We stayed during our vacation a couple of years ago. It was during Columbus Day weekend and the rate for the room was over 300.00, which is way more than the normal charge for a room. The room was not great, and definitely not worth what they were charging. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT! DO NOT STAY HERE! GROSS! I give it a rank of negative 100! We were supposed to have a smile free room. It smelled of smoke, the curtain was grossly stained, the lamp was there, but not plugged in and no outlet nearby, the bathroom door did not lock! And more! They did switch us to another room, but not much better. No smoke, curtain not as bad, but room not good. Found a dead COCKROACH, which was identified by an insect identifier app as a German cockroach, told the front desk, said they would come look but didn’t! We’re in Plymouth for a lacrosse tournament. Another player and his family were in the same hotel and left due to BEDBUGS! I checked at the front desk and was told they could 100% guarantee there were no bedbugs and offered to “show me. ” Bedbugs hide, showing me proves nothing! I was told I COULD check out, but I’d still be charged fir the night, because “it was past checkout time! ” Gee, thanks for allowing me to leave if I want! For $248 a night, I expected far better. Most I’ve ever paid, worst I ever stayed at. They just denied everything, even with the pictures I showed them. Didn’t want to look!
