Beautiful hotel with a very caring and professional staff!

I love everything about this hotel. Not only do they have great staff but they go above and beyond for their guests.

Short getaway for the kids. They had fun in the pool which we decided was good instead of going to a crowed beach area during the pandemic.

Good dinner! Enjoyed bartender Troy so much.! Here for wedding.

The staff here are the best, hard working, very personable and attentive. The use of the great gym across the road is Bonus, and the on site gym for a light workout will suffice. Food is also to a high standard. And good bar too. However, rooms are in need of an update as they look like they were done in the 70’s.

I had a paid reservation and they did not honor it! Front desk staff was condescending and lied about not having payment. They insisted in sending me over to a Hampton inn and Magically the money they didn’t have was sent to the other hotel.

Great place to stay while I was having cervical surgery.

This bartender knows how to make proper Old Fashioned. Ingredients are properly smashed the shaken over ice, not stirred. Best Old Fashioned I ever had. Louisville eat your heart out. Wings are excellent. Compliments to the chef.

The ladies working the desk were very helpful. Dinner at the bar was excellent! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location. All employees were very helpful. Clean rooms. Close to shopping and restaurants. They do have shuttle that will carry you a short distance.

Nice and clean with good showers. The interior decor is a good touch without being particularly outdated. Everything I need from a hotel. Didn't have any issues. I've been hesitant to stay at another Hilton Garden Inn after the one in Blacksburg, VA literally gave my room key to a bunch of strangers and didn't do much as apologize, but no problems here.

Great location, super nice room. The hotel was packed and we didn't hear anyone else during the night. Comfy bed and very nice breakfast options. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. Will return when in the area again.

This is the nicest hotel near the Greater Philidaphia Expo Center. Their rooms are clean and they have great breakfast options. I highly recommend this hotel if you are attending the Expo Center!

Nice hotel, looks and feels new. Friendly staff, very quiet location and an ok breakfast to start your day. The rooms are not big, but feel cozy. Bathrooms are nice and well furnished. Internet is fast enough and tech wise, with the Hilton app, you can unlock your room without the physical key.

I just checked in today, for 4 days, very nice. I was here in 2015 for 3 nights, I think it's an excellent place to stay. The breakfast buffet before was cooked to order, and seems like it will be this time also. It's close to the convention center where I'm going, that makes it convenient, as well.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. I loved staying here during my business trip. Very comfortable and loved the amenities. It was hard to leave lol. But can't wait to go back!

Went to an afterparty in the ballroom here. It was a lot of fun. The staff made sure everything ran smoothly without calling attention to themselves. It was a pleasant experience.

It was a nice night — the bed was comfy. The refrigerator was a bit loud, and they had two bottles of water in the room that guests would be charged for drinking — that really annoys me! Otherwise, it was decent.

Stayed for a business trip. Great amenities, within walking distance to a few decent bars, restaurants and a cinema. Great sized bedrooms with fridge and microwave. Basic breakfast but didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on the quality.

Very clean and modern with great, warm color patterns. Rooms are very clean with above-average comfortable beds. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is the restaurant. We ordered the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer but it never came. We didn't realize it until after we had started to eat our dinners. The steak was ordered medium rare but delivered well done. The tuna was delivered medium well but ordered medium rare. The rice that is advertised has been removed but they never explained it (maybe just waiting for an updated menu — Idk). We purposely avoided breakfast the following morning. Aside from that negative experience for dinner, it really is a quality place to lay your head and relax! Facilities looked real nice (pool, spa, gym, business center)!

The hotel is in a great location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The have a fantastic free breakfast. There is a good sized fitness room as well.

Really nice HGI property. Good spot for business travel, friendly staff and clean rooms were above-average. Restaurant was one of the larger models and had some good specials instead of the standard HGI fare, will definitely return when around the area for work.

As a woman traveling for business I do not feel safe here anymore. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times since its grand opening for work and unfortunately the guest service has declined. This hotel has a high tolerance for out of control male guests. During my most recent stay 3 men continue to party all night, yelling obscenities in the hallway and common areas. Despite 3 phone calls to the front desk by myself and other guests, the behavior continued for hours. The staff person made a couple requests for the men to control themselves, but did not warn them of any consequences so the behavior continued. The staff person informed us she would request assistance but she did not until more complaints were made. Finally at 4am an officer arrived to warn these men. There should be a zero tolerance policy for this type of behavior and on on site security guard should be posted here.

Just check in. Room is much smaller than Hyatt. Lobby gives a homey vibe, soft lighted and cozy. Bar and grill conveniently located by the lobby. There's a soaker indoor pool with hot tub on the side, another room with exercise equipments, Not fancy but basic. Customer laundry room with coin operate washer and dryer next to the gym, it would be helpful if there was a lavatory nearby.

Everything was wonderful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Thought the breakfast buffet wasn't worth the price so we went some place else.

The Hilton was a very enjoyable experience. The location was great close to Phoenixville and King of Prussia. The rooms were spacious and nice.

The staff was super friendly, my room was super clean on a daily basis during my week stay. Also the hotel shuttle staff are amazing and carted me around all week. The food selection at the on site restaurant was awesome and the food was so scrumptious. Fantastic!

My overall theme would be… Not very friendly. Didn't feel I was greeted warmly. My diamond status was not acknowledged. When I called to ask about late check-out … Perhaps the desk woman was stressed but her response was snippy. Marriott guarantees late check out. The premium Wi-Fi was painfully slow. Not going back.

