Great place to stay with your children! Staff were so friendly and Housekeeping would stop by multiple times to check on us. 2 blocks from the beach, perfect for walking. Excellent hospitality!

Such a clean, friendly place to stay for our kids first trip to the ocean! Suite was updated & Well decorated, very clean and spacious with a living area and microwave & nice sized fridge. Great staff & service and we enjoyed ourselves so much we will definitely return😊

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. One of the guests was smoking in the room which resulted in the fire alarm going off at 4:30am. No compensation was provided. We ended up missing our morning plans due to this inconvenience. I wouldn’t stay there again because as the hotel said “it wasn’t their fault someone was smoking in the room. ” The correct gesture should have been “how can we make this right? ”

Have stayed here, at least, 3 times. Never disappointed.

Everything was great! Rooms were roomy, clean and very comfortable. Everyone was very accommodating. Location was perfect. Will definitely return to Brighton Suites!

My stay here. Glows: roomy rooms lol, clean, everything works, comfy, very helpful and friendly staff. Great location too! Grows: please have a recycling ♻️ bin in the rooms, or at least in the hallways. It’s 2019. Also please update the toilet seats that are chipping off.
Switch to big soap, shampoo and conditioner containers, as opposed to single use ones which are very wasteful.

Our family stayed last year and is going again this year. They are very polite and accommodating to work with your family. It’s also clean and they have a great pool, especially if you don’t like freezing cold pool water!

The parking garage is straight from Dante's "Inferno" — hot as a furnace and impossible to navigate/park in. We stayed in one of the studio rooms which was quite nice. Shower had good water pressure and staff is friendly.

We were met by very friendly staff. The secure parking garage had ample space and is very secure. Our room was clean and fresh smelling. The bedroom had a king-size bed as big as a lake and was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and there were plenty of really soft towels and toiletries. There was also a separate living area with a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The sundeck and indoor pool were well maintained and there were plenty of towels available. I will go back!

Stayed here with my wife for our "baby moon". Rooms were clean and had a living area, but nothing really fancy. Best part was the location — one block from the boardwalk, one block from the center street shopping. During the warmer months you probably won't be staying in the room that much anyway.

We have stayed at Brighton Suites many times, especially when our kids were young and we all stayed in one room. This is one of our 2 favorite hotels in Rehoboth Beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and larger than others in the area for a comparable price. Complementary beach towels and chairs are delightful, and being one block off the main strip, the location was quieter than on Rehoboth Ave, but still an easy pleasant walk to the beach and all the shops. Staff has always been friendly and helpful, definitely recommended.

Big, clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was lovely and always reading to assist. 4 stars instead of 5, it just needs to be a little more up to date. Fresh paint, new furniture. Will definitely be going back!

The nicest and most attentive staff here. If we ever had a special request or needed something they were always willing to help. Rooms were clean and location was only a 5 minute walk from the beaches. I can't complain about the staff at all! My only issue was the obnoxious guests constantly letting their brat kids run around at 10:30pm shouting at the top of their lungs and slamming doors… I guess it's funny? I don't get it personally but… yeah. My suggestion would be to have management visit these guests and let them know to bring the volume down to a dull roar after 10pm or kick them out. The walls aren't exactly thick enough to where that kind of noise is acceptable or easily ignored.

Top-notch customer service! Would definitely stay here again. I travel frequently to Key West and always stay at the Hilton Double Tree because it is a wonderful hotel with employees that will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. I booked a trip to Rehoboth on a last minute whim, and booked this hotel due to the location. It is very convenient to the boardwalk and short walk to the beach. I was amazed at the customer service of ALL employees at this hotel. They give you complementary beach chairs and towels. They offer a bed turn-down service where they check on you each evening to see if you’d like them to prepare your bed, or offer more towels. Everyone was so pleasant here! The room was very spacious and decorated nicely. Wasn’t the most updated hotel, but it was clean and the employees were so friendly and the amenities offered here were very surprising. Very much enjoyed our stay and we will be back!

Location, location, location. Block and a half to Boardwalk, block from main drag. Quiet location. Friendly, helpful staff. Good selection of DVDs for those who prefer quiet evening in room. The hotel, however, is looking tired and needs a few updates. Having said that: we are repeat guests and would not hesitate to stay there again.

I love this hotel. This is now the only place I stay when I'm vacationing in Rehoboth. The rooms are spacious and clean, and everything is well maintained. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there isn't currently an on-site athletic room. However, hotel guests can use the gym across the street for free with a hotel guest pass.

