Terrible customer service. On 1 occasion we were told to leave an hour before checkout for no reason. On another I used the remote to turn the TV and returned the remote to the office. The desk guy says the batteries weren't in the remote n I needed to go find them.
I'm born and raised in the area. The Mount is one of the better hotels in the area but still not a place for children or families. How can I put this nicely Its always been known as an upscale place to discreetly meet with someone for a good time. Not the friendliest of employees and definitely not the cleanest but definitely better then most in the area.
