LaQuinta offered me a stay at a discount price, when I originally checked in there was an issue with my card, they had charged me $117 but then said my card was declined. The staff for that night the 25th. Was kind & helped through the situation. Now, I am coming to the end of my stay, I had requested one more night bc my apartment wasn’t completely ready. The “ Manager” Tatiana, was ignorant, rude, treated me with so much disrespect. I’ve never encountered anything like that before. I had stayed their 4 days, no issues, besides a card issue on the HOTELS end the HOTEL. Did not charge me a $250 security deposit. But when Tatiana came in she then charged me $250 + $351. When filling out the paperwork I was confused as to why 1. The “ manager” was being so rude the entire process, when the mistake was on the HOTEL ITSELF. & 2. I went & got another payment arrangement & offered solutions to fix it. When I asked about the paperwork she said “ actually why don’t you get a different hotel” I explained I am homeless bc of a house fire I am staying here until my apartment is ready I have no where to go I am extending my night. She then proceeded to yell at me, degrade me, embarrass me, & tell me I had to leave the hotel within 15 minutes. All of my belongings had to be thrown into trash bags last minute bc I wasn’t expected to be kicked out at the expense of a pissed off “manager”. When I asked to speak to her boss, she said I had to call the front desk.

Only there for one night but nice clean rooms excellent free breakfast nice pool friendly staff lots of items for sale.

Excellent service, everything is clean and you see the employees desinfecting the areas, the room was awesome and clean too. I can stay here again anytime.

Relaxing, quiet, friendly service. Great atmosphere… beds were so comfy. Rooms were very modern, high class. Definitely will be back! and for the price, definatly affordable! just a great pleasure all around.

We stayed at La Quinta, Manchester for 5 days and I can say it was a very nice stay. The whole building was clean and well maintained, staff friendly and helpful. Our room was kept immaculate and the towels were white as snow! They were so soft and fresh. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. I recommend La Quinta Inns.

We checked in late Saturday night. I had booked on booking. Com and the site changed my order on me. They told me I had no choice but to pay for the rooms and then take it up with the booking site.
The first room we entered had a dirty bathroom… talking about floaties in the toilet and it wouldn’t flush. When my sister went to the front desk she was told by the “lovely” lady behind the desk that I requested to keep the 2 rooms but we could move into the other one. Once in the other room it smelled like someone just put out a cigarette in the room.

Incredible experience. Great complimentary breakfast, sweet staff, cozy rooms, clean neat and quiet. Loved it.

A bit dated, but good for the price & no added fee for our dog. Good variety at breakfast & well kept with adequate seating/table space. All staff with whom I had contact were polite & helpful.

I called to reserve an ADA room with two queen beds. In the morning on the day of my arrival I called to confirm that I needed an ADA room with two queen beds and that I would be arriving late. I was assured this would be available, exactly as I reserved it and confirmed it. Then I travelled for 10 hours across the country with my 83 year old mother and upon my arrival was told that no such thing was available. So I'm sleeping on a couch because this hotel does not know how to get things right.

It is a nice property and staff was nice. Te property has been renovated as it is a former Holiday Inn. Being a former Holiday Inn and Clarion they have an outdoor pool in Summer. I think if they open up the former Holiday Inn Restaurant (Vacant as of a few years ago) as a Bar and grill open in evenings they would do well especially in inclement weather. People would eat there rather then venture out.

Nice clean rooms. Great friendly service. Waffles in the morning. Couldn't ask for more! Real close to everything downtown. Stay here when in Manchester, NH!

Room was great besides all the spider webs and the fact that I took about 20 minutes relocating 5 spiders out of the room. I wasn't expecting much out of the breakfast being served but was very surprised with the selection offered. Area was just off the highway which was convenient for where I was coming from.

All in all a good stay. Room was clean and everything seemed to be as expected. Would stay again for a night.

This is our second time staying in the hotel. Staff is awesome. Grounds are clean inside and out. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. We will be back here in July! Recommend it to anyone.

Decent breakfast (typical selection of toast, bagles, waffles, juice and coffee, even offered udi's gluten free muffins) with a few hot options. Does not offer shampoo or conditioner though, wish I would have known to bring some!

