Check is was okay, deposit is required when you get there. Beds were nicely made. Bathroom had limited supply of stuff, bathroom ceiling had mold. Fridge/microwave is not in room and available for an additional $10/day. Pool reeked of chlorine, gym had a broken scale, 3 treadmills and literally 2 dumbbells consisting of 1 15lb and 1 10lb. Complimentary breakfast consisted of options ranging from orange/apple juice, milk, coffee, bread and waffles. Jam, cream cheese and butter was the only filling available. There were no eggs or meet.

The parking lot was overgrown and needing attention. The room was absolutely gross. There was debris (peach pits? ) on the carpet, the floors were filthy, even the walls were in bad shape. The wall paper was peeling and there was a splatter of what I hope was a ketchup packet on the wall. The deadbolt did not lock. I could truly go on. I was in such a rush to leave in the morning that I skipped the free breakfast! Will not return. There and a half stars might have been true 20 years ago but this place is in really rough shape!

Awful hotel! Most (not all) of the staff was rude! The room wasn't fully clean! Front desk was mostly unavailable the entire weekend. Free breakfast contained cold cereal, breads, and juice. Poorly understaffed. Will not be back!

Needs a makeover. Photos from website make it look good. Outside is rundown, plants overgrown no maintenence. Staff complains there is no help, or they dislike their job. Beds are hard squeaky and rooms have a layer of dirt built up along all the walls. Big building but needs to be remodeled. Stay of you must otherwise find another location.

Was a good location for where I needed to be for work. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Overall pleasant experience.

King suite was beautiful. Very pleasant staff. Water heating system needs work. Water was cold more than it warm or hot. Breakfast was all carbs.

Is it possible to leave zero stars? No hot water. Poor customer service. Loss of good with promise to return them to us followed by complete ignorance of the matter. Shabby facility. Smoky rooms. Grimy floors. To summarize: — lack of basic amenities (hot water) — lack of cleanliness — shabby environment — no customer service STAY AWAY.

We booked for executive room but only got the standard room. Their staff are not professional. Poor management. The grass was not cut outside and not presentable trash all over the place. Sad part is that the place has a lot of potential. It was off the turnpike and has a huge function hall. Clearly understaffed. We will not go back here. Elevators can only handle 3 people and we ended up using the stairs. Breakfast was horrible coffee was not even hot.

Hotel is good. But the man who checked me in at the front desk knew absolutely nothing. Not fit to be a receptionist. Stayed here for business conference. Took 20min to get me checked in. Terrible efficiency.

Outdated decor in lobby by and ballroom. Chairs in ballroom were stained, tables seemed unsteady. Wait staff at the event were rude and annoyed at patrons. Food was terrible. Visited one of the rooms. It felt dirty, very dated, and air conditioning unit did not work. I would not stay here or hold an event here.

Location was right off of the NJ turnpike which is great but getting out of the parking lot itself, not so great! The rooms were very nice, comes with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker, iron board, and a lighted mirror in the bathroom. Also, an indoor pool, which is plus… all in all… I would recommend it.

Rooms are small, located in probably the most boring part of town surrounded by traffic. They used to have a decent breakfast. Now all you can get to start your day is bread products.

The hotel manager that greeted us was great! The pool was amazing and overnight stay was perfect. The cafe inside the hotel was so yummy! Be sure to order Nachos and Wings!

The Ramada has a very nice lobby and the room was clean. The area is very quiet and a great location when you need a quick stop off of I-95 to get some rest.

Clean, comfortable room. Breakfast NOT included &! $#@ completely unheard of. Restaraunt not bad but no bartender on duty for happy hour. I had a good stay except for breakfast not included which wasn't special so I didn't miss out on anything but the convenience. I would definitely stay here again.

Good place with clean rooms. This is an older hotel but well-maintained. Fresh paint and room updates make it a very comfortable stop for a great price! There might be a few small things to nitpick about but overall no complaints. I would stay here again.

I was here for a conference. Have been there for many conferences in the past when it was Crown Plaza. I have to say, I was a bit disappointed. No coat check, several breakout rooms had no heat on small space heaters to try and help (a nice gesture but terribly ineffective), lunch was cramped — though if I'm being fair, the food was good… once we got to it. It's a fine location but the little things matter. Maybe they are just in a period of reorganizing since Ramada took over.

To begin, there is no indoor pool right now thanks to construction. We came here expecting a pool for our son to enjoy only to be disappointed. The rooms have no refrigerators or microwaves. The restaurant in the hotel isn’t so great. Food was not tasty. We came with high expectations and we are leaving disappointed not coming back again! If you’re looking for a good hotel, this isn’t the place.

Was put into three separate rooms before they found one that was completely operational. The last room was marginally 3 *and the heating system wouldn't maintain a temperature. The weight room and the pool area was off-limits due to some mechanical problem. Room service food trays where left for a full day in the coin vending area. The room itself was very shabby, the bathtub ceiling and floor were markedly too stressed and the tub grout was missing. Cold air blasted past the air conditioning unit and into the room which caused it to run all night long. Stay out of room 609.

The dump it look like it's been hit by a hurricane no hot water the first night had to change rooms three times before they could get one that actually was functional the air conditioning heater system was impossible to regulate there was no amenities no pool no weight room. It looks like it's abandoned from the outside and getting to it is very difficult.

Very good location the staff are very helpful it was a sweet 16 event that went smooth good size room, staff all would need as well as pricing very, reasonable.

