Nice place & the staff amazing.

If you just need a place to stay while you are in the area, this is it. Reasonably priced. Pleasant, quiet rooms, pretty location. You aren't getting any extras, though, but you aren't paying for them either. So glad I found this place.

Ok place if on a budget. Quiwt with Nice rooms with fridge and microwave, and other amenities. Close to train station and shopping.

I was here for professional development. Really nice space with very friendly staff. The only thing not so great was the super thin tp, but besides that 2 thumbs up.

Great location for our trip. Quiet rooms. Good size rooms and very affordable compared to area hotels.

I'm a big fan of this place — it's quirky and odds, but the facilities are high quality — and the setting is gorgeous, the main conference room looking out over a huge sweep of trees and lawn, leading down to a walk through historic trees.

I was only in two different conference rooms. The outdoor areas are very nice. The bathrooms aren't conveniently located.

Nothing special. Standard conference place. Good food though for the conf I attended. Small facility.

There is a small parking lot, with plenty of spots to park in. The lobby is pretty nice with some seats and even computers dedicated to looking up bus times. The bathroom is down the hall on the left side of the lobby. That was clean. Would come again.

I visited for a seminar for work. The staff was great and the food was very good. I wish that the venue had put out rectangular tables so that nobody had their backs to the speaker, but that may have been an oversight on the organization and not the venue itself.

Location was convenient, the rooms were nice and clean. And the employees were really helpful and friendly.

I was looking for a nice confy place to rest, me and my girlfriend were very please with the facility cleanliness, front desk service was excellent and my room with was great. Highly recomended.

Great location on Rutgers campus. I had a great stay and the beds were great. It had a great and helpful staff.

Conference room was very nice. The food while good, was lacking in quantity. I am not sure if this was an issue with the conference center though.

Rutgers University inn has a clean facility. It's close to the Katzenbach Rutgers bus stop that makes it easy to get around to run errands.

Old appearance but gives you that good old Rutgers appeal.

Very convenient, nice clean rooms, beautiful grounds to walk! Has a lot of history in the beautiful old part of the building. Food is very good and services are friendly and competent.

Excellent value for money, friendly staff and free parking. Good place for a long stay (e. G. A month) compared to the super expensive hotels in New brunswick. Conveniently placed for rutgers as well as the downtown.

No air conditioning on a 90 degree day. Holding my refund ransom apparently. I was told that they had several to issue. How was this not the first thing taken care of Monday morning? Most unprofessional experience I've ever dealt with at a hotel. In response to their reply. They DID NOT issue my refund when they said they would. They only issued it after I had to bring up a charge back. Edit: received my refund finally. Only good thing about this experience is that I don't have to ever deal with it again.

The facilities were clean. Although the entire building, at least the conference part, was a bit small. Definitely not for a large group. Overall, the building was well kept. Didn't have any interaction with the staff so I can't comment on that.

I attended a graduation function @ 178 Ryder lane on the 2nd floor in the conference room. Nice place & clean, that's most important to me… The staff was friendly & attentive. Had a great time celebrating the occasion there.

The inn was very neat and tidy. Plus with it being the only inn at Rutgers it was the obvious choice.

I wasn't actually using the Inn, I was plating pokemon go. SOOOO many pokestops :D.

It was a truly awesome experience as on both days I visited they were so welcoming and friendly. The young lady at the front desk is a real gem and an asset to any organization due to her tremendous people skills. She was always happy and smiling and was always willing to assist. They made me use the facilities at the University even though I was just passing by. I was moved coming from the UK. Rutgers you are simply the best!

Stayed in large suite with some friends. Great amount of space. Disliked being charged for Wi-Fi and water. Great location downtown.

You have to pay for Wi-Fi per device. End of story. I mean, out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this is the first one that had you payfor Wi-Fi. I felt like I had to check to see if I had to pay by the sheet to use the toilet paper. That is my only gripe but it is a big one to me.

Getting off the highway is slightly confusing but it is in a good location. It is close to anything you could want as far as shopping and food goes. Room was very nice and clean. Bathroom was very large but that might have been because it was possibly a handicap room. The breakfast was good, but slightly lacking. Overall, no complaints and would absolutely stay again, especially for the price.

Spent the night at a County Union event which included dinner, breakfast and lunch. The meals were all buffet and well above average. The breakfast omelet bar was really nice. Rooms are spacious, clean and everything you'd expect from a quality hotel. Staff was great and there to serve all of your needs. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I went for a wedding. It was a good event. Their food was okay. Steak and chicken were both kinda dry. Staff was friendly except for valet. Parking was supposed to included but there was some kind of misunderstanding and they were rude about resolving it.

Slow front desk with attitudes. May be due to the broken English, either way not inviting. Girl got mad because we asked to be on same floor, after all we booked 4 rooms together and they placed everyone on same floor but us. Numerous Asians laying around in lobby, laying on couches in walk ways. Had I known we could do that I wouldn't have paid for room. Room just OK. Outdated, need a good painting. Loid AC and rooms facing front hear all noises from Rt 18 and parking lot. Our toilet would not flush, acted like it would over flow. Called front desk three times to get someone to come up and fix it. Light bulbs burned out in bed side lamps. Lucky we are only in town for college football game so we just needed a place to lay our head for a few hours. Make that four times we called about toilet… yes, we are still waiting. Now that it's overflowing all over our room and the front desk put me on hold!

Even though convenient, front desk is very slow and English is not good. Rooms are run down and very out dated. They offer breakfast but it's week at best. Ok for a one night stop over but not recommended for multiple nights You get what you pay for. Not worth more than 80 a night.

Five star in classiness and service. Though extremely clean and neat, size of room is rather small, with just one sitting and one relaxing chair. Nice pool and gym. Quiet and pretty lobbies and lounging areas. No free Wi-Fi and no fridge and microwave in room. But everything around is beautiful and the staff is very courteous. We had an overall enjoyable and relaxing experience this weekend there.

Great place to stay at right next to the Rutgers Campus. Friendly staff and front desk. Cleanliness. Coordinator helped us a lot when were there visiting family.