For that location and price, the hotel really should be better kept. Everything is old and worn out. The refrigerator made excessive noise, the air circulation didn’t work, there was very low water pressure unless you want to scald yourself, there was a sticky spot on the floor, the furniture was busted and the bedding was not breathable. I hardly slept at all. I will never stay at any La Quinta Inn again.

Went to the Falls Center for an info session and really liked the facility. It was clean and professional and well decorated. I would definitely go back and I would happily host a private event here if I ever needed. I don't know what their prices are but it's a nice space. I recommend checking it out.

Frequent guest of this property. Always clean and room is ready when we arrive at any time. Take care of special requests with pleasure. Free breakfast is constantly restocked. Highly recommend if you are traveling to Manchester.

Hotel is updated and clean, staff is kind, outgoing and provide excellent service and they out do themselves when it comes to breakfast. Lots of choices, hot or cold, fruit or yogurt, you name it they got it. To be honest it shocked me at first. The hotel seems to have a past from a previous Hotel that occupied the building and it sometimes is apparent. But honestly, I won’t let a bad rep that was passed down effect whether I stay or not… yet unfortunately I think sometimes people do. It’s worth a try!

After a 12 day stay & OVER $1500 spent on our stay, 3 front desk staff members were knowledgeable with their job, friendly & courteous, & customer service oriented with our stay at this hotel their priority, while a few others were not bad but certainly not exceptional or customer oriented. One employee in particular, unfortunately, was offensively impolite, horrid customer service skills, immensely rude. She seemed to be trained well enough in her job but treated my husband & I as she could care less about us as customers entirely. Unfortunately, that one ill-mannered employee who we had to deal with a quite a few occasions completely ruined our business with this company.

I've stayed at La Quinta Manchester on several occasions, many times arriving late in the evening. The front desk staff, Steve, Matt and Seth always go above and beyond, making sure check-in goes smoothly and client needs are met. They even call up to the room to make sure everything is in order. Recently, my family arrived after midnight on Christmas Eve. I was promptly met by Seth at the secured front door, whisked in out of the snow and was presented with keys to the room which had already been prepared before our arrival. Seth made sure we grabbed our check-in snack and had everything we needed to get some sleep before traveling again on Christmas morning. The room, which has always been the case in Manchester, was spotless, well-stocked and warm. In the morning, I called down and the front desk staff placed our room on late check-out due to the late arrival and weather event. The hot and cold breakfast buffet offers a little bit of everything and the dining room is always staffed and stocked throughout breakfast hours. Unfortunately, at the exact moment of check-out as we were wheeling the cart to the room door, a housekeeping supervisor was banging on the door to the room and told me that it was time for me to go. It was extremely unprofessional. I explained that we were on late check-out. She was rude, anyways. I absolutely recommend the Manchester La Quinta for business, recreational and family travel.

Clean, comfortable beds, dog friendly, noon checkout and has a small clean gym, what more could you ask for? I stay at a lot of La Quinta's because I travel with my dogs, there are a few that stand above the rest and this is one of them. We booked it last minute as we were driving and it turned out be great. Conveniently located close to downtown and right off the highway.

We always stay at this hotel when we are in the area. We have friends here and we drive a truck so we are able to come up for five times a year. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. The rooms are very nice and have everything you need. Ileana helped check us in this time and she was very pleasant and smiled easily which makes a difference if it’s genuine. Definitely recommend staying here.

My first stay at a La Quinta. Check in was fast and professional. Hotel had quick acces off the highway and was priced right! Room was clean and had a plenty of space. I only had a DIY waffle in the am but breakfast area was neat and organized. Would highly recommend.

I sought refuge at this location at 2 in the morning, after an awful stay/early check out at the Salem, NH location (overwhelming smoke and marijuana stench, among other things, at that location). I am checking out tomorrow, but so far the cleanliness of the room and property have won me over. This property appears to have been renovated as the interiors have more modern furnishing/decor. My 3 cats and I are staying on the first floor, which I was informed is reserved for guests traveling with pets. Usually I've found first floor rooms to be a bit noisy, but I have not experienced that here. Additionally, the front desk staff are polite and accommodating. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling with pets.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are clean! Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was hot (eggs,  sausage, french toast, hash browns) and free. Enough parking space for guests. Easily noticible from main road.

