Beware! My family stayed here for one night in early October. We had a unacceptable experience at check-in and we're told we would be reimbursed a certain amount of money. We were not credited the money so I reached out to the hotel on October. 19th, and was told I should see it in the next few days. The credit has never appeared and now they are ignoring my messages (although I can see they read them). This hotel tries to appear as high-end, but crooked management will be a bane to their image and guest experience. Matthew 7:15.

Beautiful Hotel, very clean, sleek look! Everything was wonderful, room was beautiful, clean, many amenities, front desk staff was great as well as the continental breakfast, we will return!

We took out 2 rooms for the Labor Day weekend and were pleasantly surprised by the service. The food was great, the rooms were nice and the staff, specially the weekend manager were awesome. Highly recommended for the kosher traveller.

Very nice place! They work with you to fit you in a room with rollaway beds and pullout couches. Beautiful pool sauna and jacuzzi! Lots of parking! Free Wi-Fi! Very tasty breakfast!

Beautiful hotel! Spotless clean! Amazing staff! They are out to please! Perfect for the kosher traveler! A special thanks to the Hotel Manager Mr. Lax for offering to move our dinner table out on the glass porch (off the dining room) it was so romantic!

If you are Jewish I think you will love this place sucks clamation point they do all of the meals for you and they are all included! The swimming pool is amazing!

Well, how to begin… the hotel is gorgeous, but the website is very deceiving, as this is a pure jewish hotel with 95% jewish guest, dont get me wrong, that is perfectly fine, but it is almost an odd feeling to NOT be jewish… we loved the service and is very beautiful, but It is certainly a jewish hotel… even includes a synagoge…

Had a wonderful stay in the hotel. Would recommend it to everyone who is looking for kosher amenities. The pool, hot tub, and saunas were truly amazing and the food delicious! The staff are extremely nice and helpful!

Hôtel Hell it should be called. Worst experience I have ever had in my life going to a hotel. Very, very misleading advertisement for this hotel. There is no chef or gourmet dinners. There are only certain times you can use the pool for men and women and they are separate. There is no game room either as they advertise. I felt like I was in prison here. It was like a cult or compound. We didn’t even stay the night we left.

Awful experience. Would honestly rather sleep in my car. A couple hours after our arrival we were told that the water would be shut off because of a leak and would be turned back on in about an hour. Understandable. But over the course of our stay the water was never turned back on. Yes that means no shower, no sink, and yes no toilet. When we were checking out there was no mention of a discount, all we were told is that we will hear from a manager within a week. We waited 2 weeks to hear back and still no call from the "manager. " Finally after a call to the hotel was made we were able to talk to someone who apparently "had no idea that this water situation happened. " She also told us that a manager would call us back. Of course we never received a call. We were finally able to talk to a manager a month and a half after our stay. All he was able to do is offer us a 40% discount. After a serious health code violation we expected a little bit more. Next call is the Better Business Beareau.

Beautiful modern hotel. Very relaxing. My room was beautiful, fresh and clean. Large variety of food, and it was all delicious! the pool and gym were great! Staff were very friendly and helpful. My kids loved the playroom full of entertainment. Would recommend for everyone!

Hotel, food, and overall experience was great. I have to give a 2 star rating for the nasty horrible attitude that hotel manager had. And their billing system is messed up, half the people in my group, including myself, were billed for things they havent used or services that hadn't received. Checking out with that stupid manager "explaining" the unfair charges just made me leave that place with a bad taste.

This hotel is not as described. Our room was next to a couple with two young children, toddlers, who screamed all night. We could hear every word they said, the walls are paper thin. I called the front desk at 1:00am and they proceeded to argue with me about the noise and said the guests had just checked in, the couple checked in a little after us around 8pm. They said they would investigate the noise but we never heard them call the room or knock. We would have heard this as you can hear every door open and close on the floor. Also, the spa and pool are not as described. They have scheduled hours for men and woman to use it. This is due to the fact they have built a synagogue in the basement. While this doesn't bother me it should be mentioned on their website. The way the hotel is advertised is very misleading. If you are looking for a nice weekend getaway this is not the place.

