I don't know what possessed me to give Quality Inn another shot since it's been a consistent bad experience. You can't bring food back to the room from the free breakfast, even if you have a 4yr old child with you. The bathroom's door does not close since the door was kicked open and cracked.
Stayed for V day with my bf after searching for a decent, well priced place for the night and reading the reviews, decided on this place. Gentleman at the desk last night was very friendly and welcoming but the… person kelly this morning was awful. She refused to explain charges made to my account when I requested to pay in cash. She did not want to deal with us and she made it very clear… rolled her eyes and told me to "just leave' waving me away and when I wouldnt without SOME SORT OF explanation she proceeded to call the police and say she needed assistance removing us from the property and we were "probably on drugs or something"! Another guest behind me tried to tell the woman it wasn't necessary I just didn't understand and she completely ignored her as well. Im not sure if it was racially movitvated but it was embarrassing and down right rude. My bf convinced me to just leave which I did and called Guest services right away. Never again and sadly the room and our night was great.
