Wonderful staff. Made to order breakfast included. Wonderful for summer recreation.

This place is run down and dangerous. The deck is rotten and it could fall with you on it, be careful. The Beds had Stained sheets on them. The carpets are filthy. The breakfast was nasty. AND the OWNER/Manager was super unprofessional. When I told him about the sheets and showed him photos, he said " Im going to refund your stay, its best you find another place to suit your needs". He did not refund the amount instead I was charged another $100. Disputing these charges with my bank now. Sad Sad!

Place is amazing cozy relaxing and the breakfast is amazing omfg.

I loved our stay! The hotel is cute and quite! The grounds are beautiful and the hot tubs were a bonus after the car accident we go into the night before! Will be back one day!

Unique cute place, right alongside a babbling stream with a covered bridge. Very friendly welcome. We got the chalet with its own kitchen, log fire and multiple bedrooms.

Its a jewel in the rough. Very dated… but very comfy. It has large rooms. Fridge. The jewel free breakfast & lunch… homemade style… five stars.

This was a very affordable and clean inn. Very friendly staff, great breakfast and comfortable room. The inn is older and a bit tired, but again really clean.

Loved this spot. Terrific breakfast bar. Placed in the mountains with a stream running along the back of the property, a covered bridge and so much more. Staff helpful and friendly.

We were there for summer vacation. Location is the prime feature of this Inn. Appears to be owned by family. Staff at this Inn are very courteous. They treat their guests well. They have good hot breakfast every morning. Inn is pretty old but management is trying to maintain their best. I really appreciate their hard work in this matter. Stowe rec path is behind this Inn and bikes are available and provided by Inn. There is a covered bridge as well. Very scenic. Close to Mt. Mansfield and Smugglers Notch. If you do not care about age of the property then this is the best place to stay in this location. Close to good number of restaurants as well.

I love the whole Alps theme… I totally utilized the hot tubs after a week of hiking. The breakfast was great… one of the best I've had from a hotel stay… bacon & sausage & pancakes, waffles that you dont have to make yourself, French toast, fresh fruit, breakfast pastries & bread, fresh juice, cereals & yogurt & when I was there… a sort of huevos rancheros that was soooooo good. My room was clean, included robes, and the bed was comfy. My only complaint was the room decor was dated & in sore need of an update. I do reccomend this place! I would stay here again. It was a great value for the price. They also have a sauna, outdoor pool, tennis courts, a play area for the wee ones & I think I saw a basketball hoop. I'd give 4.5 stars instead of 4, but I can't.

Very friendly but sparse staff. Interior of the inn and the room was kitschy and well accommodated. The basement bar and dining room are beautiful and cozy and the original 70's Alpine resort decor is spot on. Two entrances to each room, porch and hallway. Over the course of the day and night we spent there, no one skimmed the pool, and it hadn't been skimmed in a while. Sadly, pine needles and insects were everywhere. Though the quality of the other amenities also ranged wildly, our overall experience and the vibe of the place left a really lovely impression. Breakfast was included and it was meticulously complete and delicious.

As others said If you're looking for modern this is not the place. However if you're looking for an inexpensive (with large rooms) place in summer to stay and Hike Mount Mansfield and hit up Alchemist Brewery for some heady topper this is the place. Oh and by the way they have two hot tubs which are awesome. I paid just about $80 a night and every other place around here was around was a hundred +. This $80 included free breakfast which included 4 to five hot items and then cold items included cereal yogurt and other fruits with a bunch of juices. I have not stayed here for the winter however for the summer you can't beat this place.

Awesome location and awesome staff! No, it's not a fancy mountain resort by no means but perfect for a hiker or skiier looking for a place to crash at night. 2 outdoor jacuzzis and sauna which was great after being outdoors all day. There is a home cooked breakfast downstairs every morning as well. The inn is on a little brooke which was nice to walk down and have a few beers at. There is also a beautiful bike path with great views that goes right to downtown Stowe. If you don't have your own bikes, there was about 3 you could borrow — first come first serve.

The folks at the Innsbruck Inn were so kind and accommodating. The rooms were large, included a flat screen HD TV with over 60 channels, a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, air conditioning and more. The property is lovely, conveniently located, and it's just an overall very nice place. To cap it off their pup friendly! I highly recommend the Innsbruck Inn if you're in the Stowe area!

Excellent breakfast and staff. Miguel does it all, cooks and serves and he is good at what he does. Lovely place to stay. Every aspect was enjoyed!

Such a gem. Decent room, very friendly and welcoming staff, breakfast has everything you could ask for, and you can’t beat the price. Not luxurious, but nice, simple living.

