Absolutely the dirtiest and most ill maintained hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are so poorly kept, that we had cockroaches in our room. I had to throw away my baby’s food. There were cigarette burns in our bed linens. The pain was crumbling. My baby’s feet were black after walking on the carpet the first night. When I asked for the staff to vacuum our room our request was ignored. The smoke detector battery needed to be changed and started beeping. The o/n desk person came and disconnected it and was going to leave it til morning. I made him get a battery and change it. There was mold in the refrigerator and the microwave hadn’t been properly cleaned. Never got a single apology from anyone at the hotel or from Priceline, where the room was booked through. Received a partial refund and wasn’t given a reason why the full refund couldn’t be given. Will never ever stay again and also will never use Priceline again. I’ll post pictures in the comment section for those that are interested.

How this place is still open boggles my mind. This poor excuse of a hotel is a true health Hazzard. The management staff and staff itself are rude, lazy, theives, and drug dealers. Edwin is arrogant and rude. Btw he sells weed and pills. I am calling the state with photos and video of how this place is floor by floor and how they talk to guest. I wish there was a negative star as it doesn't deserve a 1 or none. Is the twp on the take? Love how they have friends make great reviews yet piss poor reviews and pics out do them.

The AC didn't work, the staff were just hanging out and SLEEPING. The entire place was dirty, the trim in the bathroom was peeling, the "breakfast buffet" is dry eggs and potatoes. I really would only recommend this place to someone I hate.

I've been there fill times. The service is superb. They there…, for you. Edwin, is solid 10. Professional, reliable and atencious. And sometimes, you can get great deal. Good luck!

My son forgot his prayer kit on Sunday August 12, 2018 room 134 while staying there during debate camp for last 15 days. I called and left message in General manager's (Scott) voicemail and never return the call. My son spoke to other employees and they been giving runaround. Called this morning and left message for Trisha the manager and she never returned the call. This is the worst experience we have. Housekeepers are dishonest. Managers are terrible.

It was dirty and felt like someone had taken a nap and shaved in the sink. I took a picture of the sink and the filthy shavings in it, not from me, obviously. Good night man on duty had to go check the room to make sure it had been cleaned. I thought that was kind of odd but not after I saw the Bath sink. I felt uncomfortable asking for another room as it seems lake this might be the only room available. I spent a $100 on this room in don't feel it was worth it. I am very disappointed in the rating that price line gave this Hotel.

The hotel have good customer service. The rooms are clean. A pretty good hotel in general.

This place is fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms a decent. The breakfast is delicious. Will definitely stay again.

Security because inside entrance, but you can tell the management does not spend money on the hotel. Hot water, in the shower was great and good pressure. Staff friendly even at midnight, thanks night manager.

Filthy and dirty, and old lobby, bathroom unsanitary. Would never stay there or recommend! I came only for General Hospital event.

Clean and friendly… they don't ask you when you're leaving, but if you would like to stay again! Always makes you comfortable and they're very laid back. Only dumb thing is you have to pay 5$ for a regular breakfast. If you spent 5$ at the store you'd get so much more and of what you want.

The hotel was clean, convenient and the employees were nice, however when we arrived there was no Mini Fridge or Microwave. I thought that was unusual in such a nice looking hotel but in I didn't question it we were just staying overnight, but I mentioned it to the desk people in the morning and they chuckled and said it was in the cabinet under the TV! My sister needed to keep her insulin refrigerated so I had to use. The ice bucket, which was a pain to do and very inconvenient! I have stayed in MANY hotels and. Never had one where the FRIDGE was hidden! Also, they charged $5 for a breakfast "buffet" it was pityful! Dry eggs, only ham, no sausage or bacon, terrible. Donuts, no bagels, no cream cheese, no fruit! What a waste of money! Even though the motel was pretty good too many things were annoying and I was not very happy!

Very poorly managed room. The towels and bathrooms are disgusting and full of stains.

I stayed here for a business trip. This is an old run down hotel. Dirty rooms, broken furniture. The air conditioner & heaters don't work too well. Elevators were out of service & had no hot water. This hotel was a disaster. The front desk people are horrible. They were useless. You can tell that the owners dont care & are cheap. After a two days, I decided to leave and went to a much better hotel. I give this place.

Ok it’s not a Hilton or a Marriott, but it also doesn’t cost what those places cost. Clean room, clean sheets, comfortable beds. House keeping does start knocking at 9, so make sure you have a do not disturb tag on the door.