Clean, very conveniently located and efficiently run motel. Just 1 1/2 short blocks from the beach/boardwalk and one block from main avenue shops and eateries. Suite in-season rates about $250/night. Off season rates and promotional discounts lower. Motel has two covered parking areas. Beach towels and chairs available for guests. Open air sun deck on roof with adjacent heated, indoor pool. Strong Wi-Fi throughout the bldg. Since their in-house Fitness room is currently out of service the front desk will issue you a day pass to the Body Shop Gym across the street. Free coffee available in Brighton's lobby. Building elevator has two speeds, slow & slower. Would definitely stay here again.

100% Satisfied. Chad and the staff well exceeded our expectations. The room was neat, nice sized, comfortable, quiet, and extremely clean. I'm a bit of a clean freak and went over the entire room with my UV flashlight and there was not a single glow anywhere, not even behind the toilet or around the seat hinges. Trust me when I say that is very unusual. I've staying in Hilton's and other high end chains for work and never experienced this level of cleanliness. After most of the day at the beach we came back to a room tidied up with fresh clean sheets and the bathroom was all but polished to a glow. When we come back to Rehoboth, this will the place we stay! The entire staff was sincerely friendly and helpful beyond anticipation. I have NOTHING negative to share.

We just spent 3 nights at this beautiful Hotel! Rooms are very clean, housekeeping does a wonderful job! Plenty of clean towels each day. Convenient parking, close to beach and shopping galore! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the Sundeck! My Granddaughter enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool. We had a great time. Highly recommend!

My children and I had a great time here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were so clean and it was big enough for all 4 of us. There's a restaurant right next to the hotel with great food and the beach was just a block away. My children also enjoyed playing in the pool. My children and I definitely will be coming back in the summer.

My boyfriend and I booked this hotel for his birthday weekend and we have had the most pleasant experience! The rooms are very affordable for this area. The beach is a 3-5 minute walk so just a couple of blocks away. Within walking distant from many restaurants, shopping, and all kinds of other venues. Parked our car in the underground garage and it hasn’t moved all weekend! I Would highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect for a family trip — my kids loved the pool even though it’s pretty small. I definitely would recommend.

We have had a great time at the hotel. It is close to the boardwalk and the beach, but not too close where you get all of the noise of the boardwalk. The room was nice and so was the staff. It was great having parking included with the room. Having a heated pool and all of the necessities for the beach (towels, umbrellas, chairs, etc. ) onsite was great too. The rooms are a nice size with plenty of room for a family of four. The only thing that keeps this place from getting 5 stars from me is the fact that you can actually hear the toilet flush in the other rooms. I'm not a notoriously light sleeper, but noticed that I was hearing bathroom flushing noises at least two to three times a night. Seemed odd to me and made for a less restful night, but wasn't a deal breaker. Outside of that I really didn't have any complaints about the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here during the off season for a work trip and overall I was very impressed. The room was clean and HUGE. The location is perfect (short walk to the beach, short walk to amazing food/bars in either direction) and the parking garage was an added bonus. The staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in and check out. If ever in the area again we will certainly return.

The rooms were a great size, staff in the lobby and housekeeping were incredibly friendly. The amenities were great. However, the floors in the room were gross. After stepping out of the shower and walking around barefoot for a few minutes my feet were dirty again. When we came into the room and one of the towels in the bathroom was soaking wet. The location is great, pretty much a block from everything. I could hear the toilet flush in the other room as well as hear every detail of my neighbors conversation. I'd come back because everything else was great and I don't mind the walls but cleaner carpet would be nice on my next visit.

Staff was incredibly friendly and the suite was a great size. Walls were a bit thin so we could hear everything going on around us. Also, the carpets need to be steam cleaned. We would shower and after walking around barefoot for a few minutes, our feet would be dirty again. Other than those two issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is my second year staying here and between the super friendly staff to convenient parking to super clean and comfy rooms to being a central location to all the best Rehoboth Beach has to offer, I love this place! Highly recommend!

Very nice place, great location, housekeeping services the room twice a day so you always have clean towels, and the towels are very nice. The rooms are nice and big.

Great location 2 blocks from the beach. Covered parking, Wi-Fi, towels, beach chairs all included. Updated, clean rooms. Small, but serviceable indoor pool that's great for little kids.

Location is great, not far from the beach. Rooms are nice but could have larger beds. Service is great, front desk very helpful. Just wish they had more than one main entrance to get up to the rooms.

This location is close to the boardwalk, but not on it, which makes it a nice quieter choice for families. The room is the cleanest we've ever been in for a beach hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive. We're impressed with the size of our room and the amount of storage space in it — also important for a family! We will definitely keep this on our Rehoboth hotel list for next summer!

