My wife and I dined there a couple of weeks ago… We will definitely be back… The food was incredible… My compliments to our waitress, chefs and bartenders… After we had dinner we sat at the bar for a couple of drinks… Thank you to the owner who found the time to talk with us… You are doing a fabulous job… It was wife's 50th we will not forget… Thank you to you all… I will highly recommend this Beautiful place…

I enjoyed my peaceful and quiet stay. I ate way to much and watched a staff hustle. I appreciate service and they were top notch. Tyler in the bar and the young lady in breakfast sun and Monday. My daughter and I both enjoyed our white mountain experience.

Everything was amazing. Just got married here yesterday and wouldn’t change any part of it. From the fall foliage, to the beautiful decor, to the attentive staff, to the food… everything was just simply perfect. Carol made my wedding dreams come true. Even with COVID regulations.

We have been going to this hotel for over 20 years. Absolutely love it. Friendly staff and the bar/drinks are fabulous.

I had to cancel my reservation due to my whole family being sick. I was coldly refused a refund of $250 that I was charged for the room.
Apparently CDC guidelines do not work for this hotel. They would rather a sick guest coming now, rather then a healthy guest later.

Location, view, and resort amenities can't be beat. Amazing breakfast included with your stay! order room service one night and it was phenomenal! Can't wait to go back!

The restaurant and accommodations are wonderful and the staff is wonderful.

Room was small. Bed was uncomfortable, shower knob was put on wrong
hot was cold & cold was hot. Waitress was horrible in the restaurant for breakfast. She never came over I had to ask for server. Took forever. Sent bus boy over to get my drinks. She took my food order came back with food and was never to be seen again until she dropped check. Not how service should be.

I went for the easter brunch, the food was amazing, the macaroons are a must! the staff was great but specially Daysi, my son missed the easter egg hunt because we were in the wrong place… my 7 year old son was heart broken, she took one look at my son and asked me to wait 5 min. She arrange an egg hunt for my son he was very excited! she was awesome, she cared not just for our bussinnes but to make my son smile! she is why we went back yesterday for mothers day brunch and will keep giving this place our bussinnes… because theyr employees care!

Here for the weekend, this place is amazing, everyone is so friendly, Al the bartender is a true professional and so down to earth, already booked another stay this fall.

Very nice rooms. Staff is very nice and polite. Food is amazing if just a bit pricey. Definitely one of the best places I've stayed though.

A hidden gem. Off the main drag and in a quiet location but all the amenities of a larger hotel. Beds are comfortable and rooms well maintained. Restaurant is excellent and the service is top notch. Grab a drink and watch rock climbers climb the sheer face out back from the chairs on the lawn.

A hotel in a great location. We visited with kids as our tent was destroyed in the rain the night before. The people visiting the hotel were a little too mature for my liking as it’s connected to a golf course. On the other hand it made it a pretty quiet stay. The room we stayed in had a great view of the mountains and was nice an clean. We did have a relatively thin ceiling as we heard our upstairs neighbors walking around. Overall pleasant stay at great location.

Nice hotel in the middle of nowhere. Near the entrance of the white moutiains. Apartment for 6 people decidedly small. Uncomfortable bed sofa. Comfortable normal beds. Clean. Good restaurant bar service with products not always fresh.

They treat their guests like royalty. About anything you ask for they will bend over backwards to get you. Their restaurant, The Legder, has a menu that can't be beat. Friendly fast service. They have room beside it, The Tavern, is a full service bar. The whole building is quaint with beautiful plants and yard down to a golf course. I can highly recommend this resort.

The location is great, views are amazing. The outside grounds are very well maintained. The inside is very outdated and not maintained to the best of their ability. The rooms need to be updated, as do the common areas. The cleanliness is not a issue, the hotel is very clean, just very outdated. If your a family traveling with kids I do not recommend this hotel. Most of the staff we have interacted with has not been kid friendly. We were warned when we checked in to make sure our son was not “dancing around” since we were on the 3rd floor. The restaurant refused to except us when we asked if we could get some dessert for our son, the hostess recommended we go to the tavern adjacent to the dining room. The tavern was not appropriate at the current time so we left the hotel for dessert. For dinner the restaurant overcharged us. They billed us for having more drinks then we actually had, when questioned the waiter said he made a mistake, the charges were for the water. When questioned why we were being charged for tap water he couldn’t answer the question and then he came back with a new check. Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable, but needs updating and the staff needs better customer service training.