I did not enjoy staying here. The rooms looked absolutely nothing like what was advertised on its website. Everything too bad to request. Examples — refrigerator, microwave and couch. There was only one chair in my room so if it was occupied my only alternative wsto stay in bed. The furniture was dusty and the ladies never clean them while I was there. Could you believe that everything they asked me if they should clean. Totally ridiculous.

Filthy and disgusting. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and that’s saying something. Stains all over the carpets and the couch in my room, dust and dirt in my room, and it looks like they haven’t vacuumed the hallway in weeks. And the entire place smells like stale smoke. The Sheraton was only $30 more per night — book there if you’re in the area, you know you can’t go wrong with that brand. I stayed there last month when I was in the area and I’m kicking myself for trying something new.

Despite what other reviews said about the bed bugs, I took the risk and when I searched the bed I didn't find any sign of them whatsoever. The room was really quite dirty (chewing gum stuck in the bed skirt, brown stains on the comforter, and the bathroom floor had a gross slippery residue). I paid $10 for me and my spouse to eat the breakfast buffet mainly because the listed items caught my attention but when I went to the dining area they didn't have half of the things on their advertised list. And the food they did have was disgusting, DONT waste your money on it. If you're looking for a cheap room just a place to sleep and shower this would work, but don't expect anything else above and beyond.

Room seemed okay. Nice spacious bed and room space. Only down side was the dildo that was left in the closet space.

We are honeymooning and winging our entire week. Well this hotel was something we winged and we are glad we did. Itbqas perfect for what we needed. No complaints. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are nice. Cleanliness is 9/10 and the breakfast buffet is only $5.00. It was exactly what we wanted for the right price! Thanks again!

We booked our room days before, they overbooked, couldnt givus a room, Then they didnt want to help us get our refund. We had to fight to get our money back for a room we didnt even get. This place is just awful.

The hotel is very dirty and under staffed. Customer service is absolutely terrible. The carpet in the rooms and in the hallways are extremely filthy. It looks like they haven’t been cleaned for years. A very strong odor emanates from the carpet made me feel nauseous. We were forced to sit in the hallway for 1 1/2 hours because the room key didn’t work. We finally got into the room and it hasn’t been cleaned yet. We had to run downstairs to get some clean towels because there was none in our room. I’m surprised the health department haven’t condemned this hotel yet. Stay away, do not expose yourself and your children to a toxic environment like this. It was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

"Good stay but rude staff and service I have booked this hotel for my friend through Expedia for two days. When I have checked in, the receptionist was like" you booked through Expedia, why the hell we should care" mode. I have booked King Bedroom and the receptionist was forcing me to take 2 separate beds in the room. When I told him, I booked in advance otherwise what's the benefit of booking; I could come directly and take any room available for them. After so much discussion, they have given me King room but it was clearly shady one. It was not even that big. For housekeeping, when I called they said, it should be outside your room, go and check" This was the response I got from reception. Overall room was ok but staff and service was worst.

This hotel is not worth even one star. We booked a room because SkillPath was hosting a seminar at the hotel and figured that the hotel must be nice if they are having a seminar. Wrong. The pictures on the website were deceiving and the staff was cordial at best… the best part about this stay was that I brought home Bed Bugs. I looked under the mattress and there were some dirty spots that looked suspect, but I had never seen a bed bug infestation so I didnt know what I was looking at… I will never stay at a place without reading the reviews first… please do not stay here… no electricity on the last day of our stay, hallways dirty, bathrooms were horrible, bedding, linens and carpet all horrible. TV service was horrible, at best… just the WHOLE experience was nothing I would make my worst enemy go through. Especially the bed bugs. WOW was that an ordeal.

Went for a conference and the bathroom supplies were not refilled. There was no soap in the women's restroom during the break. And at the end of the event, they toliet paper was not restocked.

Disgusting. I called the manager of the hotel and complained who could've cared less. Bedbugs hookers pimps drug dealers smell horrible breakfast. Then I asked for a refund and this joke of a front desk beanpole smug and laughed. Walked off without a Care. Must be getting a cut of the hookers and pimps. Shocked a hotel is a sleaze hotel in that township. The manager and front end manager must be getting a cut ands help bringing in the trash to that town. Anyone booking because it is cheap don't. Njhealthdepartment.

The only bad thing is that it doesn't have Spanish-like channels and its TV is the same as before.

Bed bugs! I spent 2 nights and it was a nightmare. I got bitten everywhere and had an allergic reaction. I am still on medication to treat it. No hot water so you can't even take a shower, disgusting breakfast. I can't believe how this hotel is still open.

Very inexpensive and close to my job site. Facility is dated and rundown. My room was clean and neat. Overall the building is a great candidate for a major renovation or knock down and rebuild.