Not new, but perfect place to rest, eat breakfast and enjoy Mt Mansfield and the neighboring villages. Why spend all your vacation dollars on the bedroom? This Inn is clean and comfortable and priced correctly. It is not 2018 appointed but the people are friendly and the chef can make great breakfast and afternoon snacks. I stayed 2 nights over a spring weekend and absolutely have no complaints. Each room does have an outside and inside door to be convenient for loading in ski gear or walking down the hall to breakfast.

Clean comfortable rooms, great staff, awesome ski memorabilia on the walls and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Oh, and it's close to the ski area!

Booked the room last minute for $100/night with taxes during ski season. Arrived late at night to an adorable mom & pop inn that was excitingly close to the mountain. The room was clean, all linens fresh and unstained, & the bathroom was immaculate. Staff were helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was delicious! The food was not greasy in the slightest! Personally, the history and decor of the Innsbruck adds to the old world charm. The inn has antique skiing memorabilia covering it's cozy dining room's walls (where by the way they serve complimentary après tea and cookies). If you're looking for modern — this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a cozy, quaint place to relax after a day on the mountain? Highly recommend! We will be staying at the Innsbruck for all of our Stowe adventures!

This is an older Hotel but with comfortable and spacious accommodations, at least a couple of working hot tubs and a friendly staff. The breakfast is very good. Good proximity to Stowe Mountain and the downtown Stowe Village. They are a clear winner at their price point.

So close to the mountain with a real great feel for the history and culture of ski life. Friendly staff and great lodging.

This place was great for us. The room was comfortable and staff very friendly. When we arrived in the afternoon after skiing, they had free soup and snacks being served in their lounge/restaurant. The breakfast in the morning was extremely good. I will definitely stay here again.

Tucked away in a quiet spot for a relaxing getaway. Fairly scenic during summer with an adjacent stream and decent facilities. (Was not there during ski season. )

Calm, Serene and warm inside. Typical Austrian style hotel with exceptional staff who are so kind and helpful. Our stay during Christmas break here is so memorable and long lasting. They have an excellent breakfast in the morning that serves a vegan very well too. Evening they serve soup, sandwiches and crackers with other hot beverages. If you are heading Stowe try this place.

I got the economy room and it was a lot bigger than I thought it would be. The option to enter directly from the outside was nice as well. The room also had a bathroom in it, which was convenient. Breakfast in the morning was phenomenal and I was greeted with friendly faces.

I don't understand how some reviewers gave this place 4 or 5 stars. I don't want to give it one full star. The only positives were the breakfast, location and staff. The room was horrendous. The carpeting was filthy and had huge disgusting stains. The furniture was cheap, old and damaged. The lighting was very poor for us ladies who like to apply makeup and the bath sink had no counter space to put anything down. The window was broken, so only one side of it could be opened which was a problem because the room was very warm and had a very unpleasant odor. There were also flies in the room and a spider in a web on the bathroom ceiling. We left a day early despite losing our money. I will never go back!

What a nightmare. We drove 8 hours to get to this dump. They assured my husband that they were wheelchair accessible. One small ramp doesn't qualify a rating of wheelchair accessible. There were 2 exit/entries from the room. My wheelchair couldn't make it to either. The worst part was that my wheelchair did not even fit through the bathroom door! I have a small chair. This was completely unacceptable. The restaurant wasn't even wheelchair accessible. My husband went to the front desk to inquire and Gary did not care! This was a holiday weekend and there was only one place left with a vacancy. So we ended up paying almost three times what we had budgeted for the room. The Innsbruck has a dank smell and the carpet in the hallway is about 20 years overdue to be ripped up. I will say one thing nice and that is why they get a star. The grounds are pretty. That's it.

The people were friendly and helped us with anything we needed during our stay! Was the best price we could find close the notch. The room was amazing for the price they gave us! The complimentary breakfast was always up to par! I wish we could've stayed there way longer!

My fiance and I stayed here for 3 nights. This wasn't the best, but wasn't the worst. The staff were friendly, and the location was good. It was close enough to everything without being in the thick of things. It definitely needs to be updated. Pros: -Complimentary breakfast everyday — Awesome hot food. Eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, pancakes, french toast. Also had bagels and cereal, different juices, coffee, tea. Definitely the best hotel breakfast I've had. -Free bike rentals — they weren't top of the line bikes, and there were no helmets, but they will still definitely usable and saved us from having to rent them elsewhere. -Located right at the end/beginning of the bike path. Made it easy to ride the whole thing. Cons: -There were 2 large disgusting stains on the carpet in plain view. -The room had an unpleasant odor, even leaving the windows open didn't help. -Taking a shower was awful. The water would go from hot to freezing to warm to cold to scalding hot. No matter how you adjusted it, the water temperature was sporadic. -The a/c unit was disgusting. The cover fell off when we went to turn it on, and the filter and inside it was absolutely filthy. -The hot tub looked gross, so we didn't even bother using it. I probably wouldn't stay here again, mainly because it felt dirty and out of date. I feel that we probably could have found a nice place to stay around the same price.

