Another great stay! Always a friendly smile from Raquel. Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Location is perfect near Weirs Beach. The pool was so refreshing! great staff, great place.

I called and made reservations for Labor Day weekend 3 weeks in advance. I was quoted a price, gave the manager my credit card number and email address to send a confirmation of the down payment on the room. I wrote everything down (price, mangers names, address etc. ). When we got there to check in, the manager had not processed anything and decided to raise the price. I showed him the paper that proved our conversation and what he quoted me to which he agreed the conversation occurred. He and his wife on the phone up’d the price. Not good for his word. The room was dirty (carpet, bedding, baseboards, walls, furniture etc. All dirty and walls had drips and stains everywhere. The air conditioning was so loud and gave me a bad cough and sneezing from the filthy air it put out. The bathroom was not good either. My husband and I was so glad to leave that place.

Awesome little inn. They have done a lot of remodeling. We we're in room 15. Had 2 queens beds. 2 sectional sofa. Tv kitchen and even a sun room. Was really a relaxing place. Owners are great and super friendly. Would definitely go back.

Room could have used some minor repairs, but overall it was a nice quaint motel (especially for the price). Even has a small play area out back for little kids.

Overall great experience. Opened the door to my room and was greeted with a fresh and clean smell. The staff there had very good customer service and the place itself had a really nice vibe. Very impressed with my stay!

This motel is small and cozy and the owners were personable and friendly. I was glad I stayed here when taking my first trip to New Hampshire.

Clean, family oriented two star motel. Rooms are themed… we stayed in the Chicken room which was hysterical, but I'm glad it was only two nights.

Not a bad place to stay if you are only staying for one night. My wife and I got their at 8am to spend the day in NH because we were only spending the night here. We knew that check in wasn't until 2pm and my wife had to use the bathroom, the owner stated that he would give us room 2 early which was a smaller room, we prepaid the reservation online and we asked the owner what the difference was between the room we prepaid and the room we were given, he stated that the room we prepaid for was bigger. Long story short the bathroom in the room we were given was way too small and when we asked for a room with a bigger bathroom he said he could do that but it would cost more. Not fair since we prepaid and were originally going to have a bigger room. Nice nice guy to talk to but NOT accommodating, Never felt at home there and the pool was ice cold. My wife and I are looking for somewhere nice to go in the future for 1 week in the summer to start our own new tradition. Unfortunately this place will not be the place. Thanks for nothing.

It wasn't worth the money. Bathroom was way too small. No shower head. No outlet in the bathroom. Airconditioner didnt work well. Just not very inviting, dark & dingy.

Clean, spacious and elegant rooms, friendly owner, nice swing in the back yard, each room has a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee machine! on endicott strert north, right by the lakeside ave, 2 min drive from the weirs beach, great location!

Comfortable, convenient and quiet. Great pool and backyard. Grills and tools provided. Overall a very good stay.