The hotel is generally pretty nice. There is an indoor pool which is great for kids. We've stayed at this hotel several times when visiting family. This past visit was less impressive as we expressed concern that the room smelled as though someone was smoking in one of the surrounding rooms. They told us they couldn't smell it and dropped it. The service is not horrible, just not over the top.

Hotel is wonderful, however the other guests at the hotel are not. We returned to our room last night to find the odor of marijuana all over through the room. The hotel staff did nothing.

The location is off a highway, but you can't hear the traffic while in the building. There's a Cafe or Restaurant connected to the Ramada so it's easy to get something to eat when you're there. For the event that I attended a big room was rented that has plenty of chairs and space for whatever anyone might want to do.

We decided to have the Ramada be our hotel for the night of our wedding and at first, we had great success when Olivia Riley was our contact in making the arrangements. However, she was let go when management changed and the experience afterwards went spiraling downwards. Besides the lost reservations for multiple guests or the sad conditions of many of the rooms (torn curtains, stained couches) the concierge desk (i. E. George) was honestly horrific to interact with. As the groom, when we arrived, we walked into the lobby and without taking 5 steps were already being told across the lobby that our rooms were not ready and there was nothing that could be done. Great way to start off the conversation especially when you have an hour and a half to get ready… We had for the past 2 days called the hotel to make sure that we had rooms with early check in to allow us a place to get ready. (We had also asked for late check out but I won't get started on that) The concierge desk (George) stated that early check in was merely a request and not a guarantee. This was never stated to us at any point earlier on and seems to be poor concept considering the hotel knew that we are a wedding party that needs to get ready for a wedding. If the hotel could not have guaranteed this then I would have made other arrangements with our venue perhaps. Finally, after arguing for a few minutes, the desk was able to miraculously find us another room which was ready.

Rooms are decent but the air conditioning absolutely sucks — room service was pretty terrible and the kitchen was closed all day until 4pm. Pretty disappointed.

Some areas are VERY nice. Room was clean but needed some updates. No fridge or microwave in king. Staff was very friendly.

Clean, affordable place to sleep. Vending machine didn't have water and ice machine didn't work. Tiny shampoo and conditioner (1 each) for 2 people. Not deal breakers but still slightly annoying after a long day.

The moment I entered my room I was greeted with the scent of mildew. Besides the moist sheets and zero hot water, the only saving graces were the pool and and fitness center.

If you enjoy moist bedding, then this Ramada is for you. If cold showers and bathrooms with no fans entice you, then this Ramada is for you. If strange smells of mildew invigorate your senses, then this Ramada is definitely for you.

Had to cancel my reservation yesterday that was non refundable. They helped me out and waived my fee. I am ataying here tonight and I have to say this is a nice place. The outside needs a little help, but its going through transition and that's expected. The hotel staff has been very helpful. There are plenty of places to eat and venture off to within walking distance. There is a sports bar, and grill inside the hotel open til 10 through the week and 11 on the weekends. I'm on business and this is a perfect getaway from business…

We selected this property because of its competitive rates among those hotels with good access to I-95. With that in mind, this Crowne Plaza can't be beat. However, the room, as well the overall building, is starting to show wear and tear and probably should be refreshed or risk losing customers similar to my family. Parking is free and convenient. Overall experience was average but I expected more because of my past experiences with this brand.

The service was average, nice smiling people greet you at the front desk. The rooms were in bad shape, paint was chipped, the shower head was broken and dangling. I had to bend down the get wet and I am not a tall person. I would not recommend this hotel or choose to stay her again.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza overnight due to a wedding. It was clean, convenient, and everyone was extremely helpful. There's a complimentary breakfast and a full service sports bar on the premise, as well. Would absolutely stay here again or recommend to others that's are in the area.

The hotel is really nice. Very clean and comfortable. The food is good. The breakfast was not consistent, and some days there were less food. But overall it's good.

Service was fantastic. The only thing preventing five stars was the super springy bed.

Hello Everyone, I stayed with my friends at the hotel. We booked 6 rooms. It was a very nice stay, hotel was clean. The staff was very nice. Erica was extremely nice to us. We were 19 of us altogether. She made sure she called each room and checked to see if we were comfortable. if you are there you should always ask for Ericka. I cannot say the same about the manager Mike. He was not nice to us. Erica made our stay nice and special. Thanks Menuka.

I was only here for a meeting in the conference room. The room was nice and the catered breakfast was delicious.

The service was great, and the sports bar and grill within the facility served delicious and affordable food. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Location is ideal. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The morning restaurant manager is the best! A great place for meetings, sleep or just a bed and breakfast.

Was here for two weeks. After first day was fine. Checking in lady was very nice. The guy sitting their talking to her very rude. The room was fine and the restaurant if you get the specials is not bad priced. Breakfast is hot and ready. They will make you any type of eggs you want.

I didn't choose this hotel. I stayed here for work related event. Room wasn't terrible. Bed wasn't really comfortable. Shuttle service was terrible. Wifi would not work. Most decent hotels have decent lounge and rec areas outside. This one absolutely does not. The only vending machine downstairs was out of service the whole time I was there. Some security lock on exterior doors don't work. Some staff were not much help with Wi-Fi and shuttle service. Btw this hotel has a contract to shuttle us to places of business. We ended up waiting over an hour for our shuttle that was supposed to be there at a specific time. I normally don't write reviews for anything really but thought I should share my negative experience here. I would not recommend this hotel. Would have given it 1 star but I'm to nice.
