Enjoyed this B&B. The breakfast was Continental with very good fresh fruit, homemade mini pastries good juice, and cereal. In the heart of Newport, lovely town waterfront town. Highly recommend! only downside, room is small.

My favorite place to stay in Newport! Quaint and comfy, it's location is perfect for walking down to the warf area or even up to the tennis area. Brian the owner is wonderful and always bends over backwards to make our stay pleasant… will continue going here for years, it's a tradition!

Wonderful B&B in the heart of Newport! Didn't need to use the car for the 3 days we were there, convenient to everything. Amazing home made pastrues, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice & coffe, tea put out for breakfast. Friendly staff, shares the best local spots. Will be back :)

The staff were wonderfully welcoming. Brian, the manager, had a handy list of all the recommended restaurants to visit. He seemed very knowledgeable about the area, and personally knew quite a few of the local restaurant owners and interesting bartenders. The BR was next door to the sea, shops, and landmarks, making travel by foot unbelievably convenient. My girlfriend and I agreed that we would definitely stay here again upon our return to Newport.

Six of us stayed for two nights in two rooms this summer. It was perfect. Roomy, comfortable, welcoming and VERY convenient to everything. Our host was attentive and the breakfast and the breakfast room was delightful.

I was looking for Family Guest House for me and my family for the weekend and found Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast. The breakfast was excellent, multiple kinds of cereal, fruits and fresh bread and our stay was very enjoyable. We really recommended Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast for everyone who have need of nice place for Bed And Breakfast!

A nice stay at a great value. Sheets are very soft. Room is simple but comfortable, a casual cottage type seaside oasis. Protocol for check in and check out were very convenient. Laid back atmosphere, yet well run. Scones and fruit in the morning.

This B&B was a fantastic location. The room we stayed in was a little run down, the overall quality of the location, and onside courtyard, added enough charm to make up for it. You really can`t enjoy Newport`s rich history by staying in a modern hotel, so I`d suggest giving Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast a run.

We had a most memorable time in the Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast, we just can`t say enough good about the accommodations and amenities; the beautiful mansion and perfectly appointed touches, exceptional staff, luxurious treatments from the best soap I`ve ever used to perfect linens to the most delicious personally served breakfast in bed… Sweet memory for a lifetime.
