Glynn House Inn is an unique treat! The hosts are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, and are a delight to engage in conversation with. Both the grounds and the inn's interior are beautiful and inviting. My husband and I could not recommend this charming inn enough!

Highly recommend. Lovely atmosphere in a historical house. Tastefully decorated. Very clean. Host is very friendly and approachable. Will keep this in mind for future traveling.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in the Adam’s Deluxe Suite at the Glynn House Inn. Truly one of the best bed and breakfasts we have ever stayed. From the moment you check in Glynn makes you feel at home. Glynn is extremely friendly and we enjoyed our conversation with him during our visit. My hubby and I decided last minute that we wanted to spend a night in NH with our 1.5 year old daughter.
We contacted the Glynn house and spoke to Glenn who was the SWEETEST; from the first moment I spoke with him, I knew that we wanted to stay there. They were beyond accommodating and it was SO peaceful to stay there.
The breakfast was out of this world and the location was stunning. We will be returning again and again and again!

We decided to take a much needed getaway up north and found this pretty Victorian bed and breakfast. The Inn was very relaxing each room was different from the next the wrap around porches were nice, relaxing and inviting. Glen and staff was just so helpful and a great host. We cant wait to go back they make you feel like family.

I stayed here for one night awhile back and had such a magical time in the Spring. I'm so looking forward to coming back!

My wife and I brought our dog and stayed in the carriage house two nights. The Eisenhower suite was very comfortable and the perfect size for our us and our German Shepherd. The innkeepers are very friendly, knowledgeable and they serve a great breakfast. The quiet location is perfect for relaxing and is an easy walk to the local shops. Will definitely plan on staying here again!

Super Nice! We had an opportunity to stay at the In this past weekend and we enjoyed every bit of it. Our room was comfortable and cool on a hot day. We enjoyed our complimentary glass of wine on the porch. We had great conversation with Glenn. We headed to dinner at The Italian Farmhouse. Great food/ atmosphere! The breakfast at the Inn was fantastic! Poached eggs with pesto with Italian bread. Yum! Wi-Fi was good, regretting not eating a brownie under the glass. We wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely go back. We had the Coolidge Room. Oh, we had a great morning walk. On our way onto our other NH destination we stopped by a covered Bridge recommended by Glenn. Wonderful! We'd love to stay when we can use the fireplace!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Glynn House Inn. We received a warm welcome from the owner, Glenn who provided us with a wealth of information about swimming options, restaurants and other towns worth visiting in the region. He gave us beach towels and we had a nice swim at a nearby lake/beach. After we returned we had a complimentary glass of wine in the parlor as we played Chinese Checkers-very relaxing. Our room was very comfortable (we were given an upgrade), and the breakfast the next day was delicious. Glenn mapped out possible routes on a map for our upcoming day. Would definitely recommend.

The accommodations were impeccable — the details in the furniture, draperies and decor were tastefully appropriate for the room we selected. The bed was extremely comfortable. Our host was attentive and engaging. We enjoyed the afternoon cookies and nuts as well as the wine and sherry. There are quite a few restaurants within driving and walking distance. Our host was thoughtful about planning visits to restaurants re: reservations or a good time to walk in. The inn was clean, appropriately air conditioned given the humidity outside. It was a short drive to our morning Camp pick up to see our daughter. The breakfasts offered variety and high quality presentations, freshly baked muffins in addition to choices of juice, and lovely plated entrees. The poached eggs with pesto and the croissant breakfast sandwich were some of our favorites. We will definitely return and may consider a winter get away to x-country ski or snowshoe. Book directly for better prices.

This place is amazing. The location is perfect, with easy access to the mountains or lakes and short walk to great dinner spots (The Common Man is a must-try). The house itself is gorgeous and room was very charming but also had the modern amenities. Delicious breakfast in a gorgeous room with a variety of options, complimentary wine in evenings, fresh baked cookies, etc. But what stands out even more is the service. Glenn was truly an incredible host, and he goes far above and beyond to make sure guests know just where to go and what to see, based on their interests for that day. You will love this place, as did we.

When we arrived we found out we were a day early. I had inadvertently scheduled our stay for the next night. Glynn was extremely helpful in showing Mike and I available rooms to accommodate our early arrival. He was knowledgeable about the area, offered insight as to some great local eateries. The breakfast offered in the A. M. Lived up to expectations. A definite must stay. We will be back.

We stayed here for my fiance's niece's graduation. It was beautiful! The owner is fantastic. Also, it was close to my birthday so they surprised us with an upgraded room, balloons, a cake and a bottle of champagne. Just amazing. We will definitely be back!

