Great place. Staff was real nice and friendly. We checked in with Al he seen our choice status and was able to upgrade our room and explained the program to us. The young lady who checked us out gave us a late check out and was very nice as well. She helped me with some last minute things I needed. Best place to be if your in the area. I look forward to coming back. Room was comfortable.

The only place I'll stay at in Dover. The entire staff cares about your experience and are willing to make any accommodations they can to make it better for you. We stayed with them for a month while I was transitioning from the military and unsure of where my next job was and of all the hotels I've stayed at no one was as personal and caring as this place. Wish I could give them 20 stars!

The room had a horrible stench and they did not change the sheets because we left a piece of paper on it. Horrible hotel policy, the towels were small I couldn't even wrap it around my body, and they were limited. The only positive was breakfast was included in our package and they had a pool.

Clean rooms, comfortable and friendly service. Was a little irritated that housekeeping knocked in door at 930 am, but to their defense, we didn't have do not disturb sign out.

Clean, nice rooms and friendly staff. The beds are SUPER comfy and they give you firm as well as soft pillows so you have your choice. Front desk people are nice.

I have stayed here 3 times and never had any complaints about anything. The staff are very friendly and most helpful. The rooms were always clean. The breakfast was good, and there was plenty to choose from. I would definitely stay here again when in Dover.

Clean/Friendly — but why would you have less than queen size beds? Silly!

Spacious suites are a plus. It's kept clean and tidy. Sleep Inn and Suites is behind the McDonald's and that insures your not hearing street noise at all. It's a quiet Sleep Inn and Suites. I would feel very good about recommending this location to anyone.

The room was awesome, the staff was amazing, it was pet friendly, great location, nice breakfast, very clean, and received over 2, 000 rewards points for a two night stay. The price was a little high but besides that it was perfect.

I pulled off the highway Friday night 8-18-17 after driving in blinding rain & lightening. Sleep Inn was a beacon in the darkness! I pulled off the hwy & into their car port to collect my thoughts. When I entered, I was greeted by Al at the desk. He could have charged price-gouged me on such a terrible night but instead, he gave a comfortable room at a good price. I was off the road & out of dangerous driving conditions, got a good night's sleep & was on my way in the morning (after having a decent breakfast in the lobby, which was included with my room). Thanks for being a decent guy Al. Thanks Sleep Inn for hiring nice people.

Oh my goodness! Been a choice member a long time but have never experienced such genuine kindness from the entire staff. Especially Ms. Anna in the breakfast room. I'M in a scooter. She fixed my food and coffee. Seated me too. The check in girl gave me all the discounts available. It's NASCAR weekend. Hard to find a room but she did. The room accommodation was huge. Clean and wheelchair accessible. Only one thing was the lobby door had no button for access. Thank the staff for me. Love great service away from home.

Overall a good place to crash but the y could do a bit more to keep the noise level down. A bit noisy throughout the night — thin walls?

Me and my family checked in to sleep inn around the first week of august and our experience has been amazing. Were having a time right now and are basically temporarily living here and the staff are simply awesome. The desk manager Theresa is wonderful as are Al, Alicia, and Tony. And I cant forget all the wonderful housekeepers. Rooms are among the nicest ive been in and service is impeccable. If your planning a trip to Dover, De you owe it to yourself to check them out.

This hotel was the worst stay of all. The bathroom was very dirty especially the shower. The lobby smelled like smoke because the staff member was smoking outside when I came to check in. The breakfast was horrible the eggs tasted horrible. There was not a good selection at all. Please fix these issues or you won't get a lot of good reviews.

Sleep Inn & Suites is one of the cleanest and quietest hotels my family and I have ever stayed in. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. They are even a pet friendly hotel with the lowest pet deposit. I have enjoyed my stay there everytime and plan on staying there again in the future.

Stayed overnight in Delaware in a trip north. Staff was pleasant and helpful and the room we got was well received by my wife and I. Pet friendly was a plus.

It's odd that I'm giving a review on this hotel in Dover DE. I check reviews for almost everything, just like I did before reserving a room for the weekend. The suite was clean, spacious, the bathroom in good shape. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was very clean and this will be our third stay there and everytime the staff is wonderful and the morning breakfast is very yummy. I will always stay at this hotel while visiting friends in Delaware.

This was a great hotel! My room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast choices were numerous. I chose Cheerios, yogurt, raisin toast and sausage. The shower worked well, there were plenty of supplies and the water was hot enough. The A/C worked fine and kept the room temperature just where I wanted it. I would stay here again!

I come here very often its one of my favorite hotels in the area the staff make sure im taken care of evey time! Beds are huge and soft, I love the pillows. This hotel also has room with jacuzzi tubs in the living room! The water is nice and hot. I dont care for the breakfast too much but coffee is good.

I felt itching at night woke up with bumps on me, the shower is to hot, ac dosent work, TV is to far from the beds, dirty carpet, dirty sheets, dirty bathtub, dirty matress on the pull out, dirty couch, and fridge makes a wierd nose, room + hallway stinks like smoke / grease. I hate it but a nice pool I dont recommend it at all 100% terrible.
