Not the best, and deffinetly not worst. Hardwood floors, countertop with a range, and a full size fridge give this hotel a feeling of home, if you live in a studio. Things to point out are that they don't offer any shower soap, gel, or conditioner. The 2 pillows are a bit flat and the lights are a bit tricky to figure out as they have 3 switches yet one has to on for the others to work. This hotel has a "Dorm"? Feeling to it more than hotel feeling.

Very clean, helpful employees. Located right next to a gas station which is very convenient.

This is a pretty basic hotel with upscale prices! Beds felt like sleeping in a raft, very uncomfortable! No extras like blow dryers, little shampoos or conditioners, no breakfast. We did have a kitchenette. In the evening it was hard to get hot water! Our cat travels with us and they charged us a $50 non-refundable pet deposit so, we paid almost $200 for one night in this very basic hotel! The man at the front desk was very strange and didnt seem to know what he was doing! The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything from the surrounding rooms! A very unpleasant start to our stay in Hobbs!

Clean rooms, great staff. Wonderful hotel for a long term stay. Nice full size refrigerators & two burner stove tops. Great value for the price.

Terrible! No soap or shampoo of any kind! No staff on duty after 5pm. Super thin walls and ceilings and everything is heard and felt. Tenant above us was so rough it knocked a sprinkler cover off of the ceiling. No way to get extra towels, blankets, soap or anything. No breakfast of any kind and the front desk clerk wasn't shy about complaining about people (us) that check in while he's busy closing up to leave. Price was acceptable but that was even debatable when considering all of the cons of this place. It did appear clean. Wish I could post more positives like some others have. Good luck if you stay here!

Horrible room service even after I asked to have room swept and cleaned and they say they clean every 2 weeks, and it definitely was longer than 2 weeks and still no cleaning! Very descent bed and room, easy to aquire towels but hard to get a room cleaned…

We experienced TERRIBLE service this weekend 1/20/18. We were in town for a baseball tournament and a parent from our team reserved rooms for us all to stay and she had paid for the rooms. When we went to check in, we found out that not only was the front desk lady very unprofessional, but that she had given away a room that was already paid for by our team! She was very rude, unprofessional and needs to be reprimanded for her lack of doing her job properly. She GAVE away an already paid for room to someone who wasn't part of our team and who didn't pay for it, and to that man shame on you for staying in the room and being reluctant to pay for it knowing it wasn't your room and that you hadn't paid for it! We could not book another room because there were no vacancies in Hobbs that evening due to the rodeo, baseball tournament and other events. We would never recommend that anyone stay here because of the lack of security, lack of hospitality and when it came down to it the management was nowhere to be found. I recommend that this facility take a closer look at the security and the safety of the people that do pay to stay at the hotel. I also recommend a few hospitality trainings for the entire staff.

Price is only thing decent. Only had 1 towel in bathroom and it was on floor when I got in my room and small hand towel was stained, damp, and had what looked like tobacco? There were hsirs in the shower and sink… Smelled alot like smoke… even with no smoking signs everywhere when I stepped out of elevator there was a guy standing in the hallway smoking! You can hear EVERYTHING from other rooms. Would not recommend or stay again.

We've had a great time here so far! The staff at the front desk are really friendly even when you come in after a 10-hour drive in not so good of a mood. Anything at all that you need they help you get and make sure that you're comfortable. The hotel is also dog friendly, as is the staff.

The Necessities at a great price.

Disappointing… first night we had lukewarm water. The shower curtain had what looked like mold in the folds. Yuck! Pulled back the covers and found several stains. Ugh… And the bed and pillows were awful. Went to the front desk several times and it was always closed. Stayed three nights… and moved to another extended stay down the street. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. This is more of an oilfield traffic hotel. No breakfast, no workout room, no pool, have to pay for coffee machine and pans. Cheap but you get what you pay for in this case.

Clean rooms well suited with everything you would need.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. And I love that they all have a kitchenette and that smoking rooms are available.

Rooms are ok. They are energy saving so they don't get super cold like I prefer. They also only clean when someone checks out. Beds aren't good or terrible.

Just a water issue, however the GM took good care of me and moved me to another room…

Good clean rooms. Reasonably quiet. I would stay here again.

Clean rooms with kitchens — fair prices for a day or a month.

Guy at the front counter was nice and courteous. Hallways and rooms appear clean. Unfortunately they do allow smoking in the rooms. So even though there is no smoking in the hallway it still smells like smoke everywhere.

The rooms are awsome and the location aswell its a 15 minute drive frome work.

Rooms are very nice. Could be a home away from home for working ppl.

Good price for a real clean, maintained hotel. Beds are a little harsh. Water pressure is moderate. Housekeeping is done only once ever 2 weeks unless you want to pay an extra $25. No breakfast offered. No ice machine available. Unlike most hotels they have a few washers and dryers available. The pictures posted are actually what you get.

Place was very clean. But the evening staff make you feel like you are avoiding them if you have questions or concerns. Daytime staff has been very pleasant. Can be difficult if you need any form of assistance after hours, the desk is COMPLETELY CLOSED. The Wi-Fi require a different code and changes weekly can be very avoiding if your here long term. Location very close to most thing in town. Plenty of parking.

Stayed at Value Place in Hobbs. Very friendly and clean. It was a great price and close to casino and all other shopping and restaurant.

It was very clean and the employees were polite.

Front desk staff was very friendly and checked us in quickly. Room was clean and had plenty of towels. The heater in the room worked beautifully. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Management was attentive and it is apparent that they genuinely care about their property and guests.

Friendly staff, room was small and had no bedding, toiletry items, towels or shower curtain for that matter.
