This hotel is horrible. The staff especially Andie who checked us in was horrible. So unprofessional and could care less. On check in she didn’t even look at us or even greet us. She was so nasty. When we went to the rooms They smelled like cigarettes and could barely stand it. They didn’t care at all. I asked to speak to a manager numerous times and nothing. No manager ever returned a call. Elevators are a nightmare. Don’t stay here. House keeping came in the room emptied the garbage and threw towels on the counter. Never made the beds or put toilet paper in the bathroom. Do not stay at this hotel.
Everyone is very helpful whether it was how to get to the city, where to shop and eat. Always got a genuine opinion. Breakfast is great. I had a pleasant stay and was very comfortable.