Pretty standard for a hotel. The rooms were nicer than average, though there seemed to be somewhat of a seasonal insect issue. The continental breakfast had decent options and the staff interactions were pleasant.

We had a very nice, spacious king room with a good-size bathroom. We only stayed one night but it was a very comfortable stay. The front desk was very helpful in directing us to restaurants to eat at downtown.

Stayed at the La Quinta Inn in Manchester, NH. It was a pleasant experience. The staff was nice and helpful. I took the kids to the pool and it was clean and fun. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

Very pleasant modern longstay business hotel rooms are comfortable and well appointed staff where friendly and helpful. The pool is nice but is located outside with view from the street and half the hotel. My only complaint was that the reception put a hold for the full stay on my debit card rather than the card on file for the stay it was fixed quickly but I think the receptionist should have asked at check in.

The rooms were pretty nice. This La Quinta seemed more recently renovated than the one I stayed in at Burlington, VT. The overall look of the room was more modern and the bathroom was bigger and had nicer quality finishes. There was a temperature controlled thermostat. The shower water did not get hot enough though, and the hallway smelled a bit like smoke. I'd probably rate this more like a 3.5 or 3.75, but since that wasn't an option I went with a 4. I'd probably stay at this La Quinta again, but overall I am not sold on this chain of hotels.

The service was awesome and everyone seemed very polite. In a few days me and my family found the room home like and simple. No modern chic and/or stylized fancily but it is still amazing. Room service had been great and so was breakfast. Very happy with my experience and I will come back when I have the time!

Good hotel and very nice staff. I was surprised how clean it is. They have amazing breakfast and you can eat healthy (very rare). The only bad thing is that the bathroom was small but the room quality makes it up for that.

Location is alright if you have a car. Its across the river away from downtown Manchester and much of the food or entertainment options. Rooms are kinda crappy but for the price you cant complain. Service is minimal but they have a full breakfast setup each morning.

This is a very nice location. It has been renovated and you can tell they put some work in to make it look nice. Free breakfast as well. I will start here again.

The hotel is good for short as well as long stays. Free breakfast is a plus. All the businesses on commercial street are walking distance from this hotel.

The location was very close to where we had to be the next day and we were supplied with an excellent room following satisfactory service during check-in!

A friend was told that they could check in at age 20, she was rudely denied her 6 month reservation. When I joined her to check in the manager claimed that I was trying to "pull one over on them" and threatened to call the cops. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend.

Tried to book a room today (08/04/2015). Called three times, only to be hung up on by the staff. Once I could even hear them in the background before they hung up on me. First impression terrible. I hope their management reads these reviews.

Very happy with my stay. $69 coupon was accepted but was way beyond the value. Room was clean and modern with Free Wi-Fi, Flat Screen TV, fridge and microwave. Breakfast was hot (eggs, sausage, french toast, hash browns) and free. Location was right off of the highway (no noise issues), plenty of parking, and very close to downtown Manchester. I will definitely use this hotel again. Pool was unfortunately outdoors and closed for weather. Only downside was the staff was somewhat inattentive, sometimes not at the desk or answering the phones.

The stay itself was okay. Check in was quick. Room was nice. Standard hotel. We only stayed one night and didn't get to explore the fitness center or any of that. My main problem is with the hotel policies. I booked on Orbitz and pre-paid in advance. When I got there the lady told me they needed a card on file for any damages. Which is standard. What they failed to tell me was that they were putting a hold on my account — not for the $50 hold it SHOULD have been according to everyone I have spoken to there — but in the full amount of the room $95.68. It's been a week and every time I call they tell me to wait a few days and try back. It'd be nice to have MY money that I didn't intend to spend. Nobody can figure out why I was charged the full amount and not the $50 hold or why it is taking so long to come back. Very frustrating. If they had at least told me there'd be a hold when I checked in — I couldn't be so upset. But I've never had a hotel hold money for the stay "just in case" or fail to release it after the fact. Disappointed. Otherwise, decent stay.
