Worst room ever! Dirty sheets and they couldn’t find the clean ones. Tv was broken, phone didn’t work. Ohh and the best part is the drugs and prostitution going on there. Stay far the hell away from this hotel. Absolutely the worst hotel we ever stayed out.

Its nasty and dirty room service never camed and cleaned the room I was there for 3 days bathroom had a leak in the celling the tiles in the bathroom ate all cracked up the beds r to big for the box spring my room door somebody kicked it in the got moved to another room and that was worst dnt stay here and the female manager did not try to compensate us at all.

Disgusting hotel. Should be shut down.

The desk clerks were very nice to deal with and helpful with telling us directions to different eating places. Our 1st room was wet on the carpet from the ac. So they offered me another room n helped us move our belongings. )

Worst customer service experience of my life. The manager is conveniently either not at work yet or gone for the day whenever you call. The manager is apparently the only person there authorized to handle issues, so if he/she is not available, they don't have to deal with it. I also escalated to Choice Hotels, the parent company, and was told to take care of it myself. No t worth it at even half the price. Not even worth the 1 star I had to give.

This place is very close to the beach I this just a block to walk. It is close to Tropicana casino. Also Its is clean the house keeping come to clean the room every morning. There is a breakfast area where you can set and get a free breakfast. The staff are nice. If I came to Atlantic city I would come back to stay in this motel ☺

For the price and location it's a great place to stay. It's only block away from the boardwalk and walking distance from many of the casinos, major restaurants, and other attractions. The rooms themselves are a bit sketchy looking at first, but they are very clean despite the appearance. If you can get past the somewhat run down appearance, it's a great deal and a comfortable place to sleep.

It's a cheap motel, so I wasn't expecting it to be perfect. The bathtub faucet wouldn't stop leaking, the AC didn't have a way to direct the airflow and was crazy loud, the floor was so dirty and sticky it ruined two pairs of clean socks. The floor is the only serious issue I had with the room though. Also the fridge stopped working when I put in a six pack of warm beers. I would definitely stay here again since its cheap and close to the Tropicana casino and beach, but wear shoes or slippers in the room because the floor is gross. The TV had cable and there was free Wi-Fi and breakfast which was nice.

Room was too small, tube did not fill with water, when booked the room ask to be on the lowest part of the hotel we were up on the 4th floor and had to pay 20 dollars for parking when the parking area was so small and when booking did not mention anything about paying for parking said it was free on site. Only good thing is it was by the bordwalk Beds was so uncomfortable the hotel needs to be remodeled it's not like we seen in the pics online we were totally unsatisfied with our stay. Walls were thin you can hear ppl in other rooms.

Never again! Bedbugs/poor service! Check-in guy terrible. He gave attitude because I question about having to pay to park because I didn't see that online. Also he was like well u can go to another hotel. I should have SMH. Then get room of course we check our beds and whole room out for bedbugs. Didn't see anything at moment. Then seen a dead 1 so that raised a flag. Later that night 2am come back to room. Get in bed and just happen to look hard at headboard and Boom! Bedbug eggs! went to front desk he gives us another room. Of course he not giving us our money back. So go to new room. Small. Walk wrong way u stubbing ur toes. Anyways shower/tub dnt work. They get it on. Cool. Then day of checkout same issue. Smh. This is the worst place I ever stayed. Never again. Too many problems. And it wasn't even that cheap. I had cheaper hotels but better rooms and environment. Also breakfast sucks here. Bagel, toast, muffins, watered down juice and coffee/tea. Boooooooooooooooo! No fruits. Nothing.

Location was solid. Walking distance to boardwalk, boardwalk hall and Tropicana resort. Easy to find and get to. Check in and check out were easy and simple. Staff was friendly.

This place desperately needs updating, the rooms are old and smelly, it said includes breakfast but it was awful. All that was offered was bread and a few cup cakes. In the end we ate out.

This hotel is very dirty and the people that work there are really rude. Also there was no breakfast available in the morning as we got told there was contenential breakfast. Also the hotel tried to charge my debit card twice. I would not recommend anyone staying here.

Low end motel that costs way more than it is worth during event weekends. The biggest asset is that it is very close to the boardwalk. You may prefer to stay awake gambling in the casinos all night however if you need a home base to launch your party from, this place will suffice. Parking costs $10 for the first car and $15 per additional vehicle.

The first two rooms were trashy, pubes, pee pee stains, bathroom door was locked in one. The third room I checked under the bed for bed bugs and anything of that nature and there behold it, lies a damn crack pipe. Thank you Rodeway for the once in a lifetime experience, you never disappoint. If you're looking for a good time with the fam this is the place to be!

Basic motel nothing special actually a little over priced for the type of motel it is I don't think I would stay there again.