First time we ever stayed at a bed and breakfast. This was a great experience and highly recommend to all. The home is beautiful — lots of character, the staff so welcoming and accommodating! We will be back. The Feeley's.

Very quaint B&B. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was that the bed was a little too hard for my liking.

My husband and I stayed the night here for our one year anniversary and were so pleased. Glenn was incredibly welcoming, hospitable and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the room was above and beyond with a Jacuzzi, fireplace, TV, and bathrobes. We also enjoyed the games available along with the beauty of the home. Thank you for making our one year anniversary one to remember!

The rooms are spacious and clean; food and atmosphere were excellent; and, Glen was an exceptional host. :-)

Lovely, manager well informed about the area. Good breakfast. Manager offered us everything one could imagine.

This was a well planned stay my girlfriend loved it! Flowers, birthday cake, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. Our fire place and jet tub right in the bedroom. Vast dvd collection that gives netflix competition. The six burner bistro was amazing. Breakfast started out with fresh fruit and a muffin before your order. Glenn was very accommodating and had a ton of knowledge of the area. He was a pleasure to talk with and we will be back some day. Thank you Glenn for a wonderful stay!

Stayed at the Glynn House Inn for a weekend getaway to do a hike in the White Mountains area. Very friendly and informative innkeepers who make sure you have everything you need for a delightful stay. All of the equipment (whirlpool bath, TV, fireplace, fan, etc) worked well. Nothing like a hot soak after a 10mi hike!

Very nice B&B, with very welcoming hosts. Located on a quiet street away from traffic noise.

Delightful Inn in a quiet, out-of-the way town. We were in the area for a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion and the travel time to/from that venue was easily doable both before and after the concert. The Innkeepers were very helpful and knew a lot about NH and the area. Breakfast was great! We loved the architecture of the home and felt comfortable there and would stay again. My husband and I decided to stay at The Glynn House Inn recently and I must say, we were not disappointed. We stayed in the Adams Suite, which is very spacious and makes you feel like you're right at home. Glenn, the inn keeper, is an amazing person and host! He gave us a ton of recommendations and even helped with directions (with the option to take the scenic route or not). The location of the inn is great — its close to the highway, but also has quite a few restaurants nearby. We had a great stay and can't wait to go back! FYI — definitely take advantage of the breakfast in the morning. EVERYTHING is delicious!

This was my third year staying at the Glynn House with my wife for a summer retreat. I always feel so welcomed and the service is exceptional. It's a fun enjoyable place with friendly people!

We stayed in the Harrison sweet, and it was very comfortable. Bed comfortable. Furnishings were elegant, clean, well cared for. The Inn keeper was extremely friendly and took great care of us. Location was excellent, with restaurants nearby and easy access to highways about a mile away.

My husband and I spent the weekend at the Glynn House while visiting the area to see a concert at the Bank of NH Pavilion. As we entered the Inn, it was love at first sight, as we were warmly welcomed by the owners and by the smell of chocolate chip cookies baking in the kitchen. The Inn is beautifully appointed, the rooms are meticulously kept and comfortable, and the food is top notch. You won't be disappointed.

We were in some much needed rest I decided on New Hampshire so we wouldn't be to far away from home.
I did some research on places and came across The Glynn House. I went on there full website and decided this is it we booked three nights. Once we approached the Inn Glen was outside busy picking up leaves. Greeted us with that sweet smile. Show us to our room and said we decided to upgrade you to the larger suites The Monroe suite, beautiful, spacious, fireplace and Jacuzzi.
Bed very comfortable, very clean.
Breakfast was simply delicious I felt like I was royalty. Glen and Pam were just unbelievable taking care of our needs.
I could go on and on.
I would definitely recommend The Glynn House to all.
For one that wants to relax and enjoy all the star treatment this is the place I will definitely be going in the near future.

This B&B was great, highly recommended if you are going to be in the area for leaf peeping. Centrally located from all the attractions, excellent breakfast choices, and amazing staff that will do anything and everything to accommodate you during your stay.

My boyfriend surprised me with a night at the Glynn House Inn this past weekend, and it was lovely! The innkeeper, Glenn, opened the door to get us upon arrival with a warm handshake. He gave us a comprehensive tour and the history of this beautiful inn. We had complimentary wine, cheese and crackers with the other guests in the sitting room, which was a nice experience. Glenn even made dinner reservations for us at an amazing place in Plymouth, the Six Burner Bistro — I can't say enough good things about our dinner there! The schnitzel was out of this world. Our room, the Harding Suite, was in the carriage house next to the inn and was clean and comfortable. The fireplace was an excellent touch! The bed was super comfortable and I slept so well in the warm quiet space. Glenn also kindly pointed out ideas for our desire to explore the natural beauty of the area. In the morning, the breakfast was delicious! Thank you for such a memorable, romantic stay!

