I hate to give a bad review since I know many places are understaffed and are doing the best they can, but this place was filthy. My family and I stayed here Labor Day weekend. We stayed in a room on the first floor near the pool. It was musty, damp and smelled like a sweaty locker room. The rug was damp and dirty. The bed actually was on a tilt and slanted over during the night. But the biggest problem was all the itching my daughter and I had. We woke with bites all over our ankles. I spoke with the hotel manager, I believe his name was Dwyer. I felt badly because he admitted that he was new. He took pictures of my ankles and told me he would contact me. I called him the next day after spending a full day purging and cleaning out our luggage in fear that we brought home bed bugs. He told me I had to contact Travelocity for $100 refund since I booked with them. Travelocity then told me he was incorrect and I had to get the refund directly from the hotel. Many back and forth calls later I still have not received my $100 refund. Stay away from this place!

Stayed there for the second time and had a great experience. May not be the newest facility but staff are friendly, room was clean and facility is well kept. Will definitely return!

This is a fine place for families with children looking for a clean, no frills hotel. It’s older, the carpets are worn, the furniture is old, and the indoor pool isn’t great, but the place is clean and the staff are nice. The bathroom and kitchenette were spotless. As with most places right now, it is understaffed and there is no daily maid service. Don’t expect to check in before 4:00. I wouldn’t say this is the place to go for a couples vaca or girls weekend, but it’s a solid place for families needing a place to stay while they do the tourist thing with the kids. I’d stay here again.

Tucked away from the crowds of North Conway but only short 2 minute walk in to Town. Awesome trails for hiking and cross country skiing right next door to the Inn (Whitaker Woods). Extremely friendly and helpful staff on site. Rooms have good facilities and there is an outdoor fire place and grills available. Highly recommend this Inn if you are seeking a quite get away.

This is a very nice, relaxed, and casual atmosphere! Rooms are comfy and very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful! This hotel is great for families! Right on the strip near all the great N. Conway shoppes and restaurants but set back enough off the road to feel relaxed and secluded. Great indoor pool and playground. Nice place to stay that won’t break the bank and has all the amenities you want! Highly recommended this hotel!

My family and I spent 5 nights here and it was wonderful! The entire place was extremely clean only thing I would recommend is shampooing the rugs but other than that we loved it! The indoor pool was extremely well kept as well. I would stay here again on my next trip as the entire staff was extremely friendly and willing to go above and beyond for there guests! And if you are reading this my family wanted to stay an extra night in NH so we decided to book one night at the Hampton inn & suites big mistake! Eastern inn and suites blows them out of the water by far and are exceptionally cheeper per night as well! If you book with eastern inn & suites you will not be disappointed at all! Hope to be back soon.

Beds had actual dirt in them upon check in. Gross. Had to get news sheets and make my own bed. Wouldn't stay here again ever. The front desk guy said it had been an issue and they had just had a meeting about it but hasnt addresses this room yet. He apologized. I mean thanks for the Frank response but ewww.

Booked last minute and loved the place. Room was big, pool was nice, I did use the Jacuzzi as well. Big game room. Snacks were available for purchase and cheap. Ice cream too. Refrigerator and microwave as well as a table and couch in room. Will definitely be going back. Very close to N Conway strip. Set in back off main road with a playground. Worth the trip! Staff was super nice…

We spent our weekend here. Staff was very friendly. The room was neat and it was nice to have a fridge in our room. We lover that there was a pool and hot tub plus arcade games and a pool table. We tried it all. For the most part it was quiet. The walking trails were nice as well! Great place to stay!

The location and the staff were awesome which gets a star each. Great trails right out the hotel and I loved having small walks every morning. However the room itself, I was not so happy about. It smelled very weird so I needed to have the window opened. Plus, I really don't get the complements about the breakfast either.

LOVED our stay here! We were in one of the first rooms and were next to everything (pool, breakfast, game room). Very spacious room and great pricing!

This place is amazing, beds are comfortable, nice breakfast nook downstairs. Excellent coffee. It has a swimming pool and an arcade and of course a washer and dryer if you need to do clothes after hiking. Everything is close by but the hotel is more secluded. All the great restaurants are in the area… Muddy Moose is down the street for family… you got pizza near by, you got a quick 2 hour drive into the city, it is a 4 1/2 hour day drive if you want to see Quebec City. An hour and a half drive to Portland Maine, an hour and 45 minutes to Portsmouth, and of course a little over 2 hours into Manchester, add 30 minutes and your in Boston. North Conway is a local getaway and a true gem where you leave your out of state culture behind you and you become a Granite Stater for the remainder of your stay! This hotel is excellent, it is nothing fancy but has a "camp" feel that brings you back to your childhood. Check it out.

A hotel? Condos for rent? Both? Not exactly charmageddon, but a decent place to stay. Reminded me of places we'd stay in the early 80s. Neat, clean, out of the way. Great parking!

Great service & friendly staff. Kids love the pool. Some of the rooms are a little dated but it's a great value.

Very nice hotel. Great staff. Comfortable room. Nothing fancy, just a great place to stay while enjoying the area. Toilet is too close to the bathroom door, which didn't shut all the way. But otherwise, we were real happy with this place. Check out Delaney's across the street for a great meal.

We had to book a last minute reservation. They were very friendly and accommodating. The room was good, large comfy bed and very clean. Breakfast was pretty basic woth waffles and cereals, not great coffee but it hit the spot.

Spent the night with family and friends at this inn. Tim had excellent customer service. He was attentive and accomodating. The inn fit my family needs with a pool, game room and a lounge with a pool table. We all hung out and watched home alone with hot cocoa. The inn had a warm and cozy feeling like you were at home. The rooms were very clean and great decor. I am thinkin about booking next week to come back.

Clean rooms friendly staff… game room was nice. Only down side was Laundry machines weren't working and pool could have been a bit warmer. Otherwise great place and will definitely consider staying again.

The Inn was clean and well maintained. There was a LOT to do with kids (playground, game room, TV/pool room, outdoor fire pit, indoor pool). The free breakfast was also nice and the staff were all friendly and helpful!

Molly is amazing, she was extremely helpful to me with handling my handicapped accessible needs and my reservation. I really appreciate the AMAZING customer service I have received from her and the Eastern Inn and Suites. I cannot wait to book another trip with them. They really do go above and beyond to help their customers.

Room had stained carpet and smelled ike a wet diaper had been left in room. Had to call front desk to ask if they could send some room air freshener for us to use. Bathroom floor was very slippery like it had soap on it when ever it got wet. Furniture in room is shabby, finish worn off all the edges. No iron or ironing board in room or hair dryer. A. C. Moaned like a ghost whenever it came on. Free breakfastv was coffee or juice, cold cereal, cold store bought muffins. There was a waffle maker but they ran out of batter after just a few minutes. I'll never stay here again. I did learn o e thing tho. Don't pay attention to the eating of the ho tel read the reviews and learn the truth about the hotel from others.

Was a great place to stay the night before heading to the White Mountains. It was a little dated but clean. Included breakfast was good and there was a playground for kids.
