had a stackable washer & dryer. The sofa in the living room was also a pull-out bed. There was also a full-size refrigerator/freezer, electric stove-top, oven, microwave & dishwasher. All kitchen appliances were available for use. The condo has a gas fireplace located in the living room, and even had an updated assortment DVD movies along with card & board games. Outdoors, there are three gas grills that guests are allowed to use along with a fire-pit that was lit every evening. We plan on staying in this same place when we return to Ruidoso, NM.

Great get away. Riverside balcony. Just off midtown shopping. Walk half a block to all the stores. Fully furnished condos for the price of a hotel room. Hot tub. Grassycourtyard with firepit and gas grills.

Great place first time since I was 8 and still clean and fun.

This is an awesome place to stay. Walking distance from town, so the shops and eating places are literally like a block way! We stayed in my sister in laws cabin, which was amazing, thanks Roxanne! The view is so gorgeous and the cabins are equipped with a fireplace which is a must during a winter vacation! They have a bbq grill down in the center of the cabins, plus a hot tub that is just the best spot for relaxing. They also have individual patios per cabin!

Fall of 2016 Just a awesome place to stay. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and the total amount of room was amazing. The back deck had a gorgeous view and we would sit out on the deck at night and drink and talk for hours. The room was extremely clean and well kept and we're planning another get away with couples and plan on staying in one of the 3 bedrooms this time.

My wife and I were looking for a quiet place to stay for a weekend trip to Ruidoso. The grounds are very well kept and the rooms were very nice. Walking distance to the shopping area. Everyone at the check in desk was really nice. The resort may be slightly more expensive than other options, but for what you get, we feel that it was well worth it. We will definitely return!

My husband made our reservations at least a few weeks before check in time. He reserved the room that was supposed to be the most comfortable me and at check-in we were given a completely different room. This weekend was a special weekend for us because we are celebrating our first wedding anniversary and a getaway from our toddlers and I couldn't take a relaxing bath because the water was cold. There was literally 2 minutes of semi warm water before it got colder! The good thing about this place is that it is within walking distance of downtown and the bed is super soft! Room # 3203 Next day: I told the guy about the hot water problem and when he checked it one of the elements was out. He moved us to a different room which I'm very thankful for and knocked off part of the bill.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Check in and check out were both very smoothe. Very spacious in the living areas. The courtyards and view of the river are very peaceful and proximity to the shops were a plus. I plan on going back.

One of two great Lodge/Hotel style places in town. RRR is condominium community that is set up as vacation rentals when the owners are not using them. These is a professional cleaning staff that takes care of resetting the condos between guest and therefore adds to the cost of the stay. The atmosphere of each unit is a little different and you really need to read the welcome book to get the most out of the stay. The kitchen and bathrooms in each unit are very functional and spacious. If you choose this location for you visit you will not be disappointed there is a hot tube and a fire pit fro general you and balconies that are lovely and peaceful. Staying here one will make you a believer in the beauty of Ruidoso.

The condo was SO nice! It was clean and just great. Everything was high quality. I also loved that they let me bring my two small dogs without charging extra. The river view was underwhelming and there wasn't a way to walk next to it while by the condos unless you walked across the street. And all the condos were very close together with a kind of small courtyard area and there wasn't a lot of good places to walk my dogs. But mostly I was just go happy about how nice the interior of the condo was! And it is so close to the best shops which was great!