Spent the night at the Arlington Hotel! Overall had a lovely experience. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel and grounds we're gorgeous and very recently renovated. Everything felt new and had a modern feel.

Check in was okay. The two ladies weren't very friendly and didn't give me any information on the hotel or even how to get to my room. One slow elevator in the whole hotel. Room was really nice. Clean and huge and a nice bathroom and kitchenette. Bed was okay comfort wise. Two twins put together so you could slightly feel an indent, but not terrible. In the AM, we grabbed breakfast in the restaurant. Nothing spectacular, but free breakfast is always appreciated. Check out had to wait a bit for someone, but he was very pleasant. Overall, not bad.

I spend a weekend at the hotel, everything was awesome. Food, service, vibe, I liked very much the large variety of great food, lots of attractions around, and also they have a nice play room full of things to do for the kids.

Don’t go there. Room not clean, toilet extremely dirty after asking room service twice to clean toilet. Food is dry not fresh, waiting to be served an hour Dirty cups, and salt shakers never been washed Appetizer was dry like dog food waiting for the Next dish almost an hour the Sad think I need to stay here over the weekend hope I will not get sick.

Stayed for a very extended weekend. The hotel lobby, rooms, gym, pool, dining and service was just great. The staff was attentive to all our needs. The food was 5 stars. Regular dinner was done to perfection. The weekend/sabbath food was great. I was stuffed and it kept coming. They had a full bar including kosher wines. To top it off the Arlington hotel within a short driving distance to all types of winter activities. We had skiing, snowmobiles, dog sledding, ice castle, zipline, and more. Thanks for a nice stay.

Its the worst hotel in the area. They have used and abused the entire employee market in the area between harassment and pay scandals. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. Also as someone who served there the dishes are wiped off before your food is put on them because they are never clean and I bet if people inspected their rooms more closely they would be horrified. F for quality of service, business management, and employee treatment.

Love this place very clean and khoser… the room is big and modern. The pool water is the best warm and no chlorine. Hebrew runed and owned, so you will see the people and culture here which I love. One reviews said they couldn't swim together which I'm sure was because of the timing. Co ed swim time. I have absolutely No complaints about this place it's quiet and elegant.

Stayed here for two nights. Our room was large with modern furniture that was neat looking. Thought it would be really nice. However, we checked the reviews and somebody said that a man came in her room at night because apparently he sleeps in the rooms at night or something, so we put a chair under each door just in case. The first night was uneventful. The second day, we realized our king bed was actually just two twin beds pushed together, which we thought was pretty cheap. We were told we cannot go in the pool together (my fiancé and I) by one of the workers who was definitely not an owner or manager or anything. The second night, our last night there, the fire alarm went off at 1:00 in the morning. We went out in the lobby with all of maybe 8 guests staying there, and the woman at the desk said she's not allowed to turn the alarm off and she had to call the fire department to do it. What!? Somehow the fire alarm gets turned off anyway before the fire department got there. The fire alarm continued to go off every hour until almost 5:00 AM. They kept saying it was coming from down by the kitchen. Like, a door being propped open or something. Then they said it was a faulty smoke alarm. Then they said it was something else. Then the fire department couldn't figure out why it kept going off. I am pregnant and we had an 8+ hour drive the next day and it was just terrible.

Had a group gathering for a weekend. Was an amazing experience, delicious food and great accommodation. Highly recommended.

Beautiful modern hotel. Only one elevator for 4 floors. Ridiculously slow. Painful to use. Hard to believe they built a new hotel with only one elevator! Phone reservations very poorly handled. No live person to talk with and it took days for them to return my call. Gorgeous hotel.

Im not sure how to rate my stay, We were there 2 weeks ago arrived 5AM they gave us a room in lass then 5 min. My surprise was when I got to my room I saw 39inch beds… The food was great, Pool hours are: most of the time closed Check out took us 30 min, Please note it's a jewish based hotel (which I've got no problem) Service/staff was great…

Got the reservation in person at 2:45 pm, receptionist told us to wait until 3:00-3:30 for our room to get ready. We decided to go out for a late lunch and came back at 5:30. Room wasn't ready still and is almost 7:00 pm and we are still waiting. Other guests are also waiting at the lobby. So far everything looks so nice, and staff is friendly (most of them).

