It was very good was very drunk room 420 was excellent. Sweat shop laundry on beach street Sterling provides work for refugees at very low cost like $5 hr sweat shop. Laundry was clean kinda so overall nice visit.

So I came to this hotel for my graduation back in May. From start to finish my experience with this hotel has been nothing but amazing. Before coming here I think I called the front desk a billion times and spoke to a front desk person named Tyler. Every time I called the hotel, Tyler would pick up and pleasantly answer all of my questions and respond to each of my requests. Having such service even over the phone made me feel confident that I’d chosen the right hotel for my stay. Upon arrival, the hotel was clean, quiet and the staff was professional and courteous. The rooms were clean and we never had to call down for room cleaning. What I enjoyed the most was he freshly baked homemade cookies and cold cucumber/lemon water the staff put out during the day. Sometimes it’s the little touches that make a place more attractive. Additionally, there is a shuttle that will take you within a five mile radius of the hotel. I felt this was such a convenience! We don’t drive and were able to go to the mall, get something to eat at nearby restaurants and go to the supermarket. This hotel definitely is a must if you’re in the area!

Wonderful service and great location if your there to catch a Fishercats game. They have a shuttle that can take you anywhere in the city and will pick you up as well. The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean. Very comfy rooms with lots of space. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the service was always fast and friendly. There patio restaurant was also pretty relaxing. Overally stay was amazing. I highly recommend this Hotel!

Diana, at the front desk, was amazing. I was there for 4 days, and she never once failed to smile, ask me something relevant about my stay, and just made the entire experience calm and relaxing. I cannot say enough good things about her or the entire daytime front desk staff. She is a true gem and they are lucky to have her representing the hotel.

Outdoor bar is friendly and has a great view of the baseball stadium. Shuttle service is a great amenity.

In the process of remodeling and the new rooms are great. Very attentive staff and nice amenities. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Shuttle to and from the airport.

The hotel is situated close to downtown and next to a nice paved trail. Free parking is a benefit as is the shuttle. The service in the restaurant has been good and the food is tasty also.

Cozy front lobby, rooms with a nice view of the ballpark from the outfield. Bar has a good crowd at night. Overall good stay.

Most of the staff were warm and welcoming but there were one or two that lessoned our overall experience. The room was great, the housekeepers were fantastic… But the front desk represents the hotel more directly and took what should have been a five star rating, and dropped it to a three… Dinner was phanominal, but breakfast was a tad over priced since it was only a notch above a buffet breakfast for 12.95.

I walked in once, long time ago, attired in Manchester low income and wished to see the restaurant ambiance and I did not have a problem and it was typical bread roll and canned peas. P. S. Why is the flag of the United States at half-mast and weird and unusual days along with a other comrade organizations and is it strange and wished many times to enter the retail space and query… One-Star — — > Patronage definitely not Two-Star — — > Patronage probably not and watch-out for capricious patronage… Three-Star — — > A-OK — — > No complaints Four-Star — — > Aficionado — >very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about an activity, subject, or pastime: Five-Star — — > Always till now first-best with pending disappointment…

One of the nicer hotels in the area. Clean rooms, convenient location, free shuttle service to area restaurants, full service bar and restaurant.

Spent the day at the hotel. Great guest services from the staff. Excellent views of the stadium, and sunset from the spa.

A beautiful hotel in Manchester. It overlooks the minor league baseball stadium. Super friendly and accommodating staff. The restaurant and bar are wonderful.

The waitress was very attentive and our dinner was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.

Clean rooms but somewhat outdated. Staff was friendly and always greeted me with a smile. Breakfast was good with a nice variety. Had a chef available for cook to order omelets. Will stay here again when I'm in town.

Great convenient location with friendly staff. I wished the restaurant / bar stayed open later and that belreakfast had more options. Other than that, this was a great place to stay. The hotel has its own private box area of the local baseball team stadium, which is awesome.

The hotel was lovely, the rooms were clean, the customer service was great, and the shuttle service to and from the Radisson was a godsend. The only issue was that there was very little parking and the other person staying with me had to park in a garage in town.

This hotel was once really great. But now the staff are terribly rude, have no reputable information about the area, and they now have limited parking? They don't even have options ready for backup parking. They bust into the rooms even if you have "do not disturb" signs on the doors. I walked in once and found a housekeeper trying on my shoes!?!? The pool is kept visibly clean, but the water smelled gross and left a sort of pee smell in my swimsuit?!? Would never stay here ever again.

Interior is typical garden inn, Deja Vu. Nice, new, clean, friendly. Has a bar, dinner, fresh cooked breakfast… if you're into minor league baseball it has a beautiful view of Northeast Delta Dental Stadium, at least for some rooms.

Everything was great. A room with a baseball field view is a nice touch, I'll definitely come back when it's a game night. The outdoor hot tub was neat!

Great view of the Fisher Cats minor league baseball field. Well maintained facility and accommodations including indoor pool, restaurants, spa, and workout equipment. Very polite and accommodating staff.

Really enjoyed my stay. Great customer service. Clean rooms and quiet environment. I didn't do my research and didn't know it was connected to the baseball stadium. So the fireworks at night were a surprise. But that's my fault for not looking more into it. Even with the game going on it was still quiet though. I will definitely stay here again.

The Patio was a great place to watch a game. The food was average and the drinks were good. The room was clean and comfortable.

