The indoor swimming pool was warm, the hot tub’s jets were amazing and the dry sauna was as relaxing. The breakfast was delicious and the red chili was very tasty. The breakfast had everything on it including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy with tortillas and red/green chili.

Clean comfortable and quiet very nice place to stay.

This is a great clean hotel. I would definitely stay in anytime I needed to. Wide variety breakfast & good. Staff is amazing and helpful. Awesome pool area with a hot tub and sauna.

I can't say enough about this hotel. From the amazing staff to the superb management. Everything was perfect from the minute I checked in until the minute I checked out.

The staff is excellent the hotel is clean and very modern I especially love the pool.

Disgusting and disappointed payed too much would have been better off at the Super 8

The beds are filthy. The sheets were obviously not changed. I’m literally sick to my stomach. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves.

We never intended to stop in LV, NM but when unfortunate events happen we have to "roll" with it. The hotel staff is nothing short of amazing. Debbie offered so much when we had nothing but the clothes on our backs. Christina at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. She provided us with all the essential information regarding facilities and the hours for their breakfast bar and evening snack. The pool area is a great spot to hang out. The hot tub jets weren't working, but the dry sauna works great! The rooms are pleasant and have a large entry space so you can actually bring belongings in without trying slide by a skinny wall. The bathroom is equally as large and has an adjustable shower head to fit the needs of all heights, the water pressure is decent and the temperature is easy to adjust unlike some showers. Overall, this is a great stopping place if you need to sleep, which I highly recommend pulling off this exit if you're going northbound because the next parking area could be too far away.

Overall a wonderful stay. Of the two hotels we stayed at in New Mexico, this was far superior both in pricing and in comfort/quality. The room was spacious; the pool, hot tub, and sauna were all wonderful amenities to utilize; and the bed was comfortable and the restroom well stocked. My only critique would be that a few of the hotel cleaning staff were a little abrupt, as if we were in the way of them doing their jobs as we moved about in the hallways and elevator. The hallways are a little cramped, and access to the elevator is not in an optimal place, so juggling all your items and avoiding bumping into other guests and the staff is somewhat difficult, but I guess you could say that it's a reasonable cost when you see the size of the rooms.

Clean rooms! Comfortable bed! Pretty good breakfast! Did not use the indoor pool but it looked very clean. Was worth staying here on our way back! Will definitely use this hotel location again!

I stayed at Montezuma Inn Best Western in Las Vegas, NM. The staff was exemplary as were the accommodations. The breakfasts were amazing… especially the green chili. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It's a little off the interstate in Las Vegas. We stay here every time we're here which is about once maybe twice a year. The pool and spa are nice. It looks like they're building a Love's truck stop right close by. The room was clean as always and the front desk staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend anytime you're in the area.

I’ve been in and out of the original Las Vegas (New Mexico) for close to 50 years. This Best Western is without question the best BW I have ever stayed in. Everything from excellent rooms, great customer service and a surprisingly good breakfast. It’s the best in Vegas without a question!

Good rates, clean, quiet, and great people at the check-in. Have stayed here before and will again. Easy to get to and great parking if you have a trailer.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff is always helpful and courteous. We have stayed her several times the last 7 years when we are traveling for work. We always choose this particular location because it's a great place to stay.

Friendly staff and even with a bit of painting and renovating, the hotel is well kept and extremely pleasant to stay at. Breakfast is also fantastic.

This room is the bomb and employees are great. Definitely worth the money. I and my dog will stay agaon.

The third floor hallway was being redone they were removing wall paper to paint. The room was clean with new carpet and perfect. I have not had a better overnight stay at any hotel in New Mexico.

There was working being done in the pool area. Hot tub was closed. We went to breakfast early and they were already out of eggs and sausage. We asked if there was any more attendant said they were making some, we asked if there was any yogurt, she said they were completely out. Attendant wasn't too friendly, and the eggs came… EVENTUALLY. I guess for a "free" breakfast over cooked egss weren't that bad. On a more positive note the night crew was much more friendly and professional and the room was clean.

Wonderful place to stay. Great personnel who responded well and quickly to very minor issues. They are on the ball and eager to please.

Its a great place to stay… the staff is very friendly. The establishment is decorated very nicely… the rooms are clean and comfortable… let me not forget the Hot Tub… heaven.

Was off the highway, so was not noisy. Pool was warm, but water was cloudy and green. Decided not to try it. Staff was nice, breakfast was average.

Very clean. Beds are comfortable. The afternoon and night staff were very professional. The food was good. But because I woke up too late I did not get a chance to get more food than I wanted.

Very clean. Still looks new. They serve NM red and green chile with breakfast. They serve stew in the evening. Nice pool, hot tub, and sauna.