Positive Clean room. Positive Nice staff. Negative We made it clear we were paying cash was told the card would not be charged and is only held on file. The card was charged we were informed it would be put right back on. Payed cash at check out. Here we are day 3 and it is still charged to my card. The hotel couldn't not help and said it was not charged. Claim filled with bank. Negative This is a Hasidic Jewish hotel. There is a synagogue on site, as well as a kosher dinner. (no this isn't "negative" per say but… they were "parting" loud out side in the garden area having a fire until around 2 am. This made it hard to sleep as my child kept getting woken. The staff will not do anything as they are the biggest part of their business and do not want to upset them. Negative The pool closes at 8PM? Like really? Negative Breakfast is not until 9 AM. That is late but I guess not if the whole hotel is up until 2 am. The hotel was nice but definatly not for us. It says luxury but it is just new and clean. We will not be going back! Hope my review helps as I wish I seen one similar prior to staying. Not worth the price you pay.

Can't remember ever going to a hotel with that "new hotel" smell… Everything is new with a sleek, modern design. Bed linens and towels are solidly above average, bordering on luxurious. The hotel does cater to the Jewish community with a full Kosher kitchen (I believe only in season though) and a synagogue on site. Complimentary water is always appreciated. No complaints so​ far, just checked in so I'll further review in the morning.

They kept on making charges to our credit card long after we went home, when we called about it no one was helpful.
I got an email from them with an attached receipt, different from what we got when we checked out, with an added breakfast charge for a breakfast we have never eaten and were long home already. Now I'm debating if it pays to go back to this beautiful place even if they gave us so many headaches.

I'd like to give you my review of the Arlington hotel in Bethlehem New Hampshire. We did go there over the Fourth of July weekend and had a wonderful time. The food was fabulous delicious and had an Amazing presentation. A friend of ours Who came with us is a vegetarian and he had no problems eating over Shabbos. He enjoyed the food and thought it was an outstanding and many choices for him. The food however during the week for a vegetarian was not as plentiful as was for the nonvegetarians. The shabbos food package did include a buffet meal before Shabbos, a delicious Friday night multicourse dinner with unbelievable desserts, a plentiful shabbos morning breakfasts. A post dovening amazing kiddush, he delicious lunch one hour later. A sholu seudis dinner as well is a fresh hot melava malka at 11:30 PM. A buffet hot breakfast on Sunday morning. The hotel rooms were spacious clean luxurious and very modern. The hotel layout was very nice and the crowd there was very friendly outgoing and nonjudgmental. The location of the hotel and outdoor activities in the area was phenomenal. There were very few downsides to our stay at the Arlington hotel. It would've been nice to have an outdoor as opposed to just an indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The wait staff were very friendly however need more training.

We vacationed in NH and The Arlington Hotel was the highlight of our visit. The new and modern accommodations are incredible. The service by all staffers is second to none. We were especially impressed with the service of Yolanda and Noel on the kitchen staff. They were so helpful, humorous and gracious. Thank you The Arlington for a wonderful NH experience! We look forward to coming back. Y&e m.

The hotel has a modern look and is clean and accommodating. We have really enjoyed our stay so far. The amenities are very nice and the meals have been excellent.

WOW What a experience. The kind of hotel that each and every one would dream of. There's no word to describe the Comfort, Food, Staff, clean Rooms, Frashness, in this brand new hotel. And what not. I would definitely recommend.

My stay at this hotel was the worse experience I ever had in my travels. There was a group of people outside my hotel room in the court yard until 3 am, being very load and smoking where the smoke was coming through the heating vents. I also had the room above us walking around making load foot step noises at 2 in the morning. I called the front desk but nothing was done. Needless to say my family for about 3 hours asleep due to the disruption. When I checked out next morning no one mentioned a thing about my complaint. This is totally disrespectful/unacceptable. The staff were not friendly. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The rooms are clean and comfy. No problems with the room at all. But not happy with the rest of our stay. There was no breakfast on site like mentioned, nor is there a bar. Where is the restaurant? All of these mentioned above as well as the gym, spa, Discounted lift tickets not available. We were told not available until the renovations are complete,. Hopefully a month & half. This should of been mentioned before booking.