Stayed here over the long July 4th weekend, didn't love it. TERRIBLE, slow elevator that the staff also uses for all their turn-down service supplies. We literally had to wait 5 minutes whenever we called the elevator, and when the doors finally opened there was a chance we wouldn't fit because maids were inside with their carts of supplies. Absolutely horrible pull-out sofa bed. We actually removed the paper-thin mattress from the pull-out frame and laid it directly on the floor. This may seem like an unfair complaint, but as a strictly "suites" hotel I assume many people are using the pull-out for children or friends. Cheap, uncomfortable furniture. No ice machine on my floor. (Why are there ice machines on only 2 of the 4 floors? ) Just not a very comfortable hotel room with absolutely no extra amenities. The location is great and the staff were very nice and helpful, and there is a pool, but overall I probably wouldn't stay there again. For $350 a night I should at least have an ice machine on my floor, or not have to pray that I could get in the elevator after a 5 minute wait. Next time I'll look elsewhere.

Most outstanding! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Made us feel like family. The suite was terrific! More than enough room for three. We wanted for nothing. Except to stay longer! Will definitely return.

Booked spur of the moment. Husband and I enjoyed our stay. Area is lovely. Enjoyed the hotel. Nice spacious suite. Obtained a great rate. Perfect stay to enjoy the beach, boardwalk & town. It was a nice discovery & would love to return.

Book it early when you can get a good rate! The location is excellent, and the room looks better than the exterior. Room appeared to be clean, new and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were well appointed (I think ours was recently renovated. The hotel is a block from the beach. It doesn't get much better than that when it comes to location.

Great location, just a couple blocks from the boardwalk. The hotel is in the mail ddle of a renovation, but it didn't not bother our stay. We stayed in amewly renovated room and we're impressed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!

My stay was short. The bulging was under renovation on the third level wich made it had to get to the pool (located on the third floor). The hallways were cold but nice looking would be warmer in the summer because of the glass ceiling. The rooms were very nice. With living room, wet bar combination. Then the bedroom was behind a closed door. The bathroom was on the small side but newly renovated.

No review on stay here, only on how I was treated by Lori. She apparently is the person in charge of booking group rates. I had called on a Wednesday night recently to inquire about renting 30 rooms for memorial day weekend. The gentleman who answered was one of the nicest people whom I have ever spoken with. I forget his name but he was an older man and very knowledgeable of the area. He explained in great detail about the parking policies of the hotel and also the town if you have more than one vehicle. He gets 5 stars, as a matter of fact he was so nice I decided to call 3 more times to try and find out if they had availability. He informed me to call back Thursday after 9am and ask for Lisa. Which I did, the next guy I spoke to informed me she was sick. I left my name and number and asked for a return call. Friday comes, I wait till 3pm, I then call back same guy answers the phone, I ask for Lisa again he tells me to hold on. He comes back and states that she is with a customer and will call me back. I tell him it is very important because I needed to know by 5pm if they could accommodate us. No return call! I then call on Monday, guess who answers? Lisa. I then begin to tell her I need 30 rooms and asked if they had availability. She then asked if we were a baseball team, which we are, and proceeded to ask us if we have stayed there before. My answer was no, it will be our first tournament down there. Lisa then says, "we are not accepting any new teams to the hotel.

Decent for the price class. Undergoing renovation for baths / kitchenettes. Large rooms, heated pool, railed bedroom window.

We stayed here for one night on our way to Cape May. Such a disappointment. We should have been told that the hotel was doing painting and renovating which involved strong paint odors and lots of pounding. We would not have booked a room. The rooms desperately need attention however, so I see the need for work. Looks as if nothing has been done since the 80's. Very dark in the rooms, and what lamps were available 1 out of the 3 had a burned out bulb. Only good light was in the bedroom area. The bathroom smelled of urine. Not a good start to our vacation.

Won't be staying here again. Rude front desk staff that didn't care to mention to us that a $50.00 incidental fee be put on my credit card. Room smelled like urine. Only positive thing to mention is the bathroom is newer/updated.

The most disgusting place to go! Very dirty rooms, very old and smelly furniture. In the entire room smells like somebody clean with dirty rugs and like it have been smoked there. The entire atmosphere is depressing. Very rude and mean people at the front desk especially one big fat, very ugly guy JJ and also one fat creepy lady with long white hair — I don`t know on what position and her name but she was screaming to some kids that work there like they were slaves. The guests don`t pay to see and hear this, right? Dirty spots on the sheets, they also smell very bad! Sand in the corners of the room and under the chairs. Hair in the bathtub and I even don`t want to talk about the balcony — it was dirty, dusty and probably not cleaned from months! We will never go there again! Obviously the good comments are left from the hotel employees because it says Google user but it doesn`t show a real profile… :X :X :X.

Definitely worth the price. About a two minute walk to the beach/boardwalk. Restaurants are all within walking distance. We were there for a week and we only drove to dinner once (to Saketumi). Rooms are huge and can easily sleep 4, 6 would be a little tight if you got 2 double beds. It was nice having a frigde, microwave, sink, and coffeemaker in the living room.
