DO NOT STAY AT THiS HOTEL! The only way to improve this hotel would be to level it and build a new hotel. Everything at this hotel is filthy or broken. A disgusting excuse for a "quality" inn. ☹️

Most disgusting dirty hotel I have ever been at.

Customer Service wasn't professional at all, the pillow cases on the bed was filthy, tiles on the bathroom walls was falling down, it was just a mess.

My trip was literally ruined because of this hotel. We checked in and went to the restroom and there was poop on the toilet seat disgusting! I made them clean the restroom again. Get back to hotel at night and I see a big cockroach ewwwww! The experience was so bad. Do not go here it's disgusting!

The carpets had just been cleaned so the floor was damp and the room smelled like cleaning chemicals. It would have been good if they let it air out for another day before letting people use the room. The smell gave me a headache, and the floors were damp enough that our feet felt wet and we had to wear shoes in the room. The hotel itself had a depressing appearance. Garbage around the parking lot, broken ice machine creating a puddle on the floor, broken washing machine (with a dusty “out of order” sign, so you know it’s been broken for a while), etc. However, checking in was convenient (they let us check in a few hours early), their pet policy was flexible, the room itself was clean, the price was good, the bed was comfortable enough, the location was convenient, and the continental breakfast was fine. If you’re looking for something that’s just okay at a good price, this is it. We didn’t feel great staying here though, and wouldn’t again unless we had to.

Had a very nice remodeled room. Management and staff are the best in the area. Location is perfect for visiting places of interest in every direction. Very safe and secure compared to others in area. Definitely my choice several times a month and my family is from here so I know the area very well.

I stayed at this hotel because it was one of the hotels American airlines gives you the stranded passanger discount on. The room as others have said, was run down and smelly. I had some wet wipes with me and wiped down the surfaces I could, and sprayed perfume several times to temporarily hide the smoke smell and tamper my disgust. In addition, there were some "interesting" people hanging out in the parking lot near the on site restaurant. If you have a choice, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. The only plus seems to be the 24 hour shuttle to the airport.

I stayed for one night but have previously stayed at this location. Convenient to airport, 95, shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. We got to our room and it was clean (although the floor needed to be mopped) and stocked with coffee (perfect). The room had a mini fridge, iron & ironing board, hairdryer… Nice sized TV with Direct TV. Everything was comfortable and seemed cozy. No noisy neighbors. I would stay again, especially for the price.

I would give this place zero stars. We checked in and went up to our room and we immediately got hit with a huge odor pretty sure it was a smoking room at one time. After entering the room we noticed stains all over the bed, dried blood on the walls, bathroom door had holes in it also the wall had holes in it. It was so bad I went down and asked to be moved. The lady never said she was sorry for the inconvenience only asked if I touched anything. She gives us another room that still smelled, missing chunks of carpet, hair all over the bathroom floors and the toilet didn't work. When we went to check out we told the front desk about the bathroom plumbing and he said it was a already known issue. We slept above the covers cause there was stains on the bedding. It was the worst experience ever and I would not recommend going there nor will I ever go back there.

Booked for a non-smoking room but when I open the room, the smell of smoke is very strong. Went back to the front desk to ask for a change of room but she told me she already gave me a non-smoking room. I hv membership at Choice Htl. When I checked in, I asked the front desk for a renovated room. She said she gave me a renovated room but I dont think the room is a renovated room bcoz bathtub and towel rack has mildew, the carpet was damp, there were white dust on the bedcover. Breakfast was not too good either, sausages are dry, can not find pepper for the eggs and they don’t refill the maple syrup for the waffle, orange juice also empty. Usually I always give good reviews when I stayed at choice hotels, but I’m very disappointed with my staying at this hotel. Will never come back again to this hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Or Choice Hotels for that matter, not only was the room not clean, there was a cockroach in the shower. When we went down to check out the man working said he would refund us for the two reserved rooms based on the circumstances, he was very nice about it. After a month, I noticed the charges were still on my credit card. I disputed the charges. I’m which the manager of the hotel responded that we checked out at 11:24a the next day with no complaints! When I actuality had a flight out for 8 am the next day. Since I was in the process of moving I never received his response and it was closed out with my bank. Fast forward another month, still trying to resolve the issue. I contact the hotel. The manager does not respond to any emails, phone calls, and is actually quite rude. After going through corporate they tell me I have to handle it with the manager of the establishment. After multiple complaints, I finally hear back from the manager who tells me the man who promised me the refund wasn’t supposed to be working. I’m not surprised by his lack of management abilities, but as you can see that is not a reason to not refund me for services I did not receive! It has been yet another month, corporate office can’t really do anything except keep trying to work the issue with the manager who falsified the investigation by saying I checked out the next day with no complaints. And the manager who does not return emails or phone calls.

