This was the worst experience ever. We booked through Orbitz. Com. Upon arrival there were drugs being sold in front of the hotel in broad daylight. Not only in front of the hotel but on the way to hotel and leaving hotel we saw several deals. It was blatant what was going on. Before leaving the parking lot we contacted Orbitz. Com. They contact the hotel and were told the manager was not there. A week later we are being told the hotel is refusing to refund. We never checked in. We never even went inside. This hotel is horrible.

Speechless over all it was ok but breakfast was not good The Juice Fountain was dirty the muffins was dry no microwave to warm up your food homeless people everywhere we had to be switch rooms due to mold and leaking water from the ceiling I rate this stay here a 1

Stayed there for 5 nights while attending New York Comic Con. On the 3rd day the water was out for a while and that evening the supply line to our toilet broke. They told us someone would be up to fix it in 10 Minutes. An hour later we went to the front desk and they said no one was there to fix it and someone would be there around 8 the next morning to fix it. We get back that evening and it's still not fixed and no one can fix it that night. When we complained the next morning the front desk clerk said we should have told the maid and the manager wasn't there. So we paid for 2 nights of not having a working toilet. Spend the extra money and stay in the city. Trust me.

Nice rooms comfortable beds close to airport surrounded area not pleasant.

Nice room with jacuzzi staff not friendly bad neighborhood low price.

The room was great! Looked just like pics online and very clean. It doesn't get 5 stars though because its in a sketchy part of town and the front desk staff is SO RUDE!

It's not bad, the room is big, well arranged and nice. But, I hate the fact that there isn't microwave. I had to buy despite I will not be staying for long. Bullshit!

Hallway has a weird odor too it. The room was spacious. The bathroom has old mold spot on the ceiling. On my last day, I awoke to a handful of bedbugs crawling all over me and the bed. Very disgusted and dissatisfied with the way the hotel staff handled the situation. With all the space in the hotel, there should be guest laundry on site. Livingston is a dangerous neighborhood, especially at night.
