S***, they would not give me a receipt, and they made a reservation for the next night, which I got an email. For after it was to late to cancel. Plus some dude showed up with a camera recording in the middle of the night. When I called the front desk to try to cancel the reservation they made, I spent an hour on the phone trying to get someone to answer. To say how angry I am well, 1 (not) — 10 (very), 100. I will not stay there every again.

Seemed lots of empty rooms. Staff was nice. Breakfast had a waffle maker. Rooms were set up kinda cool.

People are very nice. The place has been there for a while, but you can tell it has been remodeled recently, Very Clean and large comfortable rooms, very nice place.

Nice clean room with hard clean floors. With microwave and fridge. Beds were firm and linen was fresh. Very friendly staff. Room for two one night $74. Part of the Wyndham chain.

Pretty good place. Very quiet! And they place you far from other guests if they can help it. So that's nice. Clean room, clean bathroom! It was a good experience!

Rooms are updated and clean. Large amount of counter space and space in general. As well as affordable. It was alright for the night as I passed through town. Some dislikes, no grassy spot for pet (s) and/or pet area. All areas are stones surrounding complex. Also, whomever does housekeeping here is lazy. Neither bed in my room had been swept under and there was string cheese and under the other bed there was (what it seemed to look like) was a couple pieces of doggie poo.

I think they've done some upgrades. Room was comfortable, not cramped. Manager at the desk was very nice.

Nice clean odor free room, low cost. New carpet, new bath fixtures. No train noise. They accept dogs for a modest fee. Typical breakfast variety.

Does not take cats. Told me after I had been told they were pet friendly and they charged my card. No refund. Pass this one up.

Okay so you have to understand that this is not the Holiday Inn,, However if you are looking for a place that you can actually get comfortable and relax? Than this is the place. First off before I even arrived I called and asked if I could check in early and he told me "sure no problem" that I could check in around 12:30pm which his check in is usually not until 3pm, but I had to call him back and ask him for even earlier due to my husband getting ill. And again he said "No problem" when I got there the office was clean and cozy. Smelled like breakfast he went above and beyond to accommodate me. I honestly would have to give this place, the owner & manager a rating of 10 with a gold star! I walked in my room and it smelled clean, it did not smell like a smoking room. I like. It is definitely comfortable! And that's what is the most important thing when away from home.

This is a good place to stay. Staff is friend n helpful. Very clean large room. Would stay again. Love Gallup NM.

I was involved in a car accident passing through and the people here have been nothing less than amazing. They went out of their way to maker sure we had everything we needed. Not only that, but they went above and beyond by taking us to the store to get food. If I ever pass through here again, I will make sure to pop in again. Thank you kind people of Gallup, New Mexico for everything!

Clean and beds are very confortables good place to rest.

The rooms were old and run down. The front desk lady had an attitude when we checked in. Maybe because it was late, idk but the breakfast was good.

This place is a very bad place to stay rooms are very dirty and they take money out of credit card for anything they can use for. Stay away from this place.

We first were going to stay at the knights inn which is owned by the same franchisee. They have is two different rooms that were not made up and disgusting. So I told them that we were going to stay at the days inn. Quality was much better there.

Their service was amazing they treated us with much love and attention, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, the coffee they had in the room was soooo good, I had a nice stay it was 5 stars for me.

Very good rooms for very good price.