Run down. They were doing renovations but, room reeked with smoke odor, thin walls so you can hear next door conversation, floor look clean but walking without shoes on and you find out how dirty it was. Towels had hair stuck in them. Had 2 rooms for 3 night but checked out after 1st night and stayed at Clarion down the road, much better. Will not stay again. Only good thing, beds were clean and comfortable.

Low cost budget MOTEL. All rooms had doors to outside. Older place but being renovated.

The breakfast was no good. The bathtub seemed to have a bit of mold. Overall, a lot like my own home. So, not very good.

This place is terrible, first of all when I got to the room the door was a pull and you had to push hard, then it took a while to get the lights on and the phone was disconnected, it was dirty and there was no remote controller, the pillows are hard and the room was too hot. Let's move on to the breakfast, everything was fake and the "chef" wouldn't replace anything until more people came. The eggs were dry but when squeezed provided some liquid which is questionable. The sausage was terrible, no flavor but a rough texture. There prices on drinks are horendious and overpriced at the front and finally everything was premade and boxed inside the employees room only, so no actual food was made. There were also cigarettes dumped in front of our room. In the end, this was a waste of time and money, wouldn't recommend coming to this garbage pit. It's called quality inn but it lacks such quality. Would give it 0 stars.

First, the front desk attendant was very rude. Once we got to our room, it smelled of marajuana. We informed from desk that it smelled like drugs and we actually saw several people smoking. The attendant then responded that this hotel has no rules and basically you can do what you want. Even smoke illegal drugs! The bed linen was FILTHY! The walls and chairs in the room were even dirty. There’s a lot of movement around the building and my family and I just did not feel safe.

Had a very nice remodeled room. Housekeeping stays on top of your room. Great location. Very nice staff.

Today is 3/4/18. We was out of power at home and needed somewhere to stay. We stayed there and had a good price. From 2am — 11am checkout 3/4/18. So I called to see if I could stay another night. Well, the level of unprofessional was at a all time high. I was told NO we aren’t allowed to stay another night because someone has already booked our room online. How can they book a room online if I did not check out the room yet? this place is nonsense. They charged me for 2 nights when I only stayed one night after they told me I could not stay. The beds were hard and need new carpet bad. I won’t ever suggest this place to anyone. Stains were on the sheets. I asked for more sheets and I was told I have to wait in the morning.

We were stuck in PHL for the night and stayed in this hotel! It showed on Choice Hotels app that it was a 3 star hotel!? It should be a 1 star. The rooms and bedding were filthy. The top bedding was dirty with spots all over them. Gross gross gross. I was afraid of bed bugs… not clean at all… The blanket or white comforter used to cover yourself was dirty looked like it was never washed, brown color around edges of comforter… The walls were absolutely dirty! Not even a nice smooth paint job, dirty spots and marks all over the walls… Bathroom dirty. Towels especially the bath mat looked like it was used and put back on tub. The bedding was the worst. You should NOT see dirty stained spots on the bedding… Quality Inn you should be ashamed of this location! I've stayed in lots of Choice hotels that have been emmaculate! This was by far the worst and just disgusting! The front door was hard to close and the xtra lock at top was difficult to latch Did not feel safe and all I can say, as we walked in Is YUCK YUCK YUCK, absolutely filthy!

Staff was friendly, shuttle was quick. Hotel, well, it's a place to lay your head. Shower floor wasn't too clean but the water flow was good. I found a few long hairs and two live bugs.

We always stay here when we fly out of Philadelphia. Reasonable prices and shuttle to the airport included along with parking. We stayed overnight and got a great price. I'll always stay here when flying from Philadelphia. The shuttle runs constantly so you don't have to wait long. Not a luxury hotel, but it was clean.

For a very reasonable rate free breakfast a chinese restaurant a d free shuttle a d free long distance call u can ask for better if u wanna be treated Royal a d 5 star I suggest u choose sheraton. Or double tree or fancy hotel downtown a d be ready to pay. For 1 nite 200 dollar my room was okay clean sheets free cable free Wi-Fi. And more I stayed downtown and I paid 13 dollar for wiffi. U get wat u paying I had hot water and comfortable bed close to tbe airport. And tbe staff. Was super nice including tbe manager he is a very nice person … all of tbem.

It is a total dirtbag this hotel, cockroaches are included in the price we offer… THAT PORQUERIA.

Good to stay near the airport.

