Very nice, highly recommended.

The Residence Inn is located next to Cisco Brewery. It was nice to have a hotel within walking distance of the brewery after a wedding we attended. The hotel is very nice. The workers were very friendly.

The continental breakfast was good, more variety than I am used to. I was also upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which was very spacious. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

We had a few minor issues regarding our room but the main thing that has pissed us off is that I accidentally left my debit card in a jacket of mine in the hotel. The staff had my fiancé pay for shipping and sent it to the wrong address. I understand mistakes happen, so I called fedex and they said the hotel would have to call under their account to send someone back out to retrieve my package. After relaying that the manager, Arso Kuridza, he’s stopped responding to my messages. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional and we definitely won’t be returning, not that they care, and I’m certainly spreading the word for no one else to stay there.

Nice updated rooms, very comfortable and great location when visiting the area. Enjoyed our stay, staff was very attentive to our requests.

Room was neat and clean. We were able to have our dog with us. Nice breakfast selections too. Staff was friendly, and loved our dog.

Breakfast is always hot and fresh We stayed at a Residence Inn in 2016 for several months while our new house was being built. It was nice but not like this one. If we stayed in this one we would have told our realtor to forget about the new house — we are going to live here!

I babysat for a family staying at the Residence Inn and the room was absolutely lovely! It was a suite with 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living space and a full kitchen. I spent 4 hours in the room sitting on the very spacious and comfortable couch utilizing the room's free Wi-Fi. Would definitely recommend this location!

Excellent option for long term stays. Room is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, full size oven and range, half size dishwasher. There is a small dining table and sitting area with a comfortable sectional sofa and large flat screen TV which swivels for viewing from the bedroom area. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Great storage space, a large closet, sleek bathroom and spacious stand-up shower. The complimentary hot breakfast buffet hit the spot in the a. M. Definitely will book with this Marriott brand again!

This is a nice place, and has all of the amenities that you would need for a short stay. Although the suite has a kitchen, I only needed the sleep/bath features. The hotel is renovating older rooms, but one would hardly notice (in other words, the hall ways aren't filled with garbage and I don't hear any drilling, etc). My room neat, clean and organized. Everything worked, incl toilet, hot water and had plenty of toilettries. The courtesy wake up call worked normally, there's enough parking, has a pool and coffee pantry +small shopping section for snacks/misc items. Breakfast is included, but I skipped it. I would stay again and I would recommend. Price is a bit higher than others, considering the renovation, I would expect a temp savings. But hey, no noise, no issues — I slept well.

As a housekeeper I'm very picky about where my family and I stay. Also because of this I may pay more attention to things then others. Although I have to say I am very VERY pleased with our stay so far. Our room was EMACULATE! Which being a pet friendly hotel isn't always the case. And when I say emaculate I mean it. Both bathrooms we're spotless no mold or mildew in the shower or around the toilet, kitchen was super clean nor did I have to rewash any dishes that we're in the cuboards. Tons of storage space for extended stayers as well as a quiet environment even with the renovations being done. They were EXTREAMLY respectful and started and stopped at an appropriate time. The food was good and actually hot by the time I got down to the lobby, and had plenty for everyone. The staff are super nice and are respectful of their guests, four legged or not. I would most certainly reccomend staying here to anyone and would come here with my family again and again! GOOD JOB RESIDENSE INN! you've impressed someone who works in the industry, and that is not always an easy feat.

We we're touring to see the different rooms available for out wedding block in September. The staff was accommodating, friendly and very helpful.

Excellent people here the front desk is extremely nice very helpful great place to rent a room for a night or week or even month services excellent plus get breakfast a lot of choices every single morning that you're staying here free coffee free breakfast can't beat it.

My family and I had to come here to have an extended stay due to a death in the family. The staff has been more then gracious, friendly and very compassionate. We have truly appreciated everything they have done for our family including our 3 dogs. They go above and beyond to make there guests feel like friends and that this is a home away from home. I would recommend the residence inn too all.

I always try to stay at a residence inn because I know there will be a refrigerator, microwave, utensils, and free hot breakfast. I have to say that this has been my worst experience at a residence inn. The room felt and smelled old. The bed springs poked out of the mattress and I felt like I was in the middle of the conversations going on in the rooms next to and above mine. It would be a good location after a much needed update but right now, you'd be better off staying somewhere else.

My Best friend and I stayed here for our Mom's weekend getaway, LOVED the privacy of having separate bedrooms, it was wonderful, very clean, great to have a full kitchen to use, we Loved it and are planning our next Mom weekend here, Breakfast was GREAT! Absolutely loved It! Only thing that disappointed us was no hot tub like the original amenities listed, and the pool was too cold, we were there in winter, and would have been great to have it MUCH warmer than it was.

Staff was friendly but some staff members couldn't understand anything. Room's weren't fully clean, and had some sort of mold stench, other than that, great facility.

