Very nice hotel! Friendly staff and clean rooms. We had a request for two cribs since the team was traveling with two toddlers under two. When we arrived they had already been set up and placed in the hotel room. The house keeping also left two little Andes mints with a thank you note after cleaning our rooms. So kind. Great place to stay!

It was alright. Nothing too special. Holiday Inns really pale in comparison to Hampton Inns. There were no Hamptons close by so I had to make do.

The staff at the hotel is wonderful. They bent over backwards to help me with anything I needed. I have three stars because the hotel is desperately in need of updating. The rooms and halls haven't been refurbished in years, and there is an unpleasant odor in the hallway. The pool is not open yet. The breakfast was pretty good but not spectacular.

The rooms were great and the water pressure was AMAZING, it felt great to have it beating on my back.

I would not recommend this hotel. It was dirty. The carpets had not been vacuumed because there was dirt and debris in multiple places. The breakfast was a poor set up as well. We had a school group so we were put in a separate room from the regular breakfast. The bread was stale from sitting out, and the milk was warm. On both days the tablecloths had food and stains on them. Also on the second day the food choice was pancakes or eggs. That’s it. The room was decent.

I stay in the area frequently but not at this hotel except in a pinch. Rooms can be noisy because of the major road. Bedding is not great but okay. TV omits my favorite news channel. Cuban restaurant is a cool concept, but the food isn't worth it.

We went to see an event at this hotel. It was not an overnight stay thank goodness because I did not like the hotel. My first impression was it was out dated. Than I went to use the bathroom and the toilet was disgusting and filled with urine and poop. The conference center had outdated chairs that hurt all of our backs by the time we left. Not to mention we were all over heated in that very hot room. Would never recommend that Holiday inn.

Didn't feel comfortable here. Front desk was very helpful and understanding.

Currently under renovation so existing state no representative. Sufficient. Good breakfast.

Everything was nice and clean great place to go with a group! But the mattress felt like it was covered with plastic.

The hotel I am sure is lovely but the restaurant was a disaster. Our waiter was great, and he only has been working there 3 weeks. Ordered a bottle of California cabernet we got an Argentina cabernet. The food was not good for what we are guessing should be a form of cuban food. The free round of coffee and sambuca and what was supposed to be liquor 43 kind of told us they were sorry for what should have been a better experience. Good try but we will not be coming back.

A microwave would've been nice. But overall, great service.

Not the best holiday in. The breakfast is served in what looks like a middle school lunch room. AC kept shooting out hot air no matter what you did.

There was one person behind the bar that knew what they were doing. There were 3 others in training and the owner who would stand by and not do anything while the lines built up. Waited 20 plus minutes before even being attended to. Not the bartenders fault. The owner was right there. Didn't do anything. Just walked pass and circled back to the kitchen. I was expecting him to take our order or jump in with making drinks. Idk. Maybe I expected too much from management. Also plus 45 minutes for food. So if you're hungry, don't come here.

I have not stayed at this hotel so I cannot speak to the quality of the rooms, but the service I've received coordinating 20+ rooms for my company has been great. Mark Elms went above and beyond by making a spreadsheet to help me track check in/out and was great with all the updates he provided.

Nice place. Clena rooms and entry way. Clerk is nice. Worth the price for the acceptable product.

The front desk supervisor Latoya was very helpful. The beds were comfortable. I visited their establishment on New Year's eve and the music was fantastic everyone was in a party mood. The manager was very helpful as.

They are renovating. The room we were in was clean but could use updating. The staff were friendly, efficient and courteous.

Corridor endless, a bathroom with moisture. It is noteworthy that in the bath it is located the coffee maker! Breakfast room dingy, breakfast 'correct'

Showing it's age. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Parking garage is in disrepair-ceiling tiles falling from the roof.

The hotel was nice. I got checked in quickly and the employees were very nice. The room was also clean and in great shape. Getting to the hotel seemed strange as the only entrance was through a few parking lots and an alley.

I was only there having drinks with some of my friends who were staying there at the Ruby Lounge there. It was an alright bar. It has some of the more common beers, nothing special. The bartender was very friendly.

Had a nice queit night. Enjoyed dinner and a movie in the room and fell asleep in seconds on the king size bed. Would def go back again.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. The buffet breakfast is great too.

The hallway has a funny smell, my bed was comfortable. The AC is a little old so it did take a while for the room to regulate to the temp we wanted. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. A nice place to stay at if you need a decent room at a decent price.

Nothing to complain about besides a bit confusing to find. Road way in was in a parking lot and it looked like it was abandoned.

I have stayed here just last year for a wedding and again a few days ago for a funeral. Loved this hotel because they have lots of free parking and also the beds and pillows are so comfy and cozy. The beds are like 4 star hotels. Looks like they have replaced the beds with new ones. Had a good night sleep on both visits though. The only problem is that you have to drive through a shopping mall to get to the hotel and if you missed the exit, you have to turn around to go back. I would have given it a 4 start on Trip Advisor but it says "Very Good" and it's not very good. It would have been a 3 and a half star.

Excellent value. Beds are SUPER comfortable — better than at home. Smells weird in the hallways. Bath tub needed maintenance — which they promptly fixed after I told them about it. Parking garage ceiling needed repair. Bed quality made up for everything… I would stay again. (Yes, that good! )

The structure is of old construction, and located in Ridosdo of a very busy road even in the night hours, the furnishings are well kept but dated. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are tidy and clean.

