Stayed here for my 22nd wedding anniversary. Excellent place very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly will be back every year. Also loved how everything is back in time from 150 years ago definitely highly recommend this place.

What a wonderful place! So close to the boardwalk. My friend and I stayed for two nights and breakfast each morning was so good as well! Service was great. Also had a pizza from the pub and it was soooo good! Would absolutely stay again.

So nice! We stayed during the pandemic and I imagine it's even better when things return to normal. Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and obvious that attention has been paid to detail. The bed was very comfortable and the Inn is close to the beach.

As a travel agent, I’m always searching for unique spaces. I was pleasantly surprised by this gem. The ease of checking in, the calm atmosphere, the room decor, complimentary breakfast… absolutely lovely. It didn’t appear handicap accessible, but other than that… this place was ideal. Thank You.

Lovely room. Very clean. Beautiful building. Well maintained. Cant wait to return when the restaurant/bar is open.

Good location but had expected a more guest house feel. The building is quite charming but there was 0 welcoming atmosphere. Felt like the staffing had been outsourced completely.

Location, room, bed, parking, service pretty good. Breakfast was Great. The bathroom was horrible. Standing shower was too tiny for even one person along with it having broken parts to it. And somehow a fly. For over $300 a bathroom in a better condition doesn't seem to be a huge demand despite it being a 2-star inn.

My husband and I discovered the Chelsea Pub and Inn after deciding on a last minute overnight trip to Atlantic City. We got a great, last-minute deal for $99 for a room, so we figured what the heck! Boy, were we completely surprised! When we first checked in, we wandered around the property and checked out all of the decorations and unique rooms. The place has some outdoor gardens and seating areas that are exquisite. The accommodations were a little small but we weren’t in the room very long (only to sleep). The inn was a block away from the boardwalk and the Tropicana Casino. There is a Dunkin Donuts on the corner, but we didn’t need it because of the delightful breakfast that the inn served as part of our room fee. There was eggs, sausage, bagels, bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. It was plenty! We also had a late night dinner in the pub after playing at the casino. My husband says that the wings were the best he’s ever had… anywhere. I had a personal pizza and it was fabulous! All in all, we would rate this inn 5 stars and will definitely be coming back! The Chelsea Pub and Inn is a rare find and is a great alternative to the chain hotels or casino hotels.

We were there on a mini out of town vacation for a bachelorette party. We wondered around the area until we found a place to stop and grab a quick bite to eat. The first girl that took care of us was very sweet. We had a large party of 10 hangry women and they were quick to take care of us all. The food was great and so were the drinks. The bartender Mike took care of us after and he had us all laughing. I would recommend this hidden gem to anyone.

Just stayed here and was happy. The building itself was super charming, and it was fun just walked around the place. Only downside was the tub was stained or maybe a bit dirty, and the building as a whole didn't seem to have AC, but the window unit in our room did work well and kept us cool on a 100 degree day. The service was great, and the location was awesome! Overall, we were all pleasently surprised by this place. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Place. Very quirky and fun, every staff member I met was friendly & helpful. We will definitely be back. One word of warning — there are a lot of steps & stairs in the hotel as it is 2 old buildings combined. If you are not good with them make sure to book a room on the first floor. (Yes, you do book a specific room, first floor would be anything in the 100-range) We were in room 214 — lowely decor. Bathroom a little tight but serviceable. The only drawback was the restaurant fan outside the window that runs 24 hours a day. (I believe this and possibly the room next door are the only ones affected by it). But overall we were happy with our stay.

Chelsea pub is fianlly open again after a year of being out of commission. Always fun place to go before or after the casinos. Good number of pool tables, outside area is quite nice.

Very old building, but it gave it some charm, i. E. Uneven floors, for one. Nothing fancy and certainly wasn't the worst place I've stayed. Put out a nice breakfast in the morning. I gave it 4 stars, because it was perfect for the one night and people were nice, had parking, and the good breakfast.

Just reopened yesterday, I am not from the area and decided to stop in because it has my name. Small sweet menu but delicious. Good drinks and reasonably priced. Stop in if you are in the area.

We booked this bed and breakfast on a whim. It was right after Christmas and they had an awesome deal online. 3 nights for $150. We did not want to stay in a casino. It was a gamble if the room was adequate. We hit jackpot! The ambiance is beautiful and the rooms are wonderful. The whole house is set back in time with upgrades. We got our own key to the front door so we felt safe. Chelsea' s is right across from the Tropicana Casino. The breakfast was good and not too much to gorge yourself. We had boiled eggs, fruit, ham, a variety of cheeses and bread. The beds were comfortable and hot water. We would definitely book a romantic getaway here again.