On two occasions had difficulty getting in my room using my card key. First time I got help right away but second time it took over 45 minutes to get back in my room. I person was working the desk on a Saturday night and had many people to attend their needs. Could not control the room temperature as the heater continued to blow hot when the room got hot. Older hotel with old furniture and wall paper falling off. Not much to offer in variety of complimentary breakfast. The price was reasonable for the night.

I and my girlfriend stayed here on November 9-11th, 2016. I booked through AAA because the price was only $89 per night. That was my first mistake. Problems started at the beginning. In our first room, the door lock did not work. Maintenance came and fixed it. I say it's our first room because the next morning the ceiling was leaking, so we got a second room. I demanded a refund, and was told we'd only get the room change and $20 back. Unacceptable, and when I
asked to be put in touch with someone who could authorize a full refund, that person told be I needed to call AAA. I did, and they tried to work with me. At about 1:30pm, while we were out to lunch and about 20 minutes away, AAA called me and said that the hotel was saying that we could get a refund if we checked out within the next half hour. That was not going to work, as we were out and basically going back to the room to change for dinner and a show in NYC, the time and cost of finding and getting to another hotel was not possible. So, we stuck it out for the last night. Other annoyances: No coffee maker or room service menu in the first room. The front desk actually said there was no room service, but there was a menu in the second room. Breakfast was mediocre — bland scrambled eggs, potatoes, and by the time got there just a hand full of donuts left. The last morning, half the TV stations were not working. The business center has one slow computer running Windows XP.

This hotel used to be a Ramada Inn. The hotel is used a lot by travel agencies who organize chartered bus tours to NYC because I guess the rates are low, but it is remote: one hour away (! ) from Manhattan. The building is five-storey high with elevators. The rooms are nice and clean, but the nightstand lamp switch had been removed, so I had to discover the trick: I had to screw the bulb to turn the light on! There is sportsbar restaurant inside the hotel, but no amenities at a walking distance, if you drive a car, then, there plenty of restaurants and a Target to go to. Beware though, the free breakfast is very limited: toasts, scramble eggs, fried potato bites, cereals, coffee and finally good juice (many cheap hotels dilute their juices with lots of water to save money, don't you think so? ) ; but no bacon, no sausages, no fruits, no muffin, no bagel, no peanut butter because, I guess, it is too expensive to serve.

No hot water. When asked the front desk they say the heaters are old and nothing can be done about it. The vending machine don't work, have no bottled waters in them (I went on each floor for water! ) and takes all the coins in. Breakfast was average. Rooms were OK.

Bed bugs, no hot water during morning, disgusting breakfast. I only slept one night then went back to Montreal (My city). I can assure you you would not like to sleep there.

I booked last minute and paid 56 dollars. Room was very clean. Free hot buffet breakfast (eggs & potatoes). Hotel also had free parking and was close to food places and stores. I would stay again. 12 o clock check out was great. Bring your own towels and rags. Theirs could use a tad bit more bleach and detergent.

This place is terrible, the beddings, towels, carpets are all old, the breakfast is too basic, the housekeepers do a lousy job, basically I checked in and was waiting for the day to check out… just look somewhere else andcsave yourself the trouble of this place.

I'm a bus driver that stays here with groups. The rooms are disgusting, I've been here for 3 nights and room was never vacuumed, sink and counter was dirty, had to clean it myself. Doors slam closed so there's not much sleep. Breakfast is a joke, potatoes, ketchup, that's you're full hot breakfast. Was told the owner said this is what people ordered. He lied. I was here the week before and we had scrambled eggs, potatoes, and pancakes. Don't waste your money here. I've been here last year, it's gone downhill quickly.

An event is hosted here every week. The staff is nice and hotel is clean and we'll maintained. The halls are very nice.

This had to be my worse stay anywhere. The walls were thin and the doors make so much noise it was like gunshots all night. The adjoining doors allow all noise and cigarette smoke to go from room to room. After asking to be moved away from a party in the next room at 11:30 at night, I was awoken again an hour later by an arriving party of a few families that chose the opportunity to yell up and down the hall as they went to the rooms. Same parties woke up at 6:30 in the morning and knocked on my door repeatedly. This is not the fault of the hotel, but an idea of the clientele. They did not understand English and didn't understand when I yelled in their face to leave me alone. The hall and room carpets had huge stains. The bedding and comfort of the bed were good. My first room had a cute divan in it. Those points are the only reason I am even giving 1 star. There is free breakfast, but by 7:30 a. M. I was so ticked off I would rather leave and pay for breakfast somewhere else rather than spend another minute in the hell that was that place. I cannot rate the breakfast. Staff was very nice although initially reluctant to move me when I first asked. I made it clear the party going on had very abrasive sounding people and I did not want to be in the room next to them if they were cautioned to quiet down. It was pretty obvious they had no intent to sleep that night. As it turned out, I didn't get much myself.

