Clean room, quaint. Pool does not exist which is a shame.

White substance on the blanket. Male employee told me it was paint and was angry I asked for another blanket. I should have left then. No lamps. One blinding overhead fluorescent light. A very large mouse (? ) ran down the TV cord on the wall. Employee said I was making it up and refused to refund my money. I called the police because he was called me names and refused a refund. Stay far away from this disgusting placeband the aggressive creep who runs it.

This is a very basic motel ideal for crashing at night when you are on a road trip. The rooms are decent sized and very clean. The furniture and decor is outdated but not shabby. I got a room vwry close to the street light and it was so bright even after switching off the lights. So try to get a room away from the street light. The location is convenient too, close to main street and lot of restaurants.

Food was super amazing! It's a really neat place.

Bed was comfy. Clean room. Excellent value for the price. Everything works great. Would recommend. Older couple.

Was sick aquantence had room left night early said they were going to pay for the next day but lied no phones in rooms manager came told me he didn't know me ment he didn't rent to me I had to go boyfriend rented the room for me he left to work got really sick again needed to call emergency services no phone no help was hurting very bad went to office to ask them to call emergency services for me they didn't answer buzzer window knocked for what seemed like hours had to wave at passer bys for help finally help came got treated came back to room slept for most of the day till manager came and woke me up and said there was a complaint last night better not be no more complaints or I can leave now I will never stay there again or recommend this place bad management very rude.

Nice and clean motel, very friendly staff. A little bit run down (also the bed sheets were not as clean as expected) but still fine.

Bed cover stained. Blanket old. Outlet in bathroom didn't work. Heater noisy. Cheap soap and toilet paper. I like a soft bed, but this bed was too soft. Won't stay again. Desk clerk very nice.

What a price. It's a smaller room, but who cares. 55in tv, new everything in the room (refrigerator still had the plastic on it). Bed was super comfortable.

Room and bath were clean. The mattress was terrible, so soft you will sink in and never make it out again. For the price a good hotel.

Beds were comfy, it was air conditioned, and it was quiet. Thats all I need from a Motel. Also it was an incredibly cheap place. Owner was friendly.

You get what you pay for. If all youre looking for is a bed to spend the night youre okay, but for anything else this place is a real disappointment. The tub looked so stained and gross that I didn't even want to shower, the water was undrinkable, I dont even want to know how old the carpet is (old enough for me to keep shoes on while walking around…) and there we're only 2 outlets available for plugging in coolers, phones, charging cameras, watches etc.

Didn't have the room we reserved. Only one pillow for a queen sized bed. Bathroom was disgusting with stains. I do not recommend this motel. Spend the extra money to get a half way decent room.

Owner very friendly and helpful. We stayed one night as part of our trip to Grand Canyon. Room clean with new mattresses and A. C. It is an older quaint style motel with real drive up to room convienence. So much easier to load and unload. Owner takes pride with recent paint and landscaping. Would now hesitate to stay again, traveling with my 12 year old daughter. Sort of bigger room than I expected. Bathroom recently remodeled as well. Hope this place continues to represent the bygone era of the motel.

A very budget hotel. It was cheap and the rooms were acceptable. The carpet and bathtub were stained but it's nothing struck me as unacceptable. I'd your looking for a cheap place to spend the night and don't need luxury I'd recommend it.

I use the mayo lodge when I have employees come into town for a few days. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are always ready. I've also been known to talk the staff into letting my guys check in early which is very convenient for us.

Cheap place to stay if you want to feel like you're intruding on an apartment complex. Most of the "guests" are tenants and the area is less than comfortable. Have to leave your car out front where you can't see it if you get put in the back of the building. Luckily nothing happened to our rental car or it's contents. The pool is empty and looks like it has been for years. The room was musty and AC had to be run constantly at 62 degrees to keep it comfortable. The weatherproof stripping on the door was all but gone so we had flies getting inside. We wedged a towel in the door to make them stop. The furniture was dated including a stained old upholstered chair and the bathroom was dated and grimy as well, so we had to forego a shower. There was also a sign next to the toilet that asked us to flush a minimum of 3-5 times to save them from major plumbing problems. There was no flat screen TV as other reviewers have stated, ours was an 22" box set from 1992. The bedding looked clean and a bed bug check revealed no visible bugs, but given the state of the rest of the room, we slept on top of the bedding with our own blankets and pillows. No bug bites afterward. If you have pets, arrange it with them beforehand otherwise they get annoyed. They charge $10 per pet, as other places will just charge a flat $10 for one to three pets. There's a sign in the lobby that says they don't allow pets at all, so it conflicts with what booking sites say.

Comfortable, quiet, and all the plumbing/lighting worked. It's a little old-timey and the bathroom grout was as bad as mine back home but it was a good place for the night. I'd stay here again.

Driving cross country, I had to stop by the infamous UFO country, Roswell, New Mexico! I found this motel and am very satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt a heartwarming welcome. Customer service was exceptional, and the room was just what I needed. Comfortable, clean, quite, and does the price of a budget motel justice. I would definitely dtay here again!

If you passing through this town it's ok to stay here decent price they remodel inside rooms, quiet, and all clean and a big screen TV that's a plus to watch nba or march madness ncaa.

Clean, inexpensive and low key. A perfect place for all types of underground lifestyles… Management is cool and not nosey.

We asked for two beds for three nights. We got two beds for three nights. The room has a TV, microwave, fridge, dresser and bathroom. What more do you need? Yeah, it's not the Waldorf Hotel but it's clean and comfy. If you're looking for a motel with all the comforts of home, then stay home. The front desk guy was very helpful and even had a sense of humor. We had an enjoyable stay.

After reading reviews online, I decided I would get to the motel before sunset so I could be safe. Upon arriving, I was greeted by extra friendly staff. Once I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was recently updated with new paint, carpet, bed, bathroom fixtures and a huge flat screen TV. The bedding ws clean (I pulled the comforter like always. ) The motel ended up having no vacancies the night I was there. I was able to get a full nights sleep without any disturbances. Again when I checked out, I was greeted with friendly staff that was able to provide directions and some recommendations for fun things to do. My only suggestion would be a security chain on the door just in case. For the $$$ you couldn't get much better! I would recommend this place to anyone traveling that is in need of a bed for the night.

Found cockroaches in my room within seconds of walking in. I was told they have a "no refund policy. " Why would you have a no refund policy unless you knew many people would try to get their money back because your rooms are disgusting? Now I have to dispute this charge with my credit card company because after 10 minutes of arguing with the disinterested clerk at the front desk I was not able to get anywhere. This has turned into a headache that I didn't need while traveling across the country. Go to one of the real hotels on Main St. The Days Inn is not much more expensive, and it's roach and attitude free.
