Staff were awesome. We had a king with sofa bed and they traded it with a 2 queen and 2 sofa bed room, for free! Come often!

Loved the fireplace in our room! Which is set up for you each day, with one match lighting! Great views, free in room K-Cup coffee maker, Deck and clean rooms… Will come back.

The room was spacious and very clean with a fantastic view of the mountains.

Stayed in the Rudyard Kipling room, very clean room seemed to have been just redone or new. Spacious is the word to describe it, shared balcony with mountains all around.

Really comfortable room with everything we needed. Even with rain tipping down we could appreciate the balcony outside our patio doors. Room was spotless clean and it was easy to park right outside the door. Lovely quiet situation with super view.

It was a nice hotel. The staff was really friendly. There was a fire alarm that went off in the room next door in the middle of the night that went off for a couple hours. The staff handled it well, but just changing batteries on a regular basis would fix that situation since there isn't a staff member past 9 pm located at the hotel. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. The hotel is nestled at the base of the Green Mountains, so there are mountain views from every room. Upon entering the room, we were a little disappointed. While the room was clean, it was very small. My husband and I were staying for 5 days, and were not expecting to stay in such a small room. We did speak with the front service desk about upgrading, but unfortunately there were no larger rooms available until 3 days into our stay. They informed us that our room was the "starter" room, and that they had many other rooms we could have booked originally. Unfortunately, we did not realize this while booking through a travel website. It only gave the option for one room. Rather than swap rooms on the latter end of our stay and pay more than double for 2 nights stay, we stuck it out and stayed in our original room. I will say the staff is excellent; very friendly and polite and did try to accommodate us. The room we stayed in was in dire need of upgrading. Tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked, and the grout in the shower needed filing. The shower head had little pressure, and would not stay in one position. It kept falling down. The bathroom was a little awkward, as they had the mini fridge placed under the counter in the bathroom. Personally, I prefer not to store food where others bathe and use the restroom. Additionally, because the mini fridge was located here, the counter in the bathroom was a little too high.

My husband took me to Vermont to ski for my bday. The room was very nice cozy everything was clean and updated. We also got a room with a fireplace which was very relaxing. Excellent customer service. We will be back for sure :)

Nice, family run motel style inn. We had one of the themed rooms so enjoyed a very spacious room. The front desk was extremely helpful in locating a restaurant for us on a very busy Columbus Day weekend.

Absolutely Lovely Hotel. I had a room with a fire place and a fantastic view. They refill your firewood every morning. Which is a nice perk. Fortunately for me, it had just snowed and was still snowing when I arrived. Couldn't ask for a better arrival. I got a room and ski lift ticket deal from them. When I arrived at Mt Bromley, the tickets were there and ready to go.

My lady friends and myself came to Manchester Center shopping for a couple of days while our husbands went golfing on the cape. We found the people at the front desk very helpful in every way. Jason, was especially great as we all had separate rooms and wanted to play some cards in the evening. He arranged for us to have access to a suite that was not being used so we could enjoy ourselves and play. At no charge. Our rooms were clean and the views were breathtaking. I would definitely reccommend this place.