I surprised my boyfriend with a getaway here this past weekend, we stayed sunday-wednesday and we absolutely loved it. The view is absolutely gorgeous, and the food at Ledges is some of the best food we have ever eaten. The hotel pool area was always clean and the staff were very friendly. The only downfall, for us, was that the air conditioner was loud and we put it on the fan only at night to sleep. That however will not keep us from coming back. When it comes to the white mountains, in our opinion this is the ONLY place worth staying. We will absolutely be back!

Very nice hotel. A few things need updating, like the noisy AC unit in the room. Theres some creepy paintings in the hallways, but luckily the lights are never off. Jacuzzi was great after a long day of hiking standard room rates are way more than it's worth in my opinion, but we went during the off season so prices were decent. The inccluded breakfast is so, so delicious (I got the waffle) and was the highlight of the stay. Overall was a very pleasant stay.

Sits beneath Cathedral Ledge. Heated outdoor pool. Fire pit. Tennis courts. Golf course. Friendly staff. And, full breakfast included with your stay. Bring your appetite. It's worth the money you'll spend to stay. Two day minimum stay.

Very nice place to stay. People are great. Year round outdoor pool is our driver to this place. The kids love swimming.

Good hospitality and friendly services, although I’m a bit peeved that they charge $10 a day for a crib… I’m sorry… a pack n play with a cardboard type bottom. When you’re already paying a resort price, they can’t manage to at least invest in a nice pack n play? This is a deal breaker for me, so we will not be returning. When your priority is family services, this should be a no brainer.

We love it here and have been staying over for years. It's a must to visit even if can just for dinner or Sundays brunch. The place is clean, beautiful and the staff is always top notch. Live piano players are very talented in the dining area and know most any classic tune you request. Heated pool too!

Last weekend we stayed at this hotel for the first time and we just loved it. Room was very comfortable, the food was excellent, the views to the mountains so beautiful and great staff. We are definitely going back.

My husband and I came on a weekend. The experience as a whole was good, not great. Staff were courteous, and they had cookies and cocoa in the lobby. Ledges restaurant was superb. Included breakfast, terrific. I do believe they should get a facelift, though. Rooms are outdated, but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was either too old or dirty, I couldn't tell; kind of skeeved me out. Also, the walls were quite thin, and you could hear your neighbors as well as people down the hall. However, for the price compared to other area resorts (read:Omni), it was good.

If I could give it no stars I would. Old, WAY too hot, noisy. You can hear everything from the hallway and the rooms. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay. Hotel needs updating in a very bad way. We only stayed 1 night out of 3 place sucks. Never will stay again.

We had a wonderful time here. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The dinner is outstanding. We started and ended our day in the outdoor heated pool and hot tub! This will be an annual trip!

Our family went for a weekend just to get away and had a great experience! The food was fantastic and the excellent Pianist even played the peanuts theme song for my 10 year old son! The Complimentary breakfast was just over the top! Really a great value for us. We will be back.

Me and my Girlfriend come here at least twice a year we love it, especially in the fall when the leaves are starting to turn and we actually spent a Christmas here which was very nice. The rooms are cozy and very clean with comfortable beds and the food is absolutely amazing (try the Belgium waffles and the maple butter! ). The staff are all very welcoming and helpful and it’s only a short drive from all the shopping outlets plus the views are amazing and for what your getting the prices are very reasonable.

Excellent service, excellent views, excellent food. The rooms are getting a little dated, but they are comfortable including the beds. There are views everywhere you go.

My wife and I wanted to have a nice ceremony celebrating our ten year anniversary. We decided to go with the elopement package. I can't be more happy with our decision. The staff and everybody involved accommodated us very well. The ceremony was great. On top of that the food was very good, the rooms were cozy and very well maintained through out our stay. We are very happy with everything. The views were amazing! Recommend it to anybody.

