Joel and Adam at the front desk were wonderful — so happy and welcoming. They both genuinely seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and helped us out a TON. The hotel was clean, nice, breakfast was good and the hot tub was a bonus. Great, convenient area of town. Oh and free cookies. Keep up the great work my friends and take care!

Is one of our favorite hotels la Quinta inn we fallow you in all the points in vacation, the breakfast is always over expectations and amazing service.

Had a wonderful night stay, room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Accesible to other areas of Ruidoso. Was very pleased with the friendly staff as well.

I would put this hotel on the higher end of hotels within the area. There are not too many other places to stay other than B&B's. It's close to several local food spots and Walmart is right down the road.

Hands down the best La Quinta I have ever stayed in. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was phenomenal. This hotel will definitely be our first pick when coming to Ruidoso in the future.

Rooms are nice and clean. There was a gap at the bottom of the door adjoining the rooms so not private or quiet. Employees were very friendly.

I would put this hotel on the higher end of hotels within the area. There are too many other places to stay. Close to several local food spots and the Walmart is down the road.

Stayed 2-27-2018 for 2 nights, Family of 4, 2 dogs, then at the last minute the accommodated my daughter and husband and child because a upscale hotel they were going to stay at smelled like smoke and the have asthma. Rooms were good but what brings you back is the sense of coming home, from the time you come in the door with doggie treats to the smiling long hair guy, breakfast included was amazing, the smell of waking up a grandma’s house. The front desk and housekeeping Greeted you every morning with a good morning in the elevators, front desk said I will take some combs that we forgot and bring it to your door. In a day where family is forgotten, this place reminds you of good times, the leave it to beaver hotel.

I've stayed at this LaQuinta quite a few times. Everyone is friendly, breakfast is wonderful. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. I'm headed back to the area and will definitely be staying at the LaQuinta in Ruidoso Downs, N. M. Deb.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. The suites are spacious and I loved the jacuzzi. The breakfast is awesome and have a variety of breakfast drinks. Plus the hotel is 100% smoke free❤

Room and hot breakfast were great and service was helpful. Employees were helpful in assisting us with local things to do and places to go. There was one employee who worked late nights that seemed to just sit in the lobby watching TV, which I have zero problem with, but it took a bit of coaxing to get help from him.

Good place and good location.

Very nice. Clean comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Traveling with Fido so they accommodated us with easy access to the doggie yard. indoor pool and gym if you’re into that kind of activity.

Great hotel. Reasonably priced. Has pool with rack of towels for use. Exercise room with TV. Snack area behind check in desk with drinks, snacks and toiletries. Ice machines on each floor. Laundry room for guests to use. Elevator for easy access. Desk in front with computer for guests to use. Breakfast served complimentary. Wide variety of foods. Several TV’s in breakfast area. Friendly staff.

Always looking nice and clean. Front desk people are always nice and courteous. Definitely recommend this place.

Excellent hotel has everything good service and if I would be in my family was delighted I highly recommend it.

Decent for Ruidoso. Not many choices. Much better than the Comfort Inn in Ruidoso.

Stayed at La Qunita Inn for the first time in Ruidoso, when we went to a Ricky Skaggs concert at Spencer Theater. Had a great stay, this is one oft he best kept La Quinta Inns that we have stayed in. The hotel staff was great, accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was good, main reason is that the lady who takes care of stocking it and arranging the breakfast items does a fantastic job, she is also friendly and very helpful. The maids and their supervisor are also great assets to the hotel. We would definitely stay there again. The furthest distance from the Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino the better, until they start paying out more on their games. Other than that, great place to stay.

Room is clean. And nice. Quiet great location. Love indoor pool pool was a little cold. Everything was lovely.

La Quinta hotel was very accommodating. Room was clean & tidy. We made good use of the indoor swimming pool & hot tub, as well as the exercise equipment. Would definitely come back next time we're in Ruidoso, NM.

Great rooms, very clean. The front desk attendant, very nice person. A little bit expense for a room, but was worth it.

Not a family friendly hotel and not sensitive to special needs. The towels were not stocked on the pool room and when the kids went to ask for them the staff Adam, was very rude. They provided us with wrong keys so we were had to run up and down a few times with a cranky child with special needs and sensory issues. When we were finally getting ready to unwind I look over at the desk and there I find a roach next to my drink. The young gentleman who was on the shift was extremely friendly and sprayed the area for us. At this point I was ready to check and would have had they not been booked at the places. In the morning as I was gathering breakfast for the children the kitchen staff was gossiping with an elderly couple about other guests and asked if they had left. They said "no" and pointed right at us. Bottom line is if you don't want kids in the hotel, advertise that way.

Great place and friendly customer service, the gentleman working the front desk was very polite and helpful, think his name was Max.

The service is always friendly and quick, rooms clean and comfortable, and many of the rooms have a good view. Average to large size indoor pool and hot tub. Suites are quite roomy and nice.

Pool was closed, ice machine down on the second floor, couldn't check in because the internet was down. It is clean and the rooms are pretty modern. Maybe a bad day?

Very Clean rooms. Nice comfortable beds. Great price and only 30 minutes away from the mountain (Ski Apache). The breakfast is free and pretty good! Overall great experience. I would say this is one of the nicer and more affordable places to stay. They also have an indoor hot tub and pool. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of snowboarding. The rooms are also pet friendly and service was great very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, soft beds. There is also a pool and little gym. It's a La Quinta and for price it's great.

Enjoyed the pool, nice assortment of snacks, friendly staff, clean room, enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again.

Nice rooms, pets are okay, cookies in the lobby in the afternoon, nice big breakfast room with plenty of food and two waffle makers.

Honestly, it was the worst hotel ive stayed in. The rooms are dirty! very rude people. Bad customer service. When I checked out they charged me $250.00 for a spill of gatorade. They charged it without my authorization. To me thats terrible and very un professional. I will never stay there again.

I love this hotel… so clean and so comfortable. Beautiful rooms. The only negative thing that I have to say is that I was on a much needed vacation, had stayed out late, so in the morning I was sleeping in. The bed was so cozy. Then at 10 oclock the housekeeping lady came knocking and opened tbe door. Needless to say I woke up. Check out wasnt until 12 noon. When your paying $159.00 for 1 night they should not bother you until 12. But besides that well worth the money.

In the middle of a snowstorm, stopping to avoid he ice on the roads, stopped in. Curtis, the front desk clerk, gave just about the nicest welcome ever. They were nice to our pets, the pool was great, the rooms wire big, clean and laid out with a separate work area near the desk. The bed I slept in was large and soft. Ended up staying two nights.

The staff was wonderful! Nice, clean rooms for the money! Pool was nice. Very accomodating staff. Breakfast was good. Location good. We would stay here again any time! Made our vacation even nicer.