I'm giving 3 stars only because I've stayed at Hilton many times before and Have been happy with the service and the friendly staff. Upon check-in I was handed two water bottles, not the bag with treats along with two water bottles the three people checking in before my husband and I received I am a Hilton honors member. I felt slighted. My sister had checked in after me and she said the clerk behind the desk literally put two bottles of water on top of the counter with a bag of snacks,! when she asked for a bag since her hands were full the clerk rolled her eyes. We stayed in the second-floor room facing the baseball field, the fan in the bathroom was the noisiest fan I have ever heard I should have asked to change rooms, my fault. Prior to the staying at Hilton NH my husband and I stayed at the Hilton on Singer Island in Florida that was 5 star the staff was five star. I will stay at the Hilton NH again, because everybody's entitled to a bad day I just hope it doesn't happen again. I was just embarrassed because I had recommended this hotel to my sister, we had three rooms booked that weekend.

I asked before making my reservation if they had a shuttle to and from the airport and was told yes. On the day I had to leave I was informed the shuttle isn't available until 3:30, my flight left before then. I was seated on their patio bar and grill and it was 45 minutes before anybody stopped to take a drink order. The indoor restaurant has a "please seat yourself" sign and waitresses walking around at 11a. M. So I sat down. I was told several minutes later that they weren't open until 4p. M. The room was decent, but it should be for $278 a night.

Went to a company event. Dinner was excellent. View of the Fisher Cats field was great. Nice staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed here while visiting family. We did not go to a baseball game but I wish we had planned for it. The Patio looked amazing and the view was incredible. The rooms were what you would expect. Best surprise was the wine in the lobby in the afternoon.

Great hotel, very clean. Rates are comparable, our room had a view of the baseball feild and the kids loved it. The personell were very friendly and the food was awesome. The outside food took a while, but the place was packed. The breakfast was too die for, seriously. 11 dollars ask you can eat. 5 for the kids. It was a great time, we do this one a year.

Checked in and selected the room via the app, very easy. The room was comfortable and ad advertised. The staff was welcoming and helpful. We did not use the restaurant or bar except for breakfast. The breakfast food was fresh and well prepared with an excellent selection available. The hotel is an easy walk to many downtown restaurants. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed the Hilton Garden Inn in Manchester. The location is just outside downtown at the baseball stadium, but I walked to downtown without a problem. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was weak. This may have been fixable; I didn't bring it to staff's attention. If I ever return to Manchester, I would stay there again.

We got a first floor room for one night and it effortleslly accommodated to all of our needs. Those are the front desk were helpful and kind and the last impression was a great one. Our breakfast at the Hilton restaurant was wonderful, this delicious food capped off a great experience.

Stayed here for NYE and it was a beautiful, clean, and accommodating hotel. The breakfast buffet was top notch delicious, and I would definitely stay here again. All associates encountered were pleasant and the room had all the necessities.

Friendly staff, delicious food, incredibly cute receptionist. Everything I could have possibly needed was in the room, and as per usual the TV's and cable are the best quality you're going to get for the price by far.

Very pleasant hotel in a congested area. Impressed with the service although I only stayed 2 nights. The breakfast was not complimentary but for the price I would stay again.

Excellent hotel. I stayed at room 603 which was pretty large and equipped with all you need including a kitchen which is very convenient, the beds are comfortable. The lobby is a very pleasant place to be in and had some free tea and coffee take away table at morning, very nice. The breakfast was fine, no more than that, nothing special and actually very poor compared with same level European hotels.

I spend about 10-12 nights a year in this hotel for business. Don't expect to get much business done if internet is required. The internet is painfully slow and interruptions in service are frequent. Unfortunately, my travel is booked through my employer or I would gladly stay at another hotel with even marginally better internet service.

Great view, nice hotel. Check your bill carefully though, I'm still working on getting charges repaid back to me 2 weeks later and they haven't been very nice about it.

Excellent from check-in to check-out. We were warmly greeted at the front desk by Paul, Cristina and Linda. We had lunch on the patio and the lobster roll was amazing. Jean and Evelyn and Laura were fun and just terrific. We had a great breakfast too. Kearn made a delicious egg white and veggie omelet for the special and everything else that was there was just great. The room was spotless, neat and very comfortable. The lobby is beautiful and the grounds outside were also very beautiful. We love HGI Manchester and look forward to getting back again.

I love this hotel. I stay here when in town in business and so far I have stayed here 20 times or so and haven't yet discovered anything to dislike. During baseball season, you can watch a game from the outside patio bar. Or for a few bucks you can buy a ticket and walk to the stadium in about 1 minute. During cold weather, grab a glass of wine and sit by the fire at the end of the day. Within walking distance to various restaurants and bars — very handy.

This place is Manchester's Best Kept Secret. The patio is simply amazing. This is a super classy and very reasonable place for a dinner date. We went on a non-game night this summer and enjoyed an amazingly peaceful, beautiful atmosphere. Our drinks were great and the food is excellent. Our server Maria was simply delightful.

Anytime i'm in town I come to this hotel. Really clean and good customer service.

This hotel has been my home away from home for 14 of the last 27 weeks. I stay at HGI's and other hotels nationally. This HGI is a on a whole different level. Very clean, quality rooms. Terrific staff that makes you feel like family, a surprisingly great restaurant that actually has food you want to eat instead of heading out to another restaurant. I won't stay anywhere else when I come to the area and recommend it to my coworkers and friends who visit the area. (Newly rennovated).

Amazing hotel service. Best seats in the house for baseball games and the shuttle service is great.

Great place to stay in ManchVegas. Nice people working there. Complimentary shuttle brings you around the town until 11:30 PM and Michael, the driver, is great. Tells you great places to go. Loved this place, and will be back.