We loved this hotel! We had a great view from our room! The view from the dining room is spectacular, what a great way to start the day! Breakfast was terrific every day. Beds were very comfortable. A/C was efficient. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only real issue was the location of the washer and dryer and the restriction on its use! Why not move it down near the pool/ game/ exercise area? Then it could be used at any time with out disturbing anyone! As visitors, we were out sightseeing all day and evening, so the 9 o'clock restriction made it difficult to use. Other than that, it is a great hotel! We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for two nights and loved it. The accommodations were great! The landscape around the facility was beautiful. There were so many different perennials; all in bloom. We did the 9 hole golf package which included breakfast for two days and one dinner. The dinner was very good. I had the scallops which were fantastic. They were served over a succotash with a delicious sauce. My husband ordered the tuna tartar which was very good as well. Dinner came with a soup/salad and a dessert. The desserts were also delicious. Breakfasts were very good as well. The eggs were cooked to perfection and were served with home fries and home made bread. The golf course was manicured to perfection. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this facility.

Hotel is rather dated. Seems clean and has some nice amenities, including fire pit, pool and ping pong. But staff is not very professional. Ate in the dining room and had very poor waiter who was rough around the edges and lazy… When we asked about dessert, he told us about one dessert which he claimed "went with" our meals — we each had different meals. When I asked if that was the only dessert he told us there was an entire dessert menu. Why couldn't he have given us the choice rather than make me ask him for other dessert choices? Overall he made us feel unwelcome and that he was doing us a favor to serve us. I will be here 2 more days and sure hope he doesn't serve us again. Wish I could give a better recommendation as I bought this hotel package as a gift for my partner, but I guess that's just the way it goes sometimes.

The only reason I'm giving four stars is because the breakfast was extremely good. The room was clean but much smaller than expected after looking at the pictures on their website. Cracks in the drywall walls. Our "room with mountain views" was mostly blocked by a chimney. It was all quite ordinary otherwise. Dinner was very underwhelming. Very small menu and if the breakfast hadn't been included in our room we wouldn't have ever eaten there again. The staff were polite and friendly.
Again, if it weren't for such a great breakfast I would hesitate to give 3 stars.

We just got back from our honeymoon and I needed to write a review for this awesome hotel. All of the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful to any questions we had. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did an amazing job every day. We got a view of the parking lot, which was kind of a bummer, but the view from the pool and dinning room were amazing. I cannot rave enough about the food. Large portion sizes, and everything tasted so fresh. We booked through the website so we ended up getting free breakfast every morning. I would recommend buying the dinner tickets if you plan to stay more than one night. It is an amazing deal if you plan to eat there more than once.

Love the tavern bar! Fresh food, great service, reasonable prices, cozy atmosphere. Wanted a strawberry basil mojito once, and they said they don't typically carry basil at the bar, so they went and picked the basil straight from their garden for my drink.

Loved the view/grounds. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Rooms were a little dated and my husband had a hard time sleeping well on the mattress. Overall though it has a historic feel to it and I preferred staying here rather than in downtown north conway. Much quieter!

The room was clean and comfortable, the employees (from front desk to wait staff) were all so accommodating and polite! We had the included breakfast, had dinner in the tavern on Friday and then the restaurant on Saturday and the food was outstanding throughout. Not to mention the views from the hotel were breathtaking — and we paid less than we would've at a regular chain hotel. Will be coming back here for sure.

Spent our honeymoon here in summer of 2010. Loved everything about this hotel. We loved the location and scenery that surrounds the hotel. Staff was really helpful and very nice. We will come and stay again on our 10th year anniversary!

Much more than I was expecting for the price. The pool and hot tub were awesome even in the snow. The scenery is spectacular. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is far above standard resort fare. There are some excellent spa services as well. Our time here was very enjoyable!

The room was nice, view was spectacular, staff were friendly and food was good. Breakfast was a little busy but we talked with a couple that go often and said it's not usually that bad. Overall, a very good experience.

First time guest as of this date. Beautiful location, wonderful food and very friendly service. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. You get a lot of value for your dollar. Will make this a once a year vacation spot for future trips with the fiancée. Highly recommend it. They made us feel like a home away from home and for that I really appreciate the staff.

Loved the mountain view. Complementary breakfast for the 2 nights I stayed. Got a 50% my 2nd night. Absolutely loved the hospitality, location and rooms. Conway city not so far either.