The resort is much better then first appears. The pool is very nice, chairs to sit by the gentle river. Nice walking paths close by and a typical BY covered bridge. Very romantic for an evening walk. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. The only two negative are the outside could be spruced up. And the beds in room 23 NEED to be replaced. The springs could be felt.

Lovely spot. Older building but well kept up. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Quiet and good night's sleep. Nice white sheets and bedding. Breakfast is included and there was a variety to choose from. We swam in the clear pool every morning. Great deal for the money. Thank you Innsbruck Inn at Stowe.

We stayed there for our honeymoon. The staff is friendly, courteous, helpful, attentive, and treat you like family. The chef makes an exceptional breakfast. The cleaning ladies are fabulous. The owner goes out of his way to make sure that your stay is everything you wish it to be. We will be going back every year to celebrate our anniversary. WE highly recommend the Inn if you're looking for a relaxing, peaceful, "other world, " feel.

We stayed in the least expensive room, which was on the ground floor facing out. Consider that as you read this. There were things I like and things I didn't, so I'll just list the pros & cons. Pros Location is beautiful Service was very friendly & helpful Free use of their bikes, which we took on Stowe's awesome bike path Nice big complimentary breakfast Complimentary tea & coffee with snacks in the afternoon Cute kitschy ski decor Room was cleaned thoroughly Cons They need to get rid of the stained carpet and old wallpaper, other updates needed as well. Bed was hard and I didn't sleep well. My husband has a large frame & slept fine. Shower temperature would get super hot or super cold unexpectedly.

It was our second time staying at the Innsbruck Inn. We got the economy room this time to save a little money and wish we got a room similar to our first stay. It is too small for our liking. Although usable, a bit more elbow room would have been great. There's no bureau just a desk with a couple small drawers. However, we love the breakfast they offer for free and the hot tubs are great after a long day of motorcycling. We will come back again just to a different room. Great people running the inn.

Although not fancyn accommodations were homey and comfortable. Rooms were spacious. The grounds well kept and beautiful location on creek with mountain views. Breakfast was also included and delicious. Best part… dog friendly! Only an extra 12$ per night for our husky and plenty of walking space. Inn is also along a Stowe walking path. Over all v. Good bargain.

The room was great and the breakfast was made to order and delicious. The best part was the large outside area where our kids could run around. There was a stream on the grounds as well as access to a trail. Very nice stay.

Awesome experience! The room was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the outdoor spa. The staff is exceptionally friendly. When I asked for a breakfast place that served chocolate chip pancakes, they offered to make them for my son! That made our day — Thank you!

The grounds are very pretty and there is a lovely stream and covered bridge at the end of the property. The breakfast is very hearty and delicious. The wait, cook, cleaning and front desk staff were all very friendly and polite. The room was a bit dated and had seen better days but it was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped although only one of the burners worked,. I left an item there. I was very relieved when I called the motel and the item was located promptly. The staff was very willing to ship the item back to me if I covered the shipping costs. I gladly agreed and provided my credit card information. That was several months, several phone calls and a long email ago. I'm not sure what happened to the item but the management has completely refused to respond my many inquiries. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend a motel that knowingly keeps the possessions of others.

Manager so lovely and took time out to chat to us and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was also yummy and nice to be able to order food whilst still having options of bagels etc. The option to use the pool was nice, although disappointed that the hot-tub was out of order. Afternoon-tea was slightly disappointing but we came out of ski — season so I feel that this was due to the small number of guests. The room was big and spacious although it was slightly tired and my bed sheet had a stain on it.

HUGE grounds to let your kids to run and have fun! Big Playground, Tennis court, basketball, tetherball, pool, horse shoe pit, ping pong table, hot tub, a covered bridge and brook at the back with views to the mountains and a great breakfast in the morning. Staff is very pleasant. Priced right.

My husband and I try to stay every year for about a week. It's so cosy. Great breakfast, swimming pool, out side and inside Jacuzzi, biking and walking trails to town, covered bridge with rushing creek. It's like living in a fantasy for a week. We are looking forward to being there in July.

Breakfast superbe. Room big. Pool olympic. Etc! best deal for your $ 10 times there and more than satisfied.

They allow pets and have an indoor and outdoor hot tub. Close to mountain as well.