This hotel is in the practice of charging you twice in the name of a deposit. Sure we are use to paying deposits when we stay at hotels, but to charge the same amount twice is ridiculous. The heating in some rooms do not work as we ended up in 3 rooms. Also having booked two consecutive nights, we ventured outside to get food and upon our return they had removed all of our items from our room and put it in the lost and found and stipulated it was a mistake he never looked in the computer to make sure anyone was suppose to still be there. There's a creepy closet door in room 102 that is locked from the opposite side of the room so my daughter was afraid something or someone was gonna come from the other side of it into her room. The towels/wash cloths are dated the TV is extremely small knobs were missing off of the dresser draws.

The worst inn I have even been to. Do not consider this place ever. — broken doors, moldy curtains, smelly rooms, dirty linens, cardboard walls (could hear everything from the neighboring rooms), broken lights, half used shampoo bottles. — they charge you $10 for parking (even though its mentioned as free parking in their site). — annoying and very rude service men. — jammed doors (in winners), had to walk in freezing cold to reach our room from dining area. — not to forget, the Wi-Fi never gets connected. — this place is running even now only because it is at the walkable distance from boardwalk, nothing else.

Absolutely revolting. The management at this establishment are unscrupulous and know well how to walk the line between fraud and lawful but unethical business practices. Do not, I warn you, do not give this establishment your credit card information unless you want unwarranted charges made to your card. You can contest the claim, but they will offer "proof" to support their claim, proof which is untrue. They have stolen my money, and I will get it back. Don't let them do this to you.

Quality Price is not bad at all.

Room 102 — a MOUSE ran over my foot! Entire room was dank and outdated. There's a locked back door inside the room leading to the back offices which is very creepy. They moved us to room 210 on the other side of the building and it felt like we were in a completely different hotel. Still not the best but much better than 102. Other than the great customer service given by the man that worked the late night/early morning shift, there's absolutely no reason to stay at this hotel but if you do, stay on an upper level and check the room first. Oh and come prepared to pay the $10 parking fee. Good luck!

Typical motel, nice Continental breakfast, reasonably priced and reasonably clean. It's what you would expect for the price.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would, first off the rooms look nothing like the pictures, it may have looked that way 20 years ago but it doesn't anymore, the ceiling was leaking water and when we asked for a room switch they claimed they were all booked but another customer with complaints got switched immediately, the TV also stopped working and the staff couldn't fix it either, do not waste your money coming to this dump.

I am attaching photos of the conditions of only one of the 3 rooms I was shown. I arrived and was given a very small room there was hair in the tub and the fridge did not work. I requested to move to a lower level room and when I went in that room the bathroom ceiling was falling in and the beds was soaked with water or some kind of liquid. I was moved to another room where I took pics and was waved off by the staff. When speaking to the front desk I was told "we never give you pick of 3 rooms" told I had to take the room. I then asked for a refund and was denied. I was told to take them to court it was non refundable. This hotel is unacceptable! I don't believe this hotel should be allowed to be part of the choice hotels chain and I hope going forward you look into this unsanitary conditions.   Do not stay in this place!

Avoid this place! Pretty run down and Oll. Price too high. Staff quite strange. There was no breakfast, although it was booked and paid for. Best way to avoid the motel!

Listen, truth is you get what you pay for. If you expect a gold plated tub, Platinum towel rods and diamond encrusted soap holders, this isn't the place for you. For the cost, the location is great (other than the beach construction going on). Sure there were some things I could of complained about, but honestly they didn't affect my stay. The $10 parking fee WAS a bit surprising and unexpected, but we were able to have our car right down the steps from our room. I wonder however, why they take security payments from people, then (I assume) keep that money when a room is destroyed, but not fix the things broken. That seems a bit shady to me in general business practices. All in all, my stay was comfortable, my hot tub was hot, Tropicana had great breakfast and the beach was hot. I'd go back again for sure.

Terrible. Bed bugs, rude staff, tight parking with a hidden $10 per day fee, room appliances dont work, TV channels look terrible. I could go on and on, avoid this at all costs.

We stayed at this hotel June 21-23. Worst hotel ever! There were Cigarette burns in the sheets, slow shower drain, the shower nobs coming off the wall, hair in the bathroom, carpet coming off the side of the walls, wall paper coming off the wall, A/C until hardly blew out cold air, and the room smells like someone dumped a whole bottle of bleach on everything. Not that it is a bad thing but it was so strong my eyes burned. The breakfast was terrible old coffee, stale bagels, and flys on the fruit. The towels were made for anyone who is 7 years old! Soooooo small. The phones weren't in working order, they go around at night and count how people are in every room, and the fridge doesn't get cold! You get what you pay for but at 478 for two days the rooms could be a bit nicer. There were 5 people in this hotel room and they would only give us 2-3 towels and wouldn't give extra toilet paper.

