Good Place. No Frills… 100 bucks cheaper than marriott or hilton!

Trevor the manager is very courteous and accommodating. The property and rooms are well maintained. The stay was quiet and very relaxing.

Trevor and the Chateau Suites staff are amazing. They are always friendly and go above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. Trevor and his team provide updated suites that are extremely clean and welcoming. Any requests or needs were met immediately and always with a smile. The amenities offered, such as microwave, refrigerator, coffee, fresh linens and towels just to name a few, were always clean, working and made the stay not only comfortable and enjoyable, but added convenience. I would recommend the Chateau Suites to any type of traveler. The affordable rates, central location to many attractions, shopping, and incredible dining close by make the overall experience even more appealing. I would definitely book in the future. Thank you Chateau Suites, Trevor, and the wonderful staff for the wonderful stay.

The customer service at front desk was courteous and professional and so was the one lady in housekeeping. But, the first room was not cleaned properly and there were other issues. I was given a nicer room but it too needed a little more cleaning. They need more help! The place needs to be cleaned down real good and exterminated. The job is too big for one person.

We love staying here, the rooms are clean, the staff is awesome… we've stayed at the new Chatue at least 30 times and never have had a bad experience, also its extremely convenient to shopping food nightlife ect… we will definitely be back.

Prefacing this with I did not stay here, just did a hotel inspection for family who are staying there this weekend. The lobby is so clean! With a Mom and Pop type hotel, I always check for funky smells — this hotel smelled like a nice hotel, just a nice as a more expensive hotel, though located behind a restaurant, it didn't smell like food at all. Another caveat — the hotel was almost fully booked so I inspected a room that hadn't been cleaned yet after a previous overnight guest. It STILL passed with flying colors! The floors in all the rooms are tile. The tile was squeaky clean — edges, corners, bathroom, under the bed — all clean. The mattress had been stripped — no sign of bed bugs. There was a significant crack in the vanity top, but the bathroom was surprisingly awesome — *nice* shower with a waterfall shower head, glass was spotless (which tells me they keep it that clean regularly! ), toilet was clean at the bottom and no dust behind the toilet. There is a soaking tub in the corner of the bedroom. Not a jetted tub, just a soaking tub. It was also really clean. Based on cleanliness alone, five stars. They've obviously been doing some renovations, and it comes through by looking up to date and not at all worn down. I took away one star **only** for the crack in the vanity top, the confusing location (it is behind a restaurant), the lobby not being labeled from the outside, and the confusing departure from the parking lot.

Our visit was good. I would have preferred a larger room. The bathroom was nice. I would visit again. The price was practical and location was convenient.

Can I give no stars? Perhaps it was just a VERY bad day for the hotel but it is perhaps the worst hotel experience I've had anywhere on the planet. While at check in another guest came to report that the room she was given was occupied. Ok. Simple mistake. It happened to me once in Vegas. I was then given my key and headed to my room to find the TV on and the sheets on the floor. I went back and was assigned a new room. I went to that room to find it fully occupied by someone else — clothes hung up, laptop sitting out, etc. I went back to get a new room again. The other guest was back and she didnt feel her reassigned room had been cleaned. She grabbed me to take a look and I was horrified to see what looked like blood stains on the curtain around the bottom of the bed and blood stains on the mattress. There also appeared to be little black spots between the mattress and the sheet as well — bed bugs maybe. That was it for me. I went to request a credit and booked myself elsewhere. Best of luck you guys. Hope it was just a one time, very bad day.

Room $98 for 2 double beds. Room was clean. Heat was great. Free TV and Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi was fast enough to stream Netflix. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Any time I needed something, it was delivered by the front desk within a few minutes. Can not recommend this place more.

The Chateau is wonderful. Clean room, perfect location and service in Norristown. I hardly recommend this hotel!

I don't understand the positive reviews. When I arrived the motel looked ok, but I saw two mice run through the lobby. The staff was un-phased and seemed to think it was normal. It went down hill from there. The room was DISGUSTING. It hadn't been vacuumed in who knows how long, there were pieces of rotting fruit on the floor, the bed was covered in dead bugs, the mattress was a double despite being on a queen sized box spring (and advertised as such), the couch was ripped and covered in so many odd, disgusting stains I refused to even put my bag on it and the AC was loud and ineffective. The entire hotel is gross and the most basic of cleaning (vacuuming or sweeping) have been neglected. I would never recommend this hotel.

Oh my god. It's a pleasant experience here. Well maintained rooms with latest amenities. The management and receptionist are the best and well mannered. Thanks to the management.

I had a very good experience as far as customer service. Initially, the room we were given was occupied; and through a two minute conversation with the manager Raj, we were upgraded to the dream suite. Excellent customer service and professionalism. The room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was awesome about this place. Front desk was extremely helpful, place was IMMACULATE, and it was in a wonderful location. Only stayed one night but we definitely plan on spending a weekend get away here over the winter. Never stayed at a better place before. We had the room with the jacuzzi in the room which was awesome, as well as a large tv, walk in shower with a rainbow light shower head, along with a spacious bathroom, microwave, large room and close to our car. We were in literal shock when we walked in considering we did not pay much for such an awesome room. No complaints about the place whatsoever.

Wonderful room, location and personnel.

The Place was really nice and spacious. They did the service for the room when requested. But one thing seemed awkward was, the front desk person was not available all the time. But everything was good, neat and clean.

We had to clean the room. There were hairs on the blankets so we requested new ones. We didn't get those until the next day after we had to call the front again with a reminder. There were layers of dust on everything, trash in the trash can, dirt and hair all over the floor, a french fry in the fridge, crusted food in the microwave, grime on the shower and bathroom floor, dirt and hair in the nightstand drawer. Had the website not been so misleading we would have taken the experience at least a little better. The site markets the hotel as a sort of destination spot within itself, with a restaurant and a golf course. The golf course is not actually there's nor is it connected to them at all from what I could tell. The restaurant doesn't exist yet as they are still renovating. I realized too late that the front page of their site talks as if the restaurant is functioning but if you click on "eat & dine" they change to future tense. They also market the standard double room as having a desk and chair, complete with pictures and everything. They do not provide a desk and chair. There is a mini kitchenette. There is not a place to eat. No table whatsoever. We had to eat on the beds. We were told they would give us a discount for the lack of a desk. I completely spaced at checkout and forgot to mention it. They didn't mention it either. My fault, not theirs. There was an iron with no ironing board. We paid over $400 for four days and three nights.

We had a wonderful stay here. Trevor was fantastic. He knew I was in town for an interview. When it ran late (past check out), he was both courteous and understanding. The room was immaculate! So clean, you could tell it was recently renovated. The over the head "rain shower head" was a great feature. The pillows and comfy blankets were wonderful too. It was the perfect location. Close to everything: food, gas, package stores, the zoo, highway access, you name it! The only negative was that there was not a full-length mirror in the room. I wanted to see my interview attire from head-to-toe and was unable to. We will definitely be back for sure!

Stayed here with my girlfriend on New Years Eve, the prices were very good for how nice the room was. Very clean with helpful friendly staff that was eager to make your stay as great as possible. Everything was great and I would definitely stay here again.