I am staying here for 5 days on business and from the moment I walked in I was impressed. Stephanie, at the front desk was basically the reason I'll be back. She was so informative about the hotel features and what my business was offering during my stay, which helped tremendously concerning I had no idea. Stephanie was extremely genuine which is something I expect from quality customer service. I really appreciated that. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Looking forward to the rest of my stay.

Actual rate 189 vs 111 advertised rate. No AAA OR AARP rates. Nice hotel. Just bait and switch. As I said to reservations. I think I'll pass. Thank you.

The people working there were very nice and helpful. The hotel itself was moderately clean. Had to call room service as soon as we arrived because our bathroom floor wasn't clean. They were very quick to send someone to clean it and were very apologetic. The toilet was not working correctly but my son was able to adjust a gasket and fix it.

During my stay from September 13 to the 17th, 2017. I have stayed in this hotel for multiple years during a convention/ show that I go to yearly. I like to say the staff is always pleasant and cheerful. Ms Stephanie, Ms Shantyce, Ms Trupti, Ms Theresa, Mr Stan, and Mr Troy — this basic core set of employees that I any communications with are great, enjoy coming back year-to-year and seeing them again. The professionalism that they demonstrate and the service that they give to the guest or above and beyond. I like especially pointing out Ms. Stephanie is a great employee. Thank you to everyone turn my recent stay, look forward to my stay for 2018 Rosa K.

Stayed for prep for a wedding, easy service, nice rooms, very spacious.

Food and refreshment services were timely and adequate. The facility was clean and well maintained.

Great location if you are attending an event at Philly Expo center. The room was clean & comfortable, the staff was friendly and the rates were good. My only issue was the not-a-buffet, buffet breakfast. The guy cooking/setting up the 'orders' was overwhelmed as was the wait staff. They were still great but I think the hotel management should have prepared better. The staff really did a great job though.

5 star, but — 1 for poor accessibility. We got the handicap-accessible room but the shower (it was a roll-in) leaked and made the bathroom floor slippery. Additionally, the pattern of the hall way carpets made my grandmother dizzy. Thankful nothing bad happened. Otherwise, great place, lovely people and amenities. I dont think there is a better more accessible option in the area.

I have made a pact with myself to start writing positive reviews when I have good experiences since usually people, myself included, are more likely to write a review if the experience leaves them bitter. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for two days and nights over 4th of July weekend for a friend's wedding. Most of the guests were out-of-towner's so practically everyone attending the wedding was at the hotel. The staff was very aware of the number of guests who were part of the wedding and were able to answer questions about wedding events, discounts, and favors that were connected to the hotel. Independent of the wedding-related portions, the experience was fantastic. I did have some trouble during the reservation process due to a bad connection and the Hilton employee taking down the wrong name. Because of this I did not receive my confirmation and when I called to correct it I received the email with my name still misspelled. However this was quickly fixed and in no way affected my reservation or actual visit. Because of the initial errors, I had my doubts about whether the stay would be satisfactory. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The hotel and all facilities were extremely well upkept, clean, and easy to locate. Breakfast was inexpensive, served quickly, and very good especially for the value. The fitness center and pool were easily accessible and spotless. The rooms were comfortable, more spacious than I expected, and kept immaculately.

Be prepared to experience every booking and credit card screw up that could possibly happen if you stay here. And they will not be gracious about cleaning up their messes. Nice property but very poorly run. Book the Hampton Inn down the street instead.

The room is okay, nothing special. I wanted a true suite when I booked at another hotel but they had issues and I got moved to this one. Breakfast was very good, but I am glad I didn't have to pay the $12 for it.

Clean and comfortable, but seriously messed up my reservation. They comped us, which is good, but seriously inconvenienced us. Not the greatest hotel, but it wasn't bad.

Right off the highway and centrally located between a lot of businesses. They have a great breakfast selection of cold buffet or warm buffet. The bar is nice with a nice selection of beer, liquor and wine. Would definitely visit again.

Stayed here for a week on business. Rooms are clean. Decent internet. Great housekeeping. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is okay in a pinch, but its better to order out. The bar lacks atmosphere and is a bit pricey, but the bartenders are great. The reason I didn't give the full five stars would be because I had a cold shower one morning and luke-warm on another. Also, no ventilation fan in the bathroom which I found to be odd. I would certainly stay again.

The hotel was so clean and cozy and the staff was amazing. The bartender Peter was the nicest guy and made a mean drink! And the on duty manager, Brittany, for that weekend was also amazing. We asked if we could just get toast in the morning cause our friend didn't like the bagels we brought and if so how much would it cost (they don't have continental breakfast which kinda stinks) and she looked at us like we were crazy and said "it's on me. Don't worry about it it's just toast". We were so impressed with the staff we shared our bagels with them in the morning. Could not say enough great things about them. And one of the shuttle drivers (Curvis? ) was awesome. We were obnoxious as hell (coming from a beer fest) and he laughed along with us and didn't take us too seriously. Overall amazing experience. Can't wait to come back next year.

Incredible Service — Wedding Review.
From our initial contact through the day after our reception, over six months later, the Hilton Garden Inn provided by far the best event services I have ever experienced. The entire staff — from the general manager and event staff to the maintenance and housekeeping staff — made our wedding day absolutely spectacular. I cannot recommend this place enough for a wedding reception. They out performed any venue I have ever known — including ones three times more expensive. Our 122 guests are still raving about the space, food and service, almost six months after our reception. The Hilton Garden Inn ensured the event went off without a glitch — and if there was one, no one was even aware of it. They helped us create a magnificent menu and decor, while staying well within our budget and they added special touches of their own based off of what my husband and I are passionate about. Their impeccable service and care for my wedding day still brings me to tears of joy and appreciation, months after the day. You will be disappointed if you choose to go elsewhere.
