I love there heart shaped hot tub and very friendly staff make you feel comfortable and very good attitude.

The rooms are clean and comfortable but breakfast was too limited.

Staff is pleasant and tee.

It sucks here pet friendly but they really don’t clean there rooms got upgraded to a suite for same price bur definitely not coming back here.

Clean, Well lit indoor and out. Available rooms at a moments notice. Friendly courteous staff. In room amenities. Hot and fresh continental breakfast.

Always good for a quick get away amd a good nights rest. This hotel provides a delicious hot continental breakfast. Dining staff very professional, polite and very helpful. This will not be my last stay Redroof inn 896 rocks!

This hotel was disgusting. My mom found a sex toy on the chair when she first arrived. We requested smoke free but the entire hallway smelt of cigarettes and weed. There was mold in my bathroom. The air conditioner didn’t cool the room down all it did was add moisture into the air and made the room smell very musty. My children’s pants & socks were completely black from walking/crawling on the floors. My whole family feel sick after staying. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away, pay the extra money for the holiday inn.

Only giving it two stars because the Assistant Manager is the only employee that knows what hospitality is. The General Manager is one of most incompetent beings I’ve ever came in a 400 mile radius of. He gets caught up in his own lies he creates and then will tell you that you have no common sense after he’s lying to your face and you confront him on the fact. There was MOLD in both rooms I was put in. The first was in the bathroom and the second had the AC completely filled with it and the bathroom, ceiling and sink pipes. (Videos to prove) My husband got extremely sick due to the MOLD. We have also heard the GM yelling and arguing with other guests over the phone on multiple occasions. They need to get help in this field or hire new staff. One of the worst experiences of my life.

Excellent front desk service. Our son is highly allergic to cats and as we checked in we realized the hotel is pet-friendly. We made arrangements to stay somewhere else. The woman at the front desk was thoroughly helpful finding us a different place to stay and refunded our money for the cancelled stay at Red Roof. I never saw a room, but based on our experience this seems like a good choice for economical lodging.

The nastiest motel I have ever been too. Looks ok from outside and pictures look great. But inside looks like a crack house. I smoke cigarettes, but not where I lay me head nor in my home. The place/ rooms smells just like cigarettes. My job booked this room, same on them.

We used their conference room for an event. The room is well maintained. However the walls are think so you can hear people walk.

Do not come here; these people do not clean the sheets. We arrived and found a stain on the top blanket. We threw it on the floor because we know most hotels don't wash those. However underneathe that was more stained and disgusting sheets. We called 3x and they said they would fix it. 30 minutes go by and I tell my husband to go down to the lobby and complain. Only then did staff come up to change the sheets. The guys that came to change the sheets were rude and asked "what's the problem?! I just made this bed. " We had to show them the stains and then they started speaking their language in front of us and scowled when they left. Bad service and we won't be returning.

One of may beg bug bite at 2 am on 4/11/18. I called the front desk they immediately move me to a different room. I asked the clerk do you have bed bugs he said no we do not. Well it's not true they are infested with them. I had to throw away all my items. Clothes, suitcase. Shoes, purse. Everything. I did not want to risk taking any items to any other location and infest someone else or my house. It's upsetting to me no one even apologized. I saw the review on this place and in reality they are not true. The place does in fact have bed bugs. So stay at your own risk.

Horrible. I absolutely got what I paid for. Frayed carpets, dirty furniture cracked and chipped sidewalks and parking lot. Plus the security bar on the sliding glass door was falling apart.

Clean rooms. Great location right off of 95. Liquor store, gas stations, and a Friendly's restaurant all in walking distance. Shop Rite is less than a mile away. You can't go wrong.

I won't come back here. One of the bed legs wheels was broken. I kept rolling off the bed and didn't discover it until the next morning. A huge crack in the ceiling and water damage. Had to capture and release a huge spider. The glass slider door in my room was awful because people argued outside it all night in the concrete court yard. The best management had for me in regards to the broken bed was a 30% off next visit coupon that expired in 3 months, which I found funny because I only travel once a year. They wouldnt apply it to this stay. Oh well. Never going back.

Bedding is really nice in terms of comfort. Spacious room, great staff. Convenient location.

Exceptionally friendly staff and doors located inside rather than outside, although the hallway entrance didn't seem to lock. Also included a small but standard continental breakfast. For the price, I would stay again.

Nice place for short staying. Very comfortable place. Personal is always friendly and understandable. When I needed to continue staying in this hotel for extra 7 days, the manager took the same price from me, despite the price on a website was higher at that moment. The worse thing is that this hotel is a little bit far from the town center and university. When you don't have a car it is problematic. Because the nearest bus stop is 2 km away. But this is the answer, why the prices are so good. Another thing is the breakfast was not very manifold.

The carpets are undesirable in the rooms. Need Refreshment, Reno.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days! Everything was fine until it was time to check out! The lady took a 100$ deposit from me yesterday, because I paid with cash! An prior to yesterday someone else also took a 100$ deposit from me! They never gave me back my money, they told me they never took a deposit from me. Which doesn’t make sense because that’s required when you pay cash. I watched the lady sneakily throw out my deposit form! They were rude, don’t go there! The manager doesn’t have manager qualities he needs to be fired.