This place was the worse place i've EVER stayed. The rooms we're extremely dirty the sheets had blood stains. I booked for 4nights the second day I was there they gave my room to another family while i'm in my room someone opens my door with the key that was giving to them from the front desk I was semi naked and was really embarrassed, I ran to the bathroom and put on my robe came out to explain that was my room and when I went to get back in the room they have deactivated my keys so I was in a robe and no shoes, I had to go to the lobby that way. I had a DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door and the housekeepers knocked one day to tell me check out was 11am but I had the room for 3 more nights the next day I was laying in bed with head phones and I didn't hear them knocking so she opened the door mean while the "DO NOT DISTURB SIGN " I WAS NAKED! (yes I love being naked when no one is looking lol) the next morning I went for breakfast and they only had fruits and cereal when I went back to the room they had deactivated my keys AGAIN at this point I was very upset I went to speak to the owner and he told me that if I didn't like it I could leave, I demanded a refund and he pointed to the sign that said "NO REFUNDS" I told him I had no choice but to stay but that I wasn't going to give him a good review so he proceeded to kick me out of the Motel.

The rooms look nothing like the photos in their website. I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel, because we were only staying the night after a concert and didn't want to pay inflated prices because it was a day before a holiday. So, just a place to sleep and shower was the agenda.
The sink had a slow drain, the towels are made for toddlers and I had to go to the front desk for an iron. No closet at all, cigarette burns in the blanket. Won't stay on this side of AC again, I'll just have to pay.

This place had clean sheets, clean towels, clean fridge, flat screen, semi-Wi-Fi, and a safe. The room smelled like bleach so we were ok. It looks like hell on the outside but don't judge by the cover. Ok. Cigarette burns on the covers but don't act like your Grandmother never put a cigarette burn in your sofa. Sink had a slow drain which is like gross… so my makeup took forever to go down… Towel was made for people suffering from anorexia. I needed a towel for each breast. So, I used one on the bottom that I needed crazy glue to hold on and I used the other like a bib. Had to borrow the iron from downstairs. The staff keeps the cost down by fixing the elevator themselves… you will know your floor. They improvise! Not horrible and not the Plaza. You get what you pay for…

I stayed here for 2 days. They said there would be free parking, but we had to pay $10 a night for the run-down lot across the street. The best part was that the toilet did not flush so we had to plunge each time we used it (they told us to do that) and when we complained after leaving, they said we should have asked for another room. The breakfast was pretty bad. Tiny rocks for bagels, hot orange liquid for drinks. We weren't allowed to bring the food upstairs, so we had to eat in the hot room with a bird flying in it. There was also a dirty wash cloth on the shower curtain and the towel rack fell off constantly. Upon leaving and asking for our cash deposit, they said it would be put on the card that we paid the first night with. We called the next day and they said we never paid the deposit. Sadly, I ditched the receipt by accident and I'm stuck paying for this place that didn't even have a working toilet. Save your money and do not come here.

The property was not cared for. I did not feel safe. The staff were nice. The bathroom smelled like mildew. Rooms are so tiny. The breakfast room (you're required to stay and eat in) smells so strongly of bleach, it's hard to enjoy the limited breakfast selection. Never again.

Wish I could give no stars. Place was disgusting. Roaches and bed bugs on the bed. Checked out immediately. When I demanded my money back the guy called me a liar then when I showed a picture as proof he called me a bitch and told me to leave! DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!

You get what you pay for. The staff was polite. The room was clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was descent. Muffins, plain bagels, jelly, cream cheese, coffee and cereals. Parking is 10.00 extra but your car is safe. I was happy with my stay and I will stay there again.

Can't complain about it! Is trying to compete with the others! It's a great place for fair price! Took the kids and Fiancé and had a jacuzzi room and double bed room around corner from each other and started two nights, came under $400. It's worth it.

Lies! From the start, we were told about the parking charge of $10 a day… why should I have to pay for parking at a hotel I am staying at? The view of the ocean was a most non-existent. We had to change rooms three times because of the condition of the rooms. This is NOT what we booked online (pictures are lies). The smell of weed and shady business going on everywhere; felt unsafe staying there with my kids. Loud music until 3am! To top it all off, somehow an important item of mine (I thought I packed, but to be safe, after checkout went back into the room, the maid already in there cleaning it, we searched the room top to bottom not to be found) got a call 2 hours later saying "it turned up" and I need to pay to have it shipped from there to me. How did it take two hours? Lots of headache… never again! Place is a joke, every last part of it!

Nothing but false advertising on booking buddy. Still had to pay parking fee and is nothing like the pictures. Wifi connection was terrible, Points for clean room but none for the breakfast.