I love it here staff is on point I would give stars if they had a change machine for vending machine use and real eggs for breakfast. Other than that this place is cool. Heat and air works great and adjustable shower heads are lovely.

Do not stay here! From the moment I drive up I noticed the area which I did not feel safe in. The first room, the deadbolt did not work. The second room, the bedspreads were stained, (they were white), the floors were sticky, (no carpet), the tub was almost black, the chairs were dirty and sticky as well. The lamp between the beds was an electrical danger and I reported it to front desk. It sparked when I turned it off. Oh, and the large roach that came out to greet us 15 minutes after being in the room. Slept with lights on, in my clothes, and did not use the shower. Sheets were old and worn but appeared clean? Not a good experience.

Blankets were filthy. The floors & tub were dirty. The remote battery cover was broken.
The staff was great that's it.

Offers a really nice breakfast. Variety as well! Other then that. Quiet little place. Quiet 2 story place. Rooms are nice for a small joint! Smoking as well.

Stayed for Labor Day weekend September 2017 for pleasure and business. STAY AWAY! Rooms dirty, toilet leaked, tub drained poorly, tub filthy, air conditioner did not keep room cool enough, no wash clothes given on second night, trash cans not emptied second night. When you try to speak to housekeeper about the room they claim they don't speak English! Reported all this to front desk. Problems were NOT resolved. Manager was supposed to call me but has not to date. If could, I'd give — 5 star I would. Avoid at all cost.

Very bad experience. Lots of papers, waters dispersed on corridor. No clean carpet inside room. Lots of bad liquids and stains found on table. Bed sheet is also stained. All properties are very old too. I thought it's closer to airport, so I can save my time. But I could not sleep and waste my entire night and next day. So please think before book it. It's too much dirty motel.

The room was clean as well as the bathroom. When I walked in there was NO weird smell. It smelled very clean. The room had a mini fridge that worked. There was NO bugs or nasty green carpet! I would definitely stay here again it was very Quiet! The staff was very nice, friendly and hard working!

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is beyond disgusting. As soon as I entered the room, there was pungent smell that would not go away. I pulled back the bed covers and there were bugs visible. The shower was gross and filled with stains. The door hardly closed and there were cracks in it that made it seem like bugs could crawl in. After examining the room for less than 10 minutes, I decided that I would no longer be staying there. At 7:30pm I went to check out and I did not leave until 11:15pm! Why? Because the "hotel" charged my card twice and claimed that the other charge was the refund. It took forever for me to be in contact with a manger and when I told them that my bank said it WAS charged twice. They basically told me the bank was wrong. The female employee was very rude. She raised her voice and called the police on me and my family when we said we wanted a clear explanation of why we charged twice. JUST don't stay here. It's nasty. There were bugs in the lobby and flies. How the lobby nicer than the rooms?!

First of all when the cleaning lady came it was super early way to early! We said come back later me and my husband went to site seeing got back to the hotel at 8pm no one came to clean, give us fresh towels or make the bed I mean nothing and I'm not use to that. Now I'm checking out and I'm waiting on my ride and there are 6 people waiting to check in and out and there has not been an attendant and the desk for at least 45 min. And the person that was there he stayed on his personal cell phone. One lady is so upset she has come to the desk three times to get help for something. Very unpleasant, unprofessional and not clean when I checked in I had to clean the toilet it was dirty and that's sad you can tell no one ever dusted. I would Not recommend this hotel to anyone ever!

We stayed there on July 5th, on our way to a funeral in the area, I thought that the young man who checked us in was professional and kind, our room was ok, nothing to brag about, we ate in the dining room and the waitress was a sweet young Lady, but the food wasn't very good, we had breakfast there, too, coffee machine didn't work, had to use the one in the lobby, nothing special to eat, bagels, tiny danish, scrambled eggs and something that resembled sausage, we wouldn't recommend it to my friends and family.

I stayed on the second floor. The stairs up to it are black and covered in loads of white bird shit. The room was the shabbiest of the 7 or so that we stayed in on our trip so far. There was excessive noise next door on both nights. On the morning after the first night an itinerant looking woman ran between two cars as she exited the office, saying he's got a gun. When we got back from Philadelphia later that afternoon a cop car drove out and a butch of people were hanging out of the top floor of this place and the adjacent Economic Lodge. We decided to rush to our room change, get out get a meal and get back lock up for the night and escape in the morning. When we were driving out we had to drive past 7 or 8 bikers in colours who were on the opposite side of the complex, blocking the way with their bikes. When we returned and reached the safety of our room, we then had to listen to the sound of people partying all night and the bikers revving their bikes. When we left in the morning we thought we were lucky to have made it out alive.