The stay was fine, but what happened after we left was why this hotel is getting one star. The day after check out, I realized I had left a few articles of clothing in our hotel room. I figured I'd just call up the hotel and they'd have the clothes and I could come pick them up or pay to have them mailed to me, no problem. But that's not what happened. After speaking to several rude members of the staff (whose English was poor at best) I was told that my clothes could not be located and they're sorry. I'm unsure how clothing just disappears from a room — when I'm positive I left them there and called the very next day. Nobody wanted to give me a solution or help me. I know exactly what happened in this situation: a housekeeper came along, found some nice clothes, and decided to keep them for herself. That is the only possible explanation for this situation, which leaves me without $100+ worth of clothing. It's very sad that the hotel has no solution for me nor did they offer to reimburse me for the clothing their staff stole. Will never stay here or any FairBridge again.

NOT WORTH IT! My husband stayed here on a business trip and from the reviews was skeptical of the cleanliness of the hotel. Upon arrival, there was no air conditioning throughout the hotel except in the guest rooms. The "free" breakfast consisted of potatoes and white bread with ketchup. The sheets were itchy and uncomfortable. The front desk receptionist (Tasha or Sasha) was unknowledgeable, needed clarification multiple times about reservations, and was overheard saying, "I can't even spell" once I verbally spelled our last name over the phone to her twice. My husband promptly packed up his things and cancelled the second night's stay due to the poor quality and service of this hotel. Customer service goes a long way, and this hotel doesn't seem to value that. This hotel does not deserve 3 stars like it has online!

Nice hotel. Have stayed here for 2 nights… food not good and the room service is just above average. Good if you dont want to spend more than 60 or 70 bucks per night.

Booked last minute and experience has been good. Minus the one star because we had a problem opening the door from outside of the room, had to call the front desk to make sure the room wasnt double booked. To me only a minor detail. Clean sheets, a comfortable bed and a neat room is what's important. Will definitely stay here again.

Three-Star hotel. You get what you pay for. Decently comfy bed. Clean rooms and sheets. Pillows are a bit rough but still comfy. Nothing outstanding.

During the weekend of April 24-27, 2015 we stayed at the hotel for a beer pong tournament that is held twice a year at this location. We traveled from Virginia Beach to attend. The tournament was canceled, April 25, due to one player that caused a police involved issue. When I asked to speak to hotel manager about possibly getting a refund for the last night we were supposed to stay there since we were going back to Virginia, I was told by who I thought was a front desk agent that I would need to speak with, Scott, the manager. When I spoke with Scott he informed me that I had already spoke with the owner, the owner of this hotel, Ashok Bhatt, lied to me and several other people staying at the hotel. I asked when he would be back in the hotel and they told us that he would be back at 10am. I went down to the front desk at 10am to speak with the owner and the girl at the desk told me he wouldn't be in until Monday morning. I went into the restaurant attached to the hotel and found the owner eating breakfast. When I asked if I could have a work with him he continued to say he wasn't the owner or manager even though four of his employees pointed us in his direction. I am very displeased with the way we were treated as repeat customers of this hotel.

Doesn't seem to exist anymore. Website no longer works and phone is constantly busy. Called Ramada (corporate) and they said it was "suspended".

The hotel was very dated and not very clean. They charge an extra $25 initially in case you want to watch tv, use the phone or use their restaurant downstairs. They do not explain this policy to you when booking your room, checking in or checking out. Stay elsewhere.

In the service industry, I always thought customers came first. Not here. Everyone at the front desk seemed like they had a really long day/week/month/year… well that must be a coincidence, I did too. I expected to be done with work, come to a hotel (do me) and they (the hotel) would take care of everything else…

Over all: Well worn in, but clean hotel. Rooms: The wall are paper thin, you can hear everything from next door! Snoring & tv, walking around conversation… everything. The room was smoke free but the floor was not, so the who place had a stale bar smoke smell. But everything was clean! TV was poor quality SD 90's tube tv. Food: Only option Miami Mikes. Cheap bar food. Everything was fried & greasy. The fry’s where re heated & disgusting. Service was slow! The drinkers where good & when a games on, it got a lively sports crowd. Until they renovate, book elsewhere Bottom Line: Sence I could not sleep do to the noise, I give it 1 & ½ stars.