Other reviewers were tripping. Room was nice, big, clean, fresh sheet and new TV. The breakfast had muffins and bagels. Great price too. Stayed on the second floor if that matters.

Please do not go here! I'm not picky about my hotels but this one was terrible. It's in an area where you don't feel like you should be there. They hit you with a surprise parking fee of 10$ a day. My hotel room had a weird smell and the TV was a tube TV from the 90s that didn't work. So they upgraded me to a small flat screen. What really did it for me was when I woke up in the morning there was a bed bug in my bed, it was dead absolutely disgusting. Please do yourself a favor and don't stay here.

Worst experience In a hotel. Was charged a whole extra 100$ when I finally got here. Room wasn't even worth 20$ a night. Bad customer service people still can't explain to me where the extra 100 came from. Don't book here hidden fees… And parking is 10 a day.

Pictures online looked great. When arrived, much disappointed. Office lobby was the nicest part. Room was tiny, heater didnt work, free breakfast was just cereal, and tight squeeze parking. Not going there again.

My credit card was charged twice. Need to call the bank for this fraud. It is a very unpleasant experience. The room is not nice, the handle of the toilet room was broken. One of the electrical outlet was not working. I can hear clearly what other people were talking at the the next room.

Well you get what you pay for! I didn't think that staying here would be so bad however the front desk clerk was rude. He acted as though he didn't want to answer my question or like he didn't understand what I was saying (more like openly ignoring me). Then we get to our room and there's tape on the Door? Then we go in and the beds almost look unmade. Plus I found a sock that didnt belong to my husband. IT gets better the towels and wash clothes were stained so bad like they hadnt been washed. And to top it off we seen ROACHES! Never again will I still here. This place need condemned ASAP. So many other things. Like I said you get what you pay for!

No Star For That ‼️ From the moment when we walked in from the office, we hate it so freaking much. I knew something was wrong about this, there were everywhere in room was DIRTY ASS MOTHER*****. Nobody wants to lay down on bed with some stranger's period on it while others didn't even know and sleep on it!?! Even worse than that it was when a maid DID NOT wash the bed sheet, blanket and everything until we were ready to leave then she cleaned up. They got us a smoking room when we told them NOT TO. I wouldnt recommend this, period!

The front desk was incredibly rude. You pay a ton of money for a little room with tiny beds and an old TV. Doors lead to other rooms on each side that everyone tries to open. The TV doesn't even work. Paper thin walls.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT! I'm in the room right now and it's horrible the moment I got here I hated it, there was couples fighting, drunks, and smokers In front of my door (very rude people) the service here is HORRIBLE the bathroom is LOCKED and the service people were SLEEPING instead of looking for the key, my father had to pick it, I can't sleep due to the bugs and smell of cigarettes! I HATE IT I hope they close!

Last minute room. Got suite room for good price. Room clean no problems staff very nice. Although cant be sure about the rest of the hotel.

Was a great place for the price, very clean, close to boardwalk, n great continental breakfast. Stayed here July 9th, definitely recommend it.

We had to call 911 on this guy (SAM — SAMIR) as he would charge and fight with us. AS*HOLES in this property. He sold our reserved room and asked us to take our refund and leave at 1am. I wish there was a negative star I could give. I apologized for bothering the cop but it was essential. The cops came by and said to me "this hotel does it every week — we have to be here to resolve". AVOID even if they are the cheapest. Go 2 blocks away for better rates — if that's what you want. But don't get yourself trapped in this one.

Dirty, rude, loud music, low balcony very dangerous, and $10 surprised parking fee.

Nice and clean free Wi-Fi, free breakfast staff tends to you quickly had a blast.

Never book here! First of all the clerk was completely rude during check in. The room was decent. There's a vent in the bathroom that puffs out plaster dust or something. Then when we turned on the shower BLACK water was coming out! Like seriously what the hell. Never been so unhappy when I come to Atlantic City! Never again.

Worst hotel ever! please read all of the reviews on all websites before booking here or at any roadway inn. After paying $10 to park that we were unaware of going into the room you could not open the door all the way to get in. Had to put our luggage on the bed and move around things just to get into the room, then we checked for any bugs and uncleanliness. You know when you do that before even putting your things down it is a bad feeling. We decided to stand on the balcony to see the beach which was an ok view. We saw a few men going in and out of the two rooms right next to ours. Different men every half hour. We knew what was going on. We decided to ask the clerk to switch rooms he offered us 35% towards another stay and our $10 back for the parking. When we went to see what else was offered it was not any better. So we decided to leave. We just didn't feel safe knowing what that hotels reputation was. Btw we did not get any refund, not even our $10 parking fee.
