ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I have been charged an extra fee for “extensive cleaning” due to smoking, after review it seems they do this too often! There was absolutely no smoking in the hotel but because a person may smell like smoke they will charge you!
I have stayed in countless hotels, hotels that are much nicer and cleaner and never have had a problem like this.
It makes no sense that there was “extensive” cleaning if there was no smoking done in the room. A customer should not be charged just because a person may have an odor attached to them. As stated on the phone, if I smelled like a dirty pet would I be charged for extra cleaning even though there was no pet in the room? Should I be charged if I have horrible body odor and sweat profusely? Should I be charged if I have smelly feet and left my shoes in the hotel room? There was no damage done to the room or even should have even left an odor.
This hotel fills their pockets based on assumptions of someones habbits. So if you are a smoker or have been around a smoker or an odor BEWARE do NOT stay here.
I will never stay at any hilton facility ever again and will suggest to anyone else to never deal with hilton again!

Clean room, linens where awesome. Shower temperature and water pressure was outstanding. The warm Continental breakfast was top notch. The staff was awesome.

Worst place I ever stayed at. Falsely accusing and charging my account 250$ charge when not one person smoked in there crappy hotel room with their freezing cold pool. Never again! go to Summit Resort just 20 minutes away, they are amazing and we can't wait to go back!

Super clean, sanitation and disinfectant process for COVID are so great. Affordable price, big room and yummy breakfast!

A fairly standard hotel for the brand, with the expected services. Hotel staff was friendly and everything clean. There was a decent sized parking lot, so I was able to consistantly park near my room. The location is just off of a main street, so services like gas and food were readily available. No complaints, and I would stay there again.

Clean rooms and excellent service. We were always greeted with friendly people from the hotel, and the rooms were well maintained and modern amenities. Hotel location is ideal, with shopping close by, as well as the lakes.

Haven't had a bad Hampton yet. This one is nice as well. Everything was clean and the breakfast was well stocked and maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. Great place to stay.

The check in prices was very smooth. It was move to be welcomed with snickerdoodle cookies and coffee. The breakfast there is okay but the real treat is the room. The bed was very comfortable. High score for being much better than I was expecting.

I stopped to plug my EV in one of their chargers. They have L2 charging for $8. The staff was very pleasant. The entrance was very clean and neat. The charging stations were very well positioned, near the entrance.

Another lovely Hampton Inn stay. The staff is so helpful and friendly and the room is fantastic. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Tilton. Our room was beautiful and very clean and we definitely will stay there again. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing. These people have gone above and beyond my expectations. Never bothered me the entire week was here, courteous, polite. The last day, check out was noon and my husband and I were here for a business trip so he wouldn't be able to pick me up until 5. They not only let me stay in my room until he could pick me up but they also supplied me with snacks and drinks to keep me comfortable. I'm actually struck speechless with their awesome hospitality!

Was visiting a friend that was up visiting, they had a beautiful room. The shopping in that area is the best, good experience over all…

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and the free breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the walls in this place are paper thin. I've been in hundreds of hotels and I've never been able to hear the people in the next room so clearly. I actually could hear the guy shaving. It may have just been that particular room, which was an adjoining room.

I loved our stay at the Tilton N. H Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton! Very very clean and fresh, breakfast was amazing bacon, cheese inlets, fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, tortillas, fried potatoes. The housekeeping staff was all so friendly I will be staying there again!

I went here for my best friend's birthday weekend and it was amazing the room was big enough for 4 teenage girls to sleep good and comfortably but the chlorine in the heated pool was a little irritating to the skin.

Decent enough hotel but the HVAC unit randomly cycles on high speed every 10 minutes. Impossible to sleep! 3 separate rooms and we all had this problem.

Was there with a wedding party and staff and facilities were great. Full breakfast in the morning. Suites are specious.

Rooms are clean, price is good, and breakfast is good. There are sufficient outlets by the bed for multiple phones. Electric chargers in the parking lot are a nice addition. Only complaint: the complentary cookies at the desk aren't soft enough. Find a softer cookie!