This review is based on the affordable airport parking. I've never booked a stay at the hotel. Each time I fly out of Philadelphia International I park my car here. The staff is friendly and the process is smooth. I park for less than $8.00 per day.

They run a free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes which is very convenient. They are very close to the airport so getting cab if necessary should be very affordable. The free breakfast was very nice. Rooms were very clean and seemed newly remodeled. The rooms also had free HBO. Great place to stay if you get in on a late flight since their shuttle has 24 hour service. Will be staying here again whenever I'm in Philadelphia.

Was sleeping around 3 am my hubby was being bit up didn't know by what come to find out it was bed bugs went to the front desk to check out showed the lady the bed bugs she told me to call the manager at 9 am instead I waited till 9:45 to give him time to get settled she already left him a note to let him know who I am when I called he try to act like he knew nothing then going to tell me his extermintater will check in to it and he will get back with me to let me know his discussion this was a vday room for my hubby and I fill it was ruined we was not scheduled to leave to 12pm never ever again just give me my money back.

I do NOT recommend this place unless you like sharing a room with mice and cockroaches! I was laying on the bed and had a mouse run across the pillow right beside me! My husband called the front desk and they acted like it was no big deal said they would see if they could find a trap. Well they never came back so we went and bought a trap ourselves and caught the damn thing. We also found a huge cockroach and two smaller ones in the room. Had my husband's company not already paid for the room for him, I would have left and gone to a different hotel. Also, we went to go outside and found that we were locked IN the room! 10 minutes later someone finally came and had to pry the door open from the outside. Thank God there was no emergency where we had to get out right away!. I was totally disgusted and could not wait to leave this hotel! My husband travels often for his job and we have been in several hotels. I have to say this one is not very high on the list. The only good thing I can see that this hotel has going for it is the location. It is conveniently located near the airport and the interstate.

Location was great being close to the airport and the shuttle was great and prompt and runs 24hours. The room was kinda gross and rundown and had stains and burns on stuff but comfortable and cheap. Service was good. Had no issues with staff and the Chinese restaurant was decent.

Poor customer service, great room for the price tho.

Overcharged and under served… flight arrives at 11 p. M. Waited over 15 minutes and 7 attempts to communicate for shuttle pick up. Arrived 35 minutes later for what Google said was a 9 minute travel time. Agent locked lobby door and forced to stand out in the cold to checked in through a small window. I ask the agent, "is it dangerous that you can't let us in the lobby? " She responded "i am here alone and I trust no one. " What the choice website charged of $79 I found on Google for $58… same hotel, same time. Room was clean,, but service and price was lacking… won't revisit or refer… sorry.

This place was awful. Our hockey team booked this place a few weeks ago and everything from the beds to the breakfast was awful. The staff was terrible and could care less about hospitality. I'm pretty sure I got some sort of lung illness from sleeping in a room that reeked of weed. Also, try not to turn on the air conditoner. God knows the last time those air filters were changed.

Inexpensive, relatively clean, would stay there again.

I recently booked two rooms at your location and to say it was the worst motel stay I have ever had would be an understatement. When we arrived we received the keys to rooms 176 and 178. My daughter with her Two and Four year old children occupied room 176. At eleven PM a woman, using a key, entered her room and yelled at her that "this is my room. " She apparently returned to the braindead clerk who in her infinite wisdom sent a large man (who we later learned was the shuttle driver) to threaten my daughter with arrest while pounding on the door and window. He screamed loudly he was calling the police. It would appear to me that compensation for these two rooms is appropriate. I will also say that if I were management I would fire both people involved. I will be contacting Choice headquarters as well.

I wasn't impressed by the customer service I don't like appreciate the staff making people stand out in the cold to check in. The bed was firm but comfortable, Room was clean and warm. Unless you need to go to the airport don't stay here it's not worth the high price.

Avoid this like the plague. Even if you have to sleep at the airport instead.

Warning:: do not stay here! from the broken lamp to the bathroom that had an overwhelmingly jorrid smell of urine with a stain on bathroom floor where a dog obviously urinated! the phone barely worked might as well been a rotary phone and the front desk lady is rude! she sent up housecleaning that sprayed febreeze n told me the stain is part of the tile design lmao! what a joke I wish I cld leave right now! oh and lets not forget "frank the fly" was a third guest in our room! gross and he didnt even pay to stay! I give this place negative 10 stars dont stay here ever! hotel from hell.

Haven't stayed here but from the way the pictures look I definitely will not. There is several stains on the floor in one of those pictures.