The rooms are very welcoming, quiet and peaceful. The staff is the extremely polite and helpful. The location is great as it is near plenty of shops and places to eat.

September marked our 4th visit to The Glynn House Inn. My wife and I have been "Inn People" for decades and have a handful of Inns that we frequent. Without a doubt, The Glynn House is our favorite. Glenn, Pam and Ingrid, the Innkeepers, go out of their way to make each visitor's stay a delight. They are attentive to every detail and insure a wonderful Bed & Breakfast experience. (I go on a diet after visiting The Glynn House as Pam does an outstanding job of making breakfasts that are to die for — — have you tried her home-baked muffins? ). There is a great selection of rooms and suites and the Guest House is Pet Friendly, a must for us! We fancy the Apartment (Lincoln Suite) for extended stays as it has a kitchen that is fully equipped and a gas grill on the terrace for summertime cookouts. There are a selection of outstanding restaurants within an easy drive in Meredith and Plymouth. So don't just sit there! Pick up the phone. Call Glenn. Book a room!

My wife and I had a perfect honeymoon and the Glynn House was the hub of it all, with great conversation, breakfast, and local recommendations. Just a little advice: don't arrive early, and do have a modicum of manners so you can realize the staff's efficient and often humorous interactions are all meant to accommodate. This inn is not a dumping ground for arrogant tourism, so if you enjoy treating innkeepers like undocumented help, do be ready to find yourself on the receiving end of a well deserved verbal Vulcan nerve pinch.

My wife and I visited our Grandson and attended a Mother's Day brunch; so, we booked a room for 2 nights and planned a relaxed weekend in the area. The first night we had some difficulties with the air conditioning since it wasn't on and the circulating ceiling fan did not work; but, once I figured out how to climb up and turn on the AC it was okay, so we did not get upset or complain. The breakfast was very good. We also had a very nice Mother's Day brunch at the Common Man in Plymouth; and then returned to our rooms to spend a little time with our senior-citizen dog before continuing our plans to go into Laconia and shop for awhile and then go to dinner. HOWEVER, that's when things changed for the worse, and only got much worse. The air conditioning was off and the circuit breaker was obviously pulled so that it could not be turned on. It was 84 degrees then and heating up to about 90 degrees that day. I spoke with Pamela to make sure she knew that we needed the AC and the air circulation because of the heat and paint fumes. She agreed and said the electrician would be back there to fix this in a half hour. Forty five minutes later there still was no AC or electrician and Pamela said it would be 15 minutes. I told her that we decided to check out and go home. She immediately said that they would charge for the lost day we had reserved.

My wife and I had the opportunity to spend our 5 year wedding anniversary at the Glynn House Inn. We were greeted promptly and taken to the Adams Suite which already had wonderful accommodations for our elderly dog: a bed, water bowl, and food bowl with treats. This meant a lot to us since she is like our child. We were shown how to use the fireplace and tub, and told about the binder of information which did become useful during our stay. There are not enough nice things to say about the owners as they are VERY knowledgeable of the area and sites to see with great recommendations. Our biggest issues especially due to the cost of stay are: 1. VERY uncomfortable bed. Not the size, just very uncomfortable. 2. Drainage issue with toilet the first night, and had to wait until after 7 am for a plunger! 3. In the binder of useful information, there is a statement about leaving gratuity for the housekeeping staff claiming they are in high school, paying for college or single mothers… which basically a previous review summed it up well… you pay enough to stay there, and what does it matter what type of person the housekeeping people are? Besides we had a dog, and they were told not to come into the room…. So we asked to leave clean towels outside our room, the first time was fine, the next day we asked the same thing and they actually went IN the room to leave towels. Luckily we took the dog for a walk at that time. 4.

My husband and I recently visited NH and stayed one night at the Glynn House Inn. The accommodations were perfect and the owners very friendly and accommodating. We unfortunately had to depart the next morning earlier than the scheduled breakfast. Although we were missing the breakfast, the owner made sure we were well fed before we set out on our way. The Inn is nicely situated, well appointed, and clean (one of my must haves).

I reserved a room less than 2 weeks before we were to stay there. The next day, I received a large medical bill and immediately cancelled the reservation. The following day, my debit card was billed $290 for the room which the manager reported wasn't refundable because my cancellation still fell under the 22 day rule. What kind of place treats it's paying customers this way? I donated a large sum of money involuntarily. Take your business elsewhere.