Membership doesnt mean anything. I reserved a room in March for my upcoming stay in June. My stay would be a lengthy one, 126 nights. I figured, since being a residence inn that I wouldn't have any problems. First of all, the place is outdated, beds are not comfortable, I asked for a new one, they did change it out, but it was no better. I just felt with it the best I could. Most places we stay in would accommodate us with breakfast times, since we leave early, their breakfast started at 0630, we usually left around 6, but they were unwilling to start breakfast any sooner, They said " employees dont show up until 6 " so I can't comment on their breakfast. As for the billing, when ever I check into a hotel for a lengthy time, 30 or nights, I make arrangements for the bill, weekly settlements, this time was no different. I asked the person checking me in if I could pay my bill every Friday morning, she said not a problem and will note it in the room log. The first bill wasnt a problem, since I checked in on a Sun and I paid on Friday. The following week, I go pay my bill, and the night attendant said they ran my card Wed when it reached $1000, I told her that wasnt the arrangement I made when I checked in. She told me I needed to speak to the manager. I called the manager, could not reach him, when I got back to hotel after work, he was there, and questioned him about the $1000, he said it was corporate policy to charge the card after $1000. He was very rude and unforgiving.

Very nice nice rooms here and perfect for the business traveler. Rooms are set up with a kitchen with full size fridge with ice maker. Living room and bedroom both with television. Beds are pillow toped but firm. Some small bit of touch up painting that needs done as well as some molding that needs replaced as well. Hot and cold breakfast is provided and is good. Staff is friendly and pleasant.

Probably nice but under construction so everything is operating out of hotel rooms (front desk, dinning and excersize/dinning room) update bathrooms are needed.

Included breakfast was the best I've seen at any Mariott. Rooms were adequate, but only had thick firm pillows. Asking at the front desk they said they only have 1 kind of pillow.

Some of the staff are very nice. The rooms are spacious but many inconsistencies with pans lids and sharpness of knives. They don't offer a large gym. The hot tub is not working. The doors to enter often don't act right. The rooms aren't cleaned very well. Leftover garbage from former customers next to bed. Some stoves are international symbols. Too many breakfast staff congregate in the breakfast area talking amongst themselves.

Had a great new years stay here. Were able to check in at 330pm with plenty of time to unwind, relax, and order an early dinner to avoid and rushes. Room was clean and well stocked. Shuttle service in the early evening was quick and hassle free. Breakfast in the morning was good, though they kept running out of eggs since there were so many people there. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

This place is a catch 22. Mary is great. However most of the staff is lazy and not to friendly. I used the app to check in but needed to get my room keys at about 6 pm. There were two ladies in the small office watching movies and eating the food supplied for the mixer. One got up to help but not really. She did not greet me as a rewards guest much less a platinum rewards guest. She also told me nothing about the room or even the room number. She was sobquick with me it made my head spin. Before I even left the counter she was back in her chair eating again.

I tried to call the front desk twice to say I would be a late arrival, the phone rang 20 times, no answer each time. I arrived around 11pm to find the stove and dishwasher needed wiping down, as well as the bathroom mirror had toothpaste spit all over it. The bed pillows were very thick, hard to sleep on, and the bed was not comfortable at all. Not the usual marriott affiliated comfort and standards. Very disappointed!

Im giving one star because I cant give none! Stay Away! Piss poor customer service! Virtually non-existant, they will over charge your card, call you a liar, speak to you terribly, never apologize for THEIR mistake! And demand your bank records after accusing you of not telling the truth! I would never let anyone I know stay at this place! Its a joke! Not to mention it smells like an old nursing home, theres no ice and the walls are PAPER THIN! I heard every word of the conversations going on in the room behind! If you have any issues, the GM will do nothing without an attitude to fix them, his employees dont know what their talking about, and if they give you misinformation, its not his problem apparently! Ive never been treated this way anywhere! No Hotel, no restaurant, no store! I will admit I was angry when I called the THIRD time to get issues resolved, but who wouldnt be, after being given the wrong info and STILL not having the problem fixed! But the way to handle an upset customer is not by coping an attitude and demanding their bank records because you find it "hard to believe"! And I'm sure the owners of this establishment would not be pleased to know this is how their GM handles issues, especially after being told you will never recommend them to anyone and then being told "well thats your prerogative"!

The room and staff are excellent. They provide excellent service! And they have a shuttle to take you anywhere in Portsmouth. Overall, excellent and I highly recommend it.

This is a nice hotel. Nice rooms. But if you get a room with anything broken or just now working, don't hold your breath on it ever getting fixed.

We stayed in 5 in a 2 bedroom suite. Comfortable though not huge (we had to fit a suitcase between the window and the bed). Classic breakfast from Residence Inn: nothing extraordinary but good! Super nice staff! Good value for money.

I've stayed at this Residence Inn many times, for at least four days or more. Rooms are nice, hotel staff is very courteous, and noise level is usually very low. Unfortunately for Marriott, I've also stayed at the Hilton Homewood Suites down the road. If you have the choice, go for the Hilton. The two places are fairly the same — though the Hilton is much newer, and in my opinion, the rooms are much nicer. However, this time around I've made up my mind never to stay here again if I can help it. I can deal with random lights being out (there are over 5 in the room, one being out isn't much). I've stayed at other hotel chains and had such problems as smoke alarms randomly going off in the night, noisy neighbors, questionable linens, TV's that dont work, being checked into already-occuppied rooms, "non-smoking rooms" that I'm guessing are only such as long as I'm staying in them, etc. These things I can deal with. Hot water is something, though, that I kind-of-sort-of look for in a hotel, especially in New Hampshire, especially in any season not ending in "ummer. " I have been without hot water here for two days so far. Yesterday morning I ruled out as a fluke ("Hey, the hot water ran out, oh well. "). Last night I started the water for a shower, and what I thought was steam rolling around the curtain was actually a cold fog (think dry ice). After a short and somewhat rude phone call with the front desk person, I was told it would be on by morning.