Maybe they just had an off couple of days because of Christmas because to me this is where you stay when it's last minute and you dont wanna spend $80 on a room for only a few hours. I was charged twice. I paid when I made my reservation and they charged me when I checked in. They switched my room and the room they put me in looked half cleaned. The sheets weren't changed on one of the beds. Now breakfast… bread was stale, the hot water in the coffee carafe was yellow with black specs floating in it.

This place was dirty and there was a probnlem with the internet service and they told us that we had to call the number to see what the problem was. But we where in the old part and they were renevating so I guess I give them the benefit of the doubt. Because the other part waa beautiful and we were around shopping area.

He rests very well his very friendly clerk.

Do NOT EVER go to this place! Let me start off by saying my paintball team and I booked rooms here for this weekend for a special local event. Many other teams did the same. Everything was going nicely when my friend went to go sit on her bed when she noticed it was leaning down. The box springs were broke. So we went and got the hotel manager who then tried to say because my friebd is over weight that she must have broken it. Once we made him understand that she hadnt even had a chance to sit on the bed and he saw the bed for hinself, we ended up moving to a new room. Now we had heard some other teams rooms had used condoms and cockroaches in them. As well as another team members rooms toilet flooding out sewage and it had looked like the titanic in their room. Then when we arrived back at our rooms from being at the event and out to dinner we discovered cockroaches in one of our beds. So again we had to deal with management who told us that they would have clean bedding within an hour because they had nothing clean to give us and no one to make the bed. So we waited over 3 hours and went again to management who then decided to d**k us around for over another hour and a half! All we wanted was clean bedding and to go to sleep. But no we couldnt do that! So after all was said and done management takes care of their family before their guests, and they kept sending us different people to deal with us because they admitted they had nothing clean to begin with!

Love love love the staff! Very clean and accommodating! The price is reasonable for so close to downtown!

Enjoyed our stay. All of the staff were extremely friendly. Beds were comfortable with firm extra pillows. Bath tub could have been a little cleaner. Overall it's a nice place. We would stay again.

The manager kicked us out after I notified him that the first room had a dirty, used condom in between the bedsheets and the 2nd room I killed 6 cockroaches which I uploaded photos of. He refused to do anything but attempt to take $20 off our stay and when I tried to show him the dead cockroaches in our freezer he proceeded to tell me I was no longer welcome. I informed him I would notify corporate and he said it did not matter, it was private owned. Stay at the corporate owned Red Roofs. Just as affordable and much more hospitality. Truly mortified. Save yourself the sleepless night and go to the one in Christiana.

Rudest staff ever for front desk. Both of the staff members were unfriendly, rude, and immediately set the tone for a bad experience. Not handicap accessible, no elevator, but handicap parking. Enter room, dirty bathroom, smells. Unfortunately the hotel next door had no vacancies. Will ABSOLUTELY never recommend this hotel. Might be less expensive, but we paid for this? Website definitely does not show the real Red Roof Inn!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean beds could use some new mattresses in some rooms. But overall you Will enjoy your stay.

They provide you with more "home" stuff than must places for this price. Batroom was huge and Room was a nice size. Bed was comfortable.

We got in late (before 9 pm). Toilet in the room wouldn't flush. My husband got the water to refill, but it then made a very loud, high pitched noise for over 30 minutes. We called the front desk 3 times and corporate office once. No help. Kids couldn't use the toilet and the one way down the hall was disgusting. Do not stay here.

Rooms were very clean. The service at the front desk was helpful, responsive and knowledgeable about the surroundings. The location of the hotel was great since it's less than a mile away from I-95.

Very clean and well maintained. Free Wifi and lunch. I recommend.

This was a horrible experience. My fiancé booked the room, paid and left, he never had a chance to see the actual room because they were "cleaning" it. I came later on in the evening, the check in lady was very pleasant, she gave me the key and directed me to the room. Upon entering the building there was a wild looking lady in the hall, and the building had that old motel musty smell, opened the room door, and was greeted by the same smell… I went in and started my room inspection… went to shut the curtains, layers of dust on them, checked the bed, no visible signs of bed bugs, went on to open the fridge and out crawls a roach, I look at the rubber part to the fridge and there were dead baby and living baby roaches in there, now tots disgusted, I look into the bathroom, and the towels were dingy, the tub was filthy, and the wash cloths looked as if someone had already showered with them. When I called the front desk the Night Manager said that she could not offer me a cleaner room, and I could have clean wash cloths and towels, but NEVER addressed the roach issue… I guess it's common practice for her to live with roaches… I would not recommend this place to anyone… if this is the only place available do as I'm doing tonight… sleep in your car.

Would not stay again. Dirty room and I got bug bights all over my arms and back. It is not worth the health risk. The TV was old and not a flat screen. I can find much cheaper motels that are cleaner, cheaper, and actually have a coffee machine. Place seemed like a scam that just wants your money. Do not stay here!

That was the worst red roof in that I have ever seen…! The downstairs banquet room that we used on July 2 2017 for our Sunday Family Reunion had a broken air conditioner unit in it our family paid all that money for such poor services… Red Roof Inn for what y'all are charging people for room rates etc. Y'all need to do a complete renovation… I will never stay their or attend any function their…!

Room is nice and clean. Nothing overly fancy but great for the price. Front desk staff eas nice and gave me a veterans discount. Bed is comfortable and all around just a cozy room. Just wish there was more food options in walking distance.