Very nice and clean. Modern rooms and amenities. Great gym and pool area. This location is in just the right place, just far enough from 4 lanes of traffic (200 yards) but right next to everything you could need. I'll be back here on my next trip into town.

Clean, comfy, and cozy. Very accommodating and the front desk was able to assist with some tools for a motorcycle issue.

I only visited for a professional business meeting. The room was nice and clean and set up and ready to go when I arrived.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Free breakfast. Indoor pool is a bit loud when there are more than a few people in there. Fitness room leaves much to be desired. A few cardio machines, one bench and some dumbbells.

We loved the Hotel. The room was perfect, the breakfast was great and we enjoy going to the pool and the hot tub!

It did what it was supposed to do. It provided a no frills place to sleep at an outrageous price. Bed was bouncy as we're pillows. Breakfast was included very plain. Nothing really outstanding.

A very nice facility. Brand new, beautiful inside. Hot coffee and breakfast 6-10am. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Front rooms face road, rear rooms a railroad track and woods. No real views to speak of from any rooms. A couple blocks in off Route 93, not visible from that highway. A Tanger Outlet mall just up the street one block. No complaints other than a tour bus idling in the back at 6:30 am for a half hour.

It was exactly what I expected. A great shower in the bathroom, nice and spacious and up to date. A clean room with a comfortable bed and pillows. And FREE breakfast in the morning, that always gets me. I also like that they have complimentary coffee all day. Just another perk, it's right down the street from just about everything. Mall, food, bars highways…

Very friendly staff, had a room with king bed, sleeper sofa, 32 inch tv, really good size room, very clean, beautiful bathroom with stone tile flooring and stone counter, nice size refrigerator with microwave, complimentary coffee and hot chocolate, coffee was very good, would absolutely come back and stay here again highly recommend.

Comparable to other hampton inns I have stayed at. One of the front desk staff was not very friendly. Housekeeping and the cooks were very nice and accommodating. Pool and hot tub were nice. Clean room. 4 stars.

The girl at the front desk is extremely rude, and messed up our reservations, then never apologized for asking us to leave our room. She had a superiority complex and a sour personality. I would NEVER recommend this place as the people have zero P. R> skills. So hey monosyllabic name of girl at front desk, go suck on a rotten egg to keep up your horrendous rapport with guests, and I've already contacted BBB.

Amazing 1 week stay at this hotel, great food, facilities, rooms, bathrooms, and service. Even their complimentary Wi-Fi was sufficient enough to use youtube and surf the web.

Convenient location, clean and well kept grounds, nice fitness center, clean and useful guest laundry, nice Hampton quality guest room, warm welcome and accommodating staff in every way. Kristen was particularly helpful in meeting our needs. Would certainly stay again.

To Management, I just wanted to let you know how professional and accommodating your management staff was in your Tilton location friday night 03/28/14. My 12 year old son and I broke down on 93 just south of your exit and after a few hours of AAA trying to get us on the road we needed to be towed. I looked on line on my phone and saw your hotel was right off the highway, I called to see if there were rooms available and explained my situation and didn't know what time a tow truck would be able to pick us up. At that time it was 9:00pm. Not only did she give me a good rate they offered to come pick me up on the side of the highway. Upon arrival which was after 10:00 they called a local restaurant to make sure they were still serving dinner knowing we hadn't eaten yet and offered my son a pair of clean shorts that they had if he wanted to use the pool. I have to say that your staff that night made an unpleasant night turn pleasant! Respectfully Tom Taylor.

Wanted to check out a day early and they told me sure, but no refund for the unused night. Read the fine print. Before they do the "Hotel California" to you. Clean and neat — short on yogurts in the AM.

Unsererm New England trip was this an ideal stopover. In the town itself, nothing happened except on the great race weekend (IndyCar). The hotel however is located in super, especially for an extensive shopping trip in the outlet Center located right next door! The hotel itself is Hampton Inn usual very clean, very comfortable and very quiet. The staff is also very nice and that they can out Act a savings rate even if the hotel is not full. 5 star.