I needed a motel at the last minute, due to a family funeral, and got a suggestion to try this Holiday Inn. Good suggestion. While the motel is right off of US 46, a very busy road, the room was quiet. We had two queen beds. At first, I thought the beds were a little soft, but my wife and I slept well. The bathroom was also a good size, with everything working correctly. The next morning, we had a decent buffet for breakfast, included with our room.

The app said the pool was open from may to october. So I booked this hotel for the reason of the pool and "free breakfast" as specified on the app. Whelp I found out upon check in that the pool opens may 30th. That's pretty much june. Breakfast is $11.95 per person on weekends. So not free at all! then he gave me free breakfast coupons and took all my points! so still not free! fix your app!

We booked our wedding room block at this location. A week before our wedding the hotel informed us that the shuttle 'included' in the block at no additional charge only fit 12 people. Therefore due to the time line of our wedding we were forced to pay 250 for a 40 person shuttle. 250 dollars is a menial amount of money in the grand scheme of things; it is the principle of not informing us of this until a week before the wedding. This hotel is very unprofessional in their manner of communication in a timely and businesslike manner.

Very loud because of the highway. Paid 40$ to see Soul Cruisers at the Ruby Lounge when I didn't have to as I was a hotel quest. No one told me this.

Good hotel. Employees very friendly, rooms clean and breakfast from Monday to Friday.

My stay at Holiday Inn Totowa was mediocre at best. The room was definitely the highlight of the stay as they are newly remodeled. The night club attached attracts local hoods that made my wife and I feel very uncomfortable.

Everything was pretty great — quiet room, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, quiet gym. Driveway to the hotel was awkward — like they don't want people to get to it.

Had an event here Dec '13, hosting about 120 people. About 2/3 came down with severe food poisoning or a virus that caused intestinal issues 2 days later; some people had to be hospitalized. Staff was unwilling to give us any kind of restitution.

I actually don't have ONE nice thing to say! This place was GROSS! I always check my beds when I stay in a hotel due to bed bugs ect… I lifted to the sheets to find HAIR in one of the beds, and then a MURDER scene in the other bed… the amount of dried blood was so beyond gross! I called the front desk, and they switched our room, only to another room with MORE hair! I asked for a refund which they quickly obliged because they didn't want all the other guests to hear me talk about how gross this place was! NEVER. Not. Ever. Go. Here!

The front desk man was very rude and hung up when I called.

The best hotel I been to in my lifeeeeeee! I will come back if I need to good staff pool is not that bad it in the roof but should change the timing for the open to late and close to early but its was a good 4 nights.

Dirty, dingy, musty and to top it all off, rude staff. Stay away.

Hi: I want to let every one know that how good this hotel is. We were there on Aug 7 and 8 of 2014 for two nights. The service was very good. The employees were very polite, , friendly and helpful. The most important thing is the people who work in the hotel from the top to the bottom are very honest and trustable because we left our 4 passports and small box of our jewellery at the time of check out in the room without noticing it. We left the hotel to another city and the next day when we wanted to get ready to comeback home we realized that our passports and box of jewellery are gone. You can imagine how we were feeling on that moment. We decided to go back to Totowa to the Holiday inn hotel to look for them with considering less then 5% chance that items to be there. After two hours of driving we reached to the hotel. As soon as we asked for the lost items with a very nice smile they told us that why we didn't answer their calls. They has called us more then 20 times and sent us texts as soon as we left the hotel the other day and they found the items in the room. The problem was that they didn't have the right phone number because at the check in time we didn't notice that the last digit of our phone number in their system was not correct and that was the reason that they could not reach us. You can't imagine how thankful we were when we saw our passports and box of jewellery.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn in Totowa, NJ this last past weekend. It was an enjoyable stay. Thank you to the staff for assisting the large group of adults and teenagers who stayed there for the weekend. We appreciate how well you attended to our needs.

Been here at four different occasions and each time was very pleasant (clean spacious rooms, free Wi-Fi, great price and very helpful staff-once they even provided us with a list of all other hotel with a few miles when they were sold out). They Even accommodated my child with a crib/mattress/blanket — the ”ramada” doesn't even provide that even thought they claim they do. I don't drink nor do I like the party scene so appreciated that the lounge attached to the hotel was low-key, we didn't even notice it. Looking forward to staying here again.

Nothing really wrong with this place—meets expectations. Stayed there seeking shelter from Hurricane Sandy (during black out) and didn’t expect much. Our room was pleasantly remodeled and the bathroom was quite nice, the bedding, though not top notch, was well above average. Entry and front desk were a little messy but the attitude was very good. In fact, they let us in the room and 1 ½ hours early to charge our computers. The restaurant/lounge looks to be stuck in the 1980’s and the menu is not ambitious—stick with the burger. Apparently, they have a hopping bar scene of some kind but they didn’t the Friday night we were there. There were little issues, coffee maker, ice machine and such but the staff attended to things nicely. We ordered breakfast from room service expecting the worst but it was a great value. A big, properly prepared plate with fixings for $8.95—now that’s fair. All-in-all, it’s not a fabulous resort but at $119/night I would not hesitate to stay there again if the need should arise.
