Such a cute stay! Lovely staff, great food. Perfect for a getaway.

We stayed there this past weekend. The staff was so sweet and accommodating. We had to leave early on check out day, they made us breakfast before we left even though it was really early. Such genuine people. The room was very nice, cozy and so much character to the whole place. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

I stayed here with my fiancé for our anniversary this weekend. I was so impressed with the inn inside and out. It was just beautiful! They really pay such close attention to detail, it’s amazing. I really loved it because it felt like home. Roger, Linda, and Lisa Marie are so nice, and so genuine! We went to dinner and came back to our room and found a balloon, a very nice card, and the best chocolate covered strawberries I’ve ever had, and it was an awesome surprise! We really appreciated that. Breakfast was amazing as well! Great food, and good portions. All in all, it was a really fantastic experience! We will absolutely be back!

Inn Keepers, Roger, Linda and Lisa Marie are all very welcoming, accommodating, easily accessible and very knowledgeable about the area. The historic house with the wonderful sitting porches are lovely to sit back and relax on. Breakfast each morning held a delicious surprise which we all looked forward to enjoying. Inn Keeper is awesome. He had the fireplace burning, candles lit and all the Christmas decorations were turned on. Beautiful home. Cookies and fudge sitting out with coffee and hot tea. Awesome Hospitality!

Very friendly and comfortable with a great location.

Stayed at the inn for a little mini moon after our wedding. The staff was so thoughtful and left us a wonderful card congratulating us on our marriage and some chocolate covered strawberries. The room was very clean and reasonably priced and the breakfasts are AMZING. Love how you get a breakfast appetizer before getting the main course. Also, everyone is so friendly it is like a little family. We will be coming back in the years to come.

The Eastman Inn is a beautiful place to stay! the owners were extremely friendly and hospitable. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and every aspect of the home was well decorated. Not to mention, the food was delicious for breakfast and also the afternoon snacks.

This place is beautiful full of history well kept and old time decor. Breakfast was amazing. So will be coming back here again.

Booked this B& B for the first time for an overnight stay. Great location, very comfortable and cozy. We booked the traditional cozy queen room. Very clean and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating. Breakfast was offered and good. Lots of charm. Really enjoyed siting on the wrap around porch and just relax. Will definitely be returning.

Wonderful place to stay. Arthur the host is very friendly and inviting. The rooms are kept neat and clean and if you face out the front you have a nice view of the mountains. Loved it so much we went back again to try another room with a fireplace.

Have stayed here often. Every time has been fantastic. Both Arthur and Marta are exceptional Inn keepers. Breakfasts are always a treat in themselves.

This bed & breakfast was lovely! The furnishing and rooms were to die for and the service was kind and present for any questions but didn't bother you. The breakfast in the morning was unbelievably good and was served minutes within sitting down. There was even delcious pumpkin bread served randomly during the day as a homemade snack. You could really tell the housekeepers took pride in running this B&B and it showed. Would recommend among the numerous competion in the area for a casual one night stay or longer visit.

You can't go wrong at the Eastman Inn! Art is a wonderful Inn keeper and very interesting person. He makes everyone feel welcome. Great rooms, super tidy and clean, big breakfast, quiet, what else could you want?

My husband and I stayed here for the last week in December to celebrate the new year. We absolutely loved this bed-and-breakfast. The owner was really nice and made us feel right at home. The breakfast we had each morning was fabulous. The holiday decorations inside were fun, the beds were comfortable and The price was even better. The location to everything was perfect. There are a lot of restaurants and shops within one or 2 miles in either direction. Conway is broken up into two different types of shopping districts. There is the quaint old mom-and-pop shops and then there are the outlet malls and the regular malls that you find in most towns. This location is also very convenient to ski and tubing. In the summertime it's close to the train station. We look forward to coming back here in the summer time so we can enjoy the great wrap around deck.

Great accomadations clean room comfortable bed. Loved having a private entrance. Breakfast was good and our host Arthur was very helpful and provided outstanding customer sevice.

Super cute, reasonably priced bed and breakfast. We stayed on the coldest weekend of the winter (-10F +40mph gusts) and were super snug. Coffee and tea station always available.

Hidden gem in plain view! Arthur is the perfect innkeeper… you feel like family from the moment you check in. The inn is beautifully decorated and the breakfasts are outstanding… our new favorite place to stay!

First time at a b&b so not much to compare against. Pros: clean rooms with nice furnishings. Comfy bed with very nice sheets, blankets, comforters. Good location in heart of North Conway. Cons: our room had thin walls and next door conversation easily heard. Breakfast ok but not spectacular.

Called for room availability over the weekend. Got "I don't know… I'm in bed… It's 11:30 at night… " I apologize that our schedules do not align. Do not have a toll free number that invites a phone call at any time. Try a voicemail system. Looked like a great place but I'm going to pass. — I love the professional response from the owner of this establishment. "My poor planning? Grow up? " You're listed as always open on your Facebook and on Google, you have a toll free number but I suppose all of that only applies to people who try to book a stay at your establishment 2 weeks out. Well thank you for your response and concern. I found a nice room to stay in and greatly encourage other people to look into staying at other places. You sir should try growing up.

In North Conway. The Inn is charming, the rooms immaculate and the food prepared by Arthur (owner) for breakfast was delicious. Highly highly recommend! We'll be back.

Good breakfast and cute rooms. The owner was very nice and hospitable. Definitely a cute small town B&B worth going to and not far from the Conway Scenic Railway as well as the Mount Washington Cog Railway.

From the moment we checked in and were greeted by Arthur (the owner) we knew we wanted to stay more than one night. His warmth, sincerity, and hospitality made us feel at home immediately. He loves to cook and makes an amazing breakfast and thinks about the cookies to make for the holiday season months in advance… and to find out he's a homeboy from California in our neighborhood warmed our hearts! Our room was spotless, and so quaint… perfect find in our honeymoon! Can't recommend the Eastman highly enough!

Each room had its own bath or shower. The staff were eager with local knowledge and how things worked at their place. The breakfasts were delish and we had food allergens they were able to accommodate. I highly recommend this charming place.

We just got home from a two night stay at Eastman Inn. It was beautiful from the moment we walked up the stairs to the time we sadly checked out to head home. Arthur, in the innkeeper, is a wonderful man whose personality suites his chosen profession perfectly. Our breakfasts were delicious (sausage and vegetable quiche, fresh fruit and freshly baked muffins on day one, a Denver Omelet (minus the bell peppers ;) ) with a blueberry crumble as well as a yogurt and granola cup on day two) We look forward to our next stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Location is great, within walking distance of the shops, bars, and restaurants of North Conway. Pokestop and gym right outside. Great atmosphere for an inn.

Looking forward to returning this summer. Arthur's breakfast cooking is worth it.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Arthur and team. The breakfasts were very good and the room cosy and comfortable. Lovely to have a little sitting room to ourselves. Arthur was very helpful with suggestions of what to see and where to eat. Two little downsides. One the shower was a bit pathetic and two the road noise early in the morning. It wouldn't stop us staying here again though if we're in the area.

Stayed for two nights in June. Very nice little place. Good views, beautiful rooms, at a reasonable price. If your looking for something a little more cozy then a motel. I would definitely recommend Eastman Inn.

So accommodating, whether it was needing to check in after 8, or making my daughter feel special on her 18th birthday.