The reason we picked this hotel was for the pool in the picture. We check in to find the pool is green and wads of hair floating in the hot tub. Our room the main door did not shut correctly. The bathroom door was not hung right and the tile did not have grout. The beds on the other hand were good. Breakfast was basic.

The desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The room was great and there was truck parking. Very happy with everything.

We can always depend on Best Western to be there for us on the road. Great staff, clean safe accommodations and prices we can afford. Join the club, collect points and stay free.

Handicap travelers this place is fabulous! if you are in a wheelchair or mobility chair you will be blown away by the space in the room and the amenities. Spread the word! Best Western plus caters to handicapped travelers like no other chain I have found!

Would have got 5 stars but the t. V. Remote in my room didn't work and caused my loose cannon immature roomate to freak out like a child until it was fixed. Other than that one minor inconvenience I had a wonderful stay. They even have a small complementary dinner. Breakfast was amazing clean rooms. Climate controlled. Pool, sauna and nice staff.

I enjoyed staying there I really like that they had kind of a dinner out at night that is very nice and they had it out almost all night for somebody that just wanted to eat.

A solid value, Homemade Soup in the evenings in the reception area, a great fitness center and the staff was courteous and professional. I found it to be a great value and good experience. I'll definitely be back.

We travel so much with our business, and this is always a hotel we enjoy the most. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The amenities are great and we love the homemade stew in the evenings!

The check in staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were fine and comfortable overall. The breakfast offerings were very good. The main issue was the staff couldn't keep up with the breakfast. Items were frequently out of stock whether crowded or not. They continued to restock but couldn't stay on top of it.

We stayed at Best Western in Las Vegas New Mexico… it was easy to get to almost right off highway 25. It was very clean the staff were friendly, the pool and spa were awesome. Our room was very clean and the bed was so comfy. I will absolutely stay here the next time I visit my sister. Thank u staff at Montezuma Best Western. God Bless u all.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars if not for all the noisy guests keeping us awake. Stayed here once before and had no problems. Large well appointed rooms and friendly helpful staff. I don't like the standard "Best Western" showerhead. Other than that, this is a great place.

We traveled with our 85-year-old mom and were offered a handicap room. It was a perfect room: spacious and comfortable. My husband and I will definitely stay there again. The hospitality of our breakfast hostess was an extra bonus. She was friendly, attentive, and charming. We were there for a family event so we did not take advantage of the other offerings at the hotel… another time.

From the first phone call, to make a reservation, to the turning in the key it was a pleasure. Everyone was friendly, the rooms were clean, the breakfast had variety, and when a lady brought around fresh cantaloupe it just topped everything off. I will stay here again if we come this way. I will also recommend it to all my friends and family. Hope the rest of my hotels are just as great.

My visit was to attend the funeral of my Aunt Crystal Garcia in Las Vages New Mexico. I was there with my cousin. We arrived late in the evening about 7:00 PM. We were signed up for our rewards and offered potato soup till it lasts! The young man was pleasant, polite and friendly. I felt quite at home. Thank you for your professionalism, kindness and hospitality during this difficult time.

It was ok the room setting was kind of weird specially the restroom.

Reasonable rates in an interesting town. The cancelation policy is a bit restricted though. I have not had any issues with the rooms.

This place is very comfortable, our room was very quiet, and it was huge!, nice big screen TV. There was a weird stain on the carpet tho.

Great hotel. Staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Got my kiddo in the pool, and it was really nice. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Room was clean bath tub never drained properly also they had a large dog running around the front desk and around the eating area also in the back were they prepare the food for breakfast the pool was also murky so I didn't even get in the staff was very nice. I personally would not stay here again. Thanks.

The suite very nice, with one queen-size comfortable bed and one fold out full bed. The full bed according to my 12 year old son wasn't very comfortable because of the springs that he could feel quite well. The suite included a small refrigerator and a microwave oven and also a coffee maker. The indoor pool was very nice and well-maintained. There was also a nice hot tub and a nice sauna. The free breakfast, not just Continental but a full breakfast was a nice addition. Staff was very friendly and parking was good.

People beside us were loud all night people above us loud at 4 am breakfast was cold had pets on second floor so hard to get a dog on a elevator over priced bad internet connection didn't have clean bedding & no bed bug covers on mattress never staying there again.

I had to stay here since my family got stuck in a Blizzard. There's free breakfast but it doesn't taste all that good, in fact I only had it the first morning of my stay (I stayed two nights). There's free Wi-Fi with a captive portal and the connection constantly drops before reconnecting and having to re enter the password provided to you by the front desk. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. I slept well and so did my family and after all that's why we needed to stay.

The rooms are comfortables, staff is nice and they were helpful, breakfast was good.
