It's clean, nothing fancy. Views of Mt Washington are outstanding. Indoor pool is large and clean, sauna eas great after hiking all day. Great location for hiking and skiing. Bretton woods ski area is within a half mile. Somewhat of a drive to civilization, roughly 22 miles to north conway.

I highly recommend this Lodge. My husband and I were only there for one night. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, there's a little shop that includes everything from beer/wine, snacks, toilitries, and most anything you need in the lobby incase you forgot to pack something. We will be returning for many years to come! Also, the views are absolutely stunning!

Facility is a little tired. No elevator. Room was too warm but adjustment to A/C fixed that. Had to pay in advance (6 months before stay) ; found this a little strange.

Beautiful setting. Nice lodge. Rooms are clean and adequate. There was no hot water during a busy point of 7am on Saturday morning, but otherwise we had a nice stay here.

Great location near the slopes with free shuttle bus and lift pass included in the room rate. Great view of Mount Washington from our room too!

Dirty room. Long cold walk for coffee trash in parking lot. No breakfast for a 3 star place. Really disappointed not worth the money next time I'll look for better deals pay all the money for a 1 star winter lodge. 3 star summer lodge.

Clean and neat. Very basic and affordable lodging near resort. There's a store in the lodge but it's very overpriced. No breakfast, but complimentary coffee all day.

The staff were extremely nice and it was such an easy trip next store to the Mt Washington resort for a wedding. Great view and decent sized room. No complaints.

The rooms are small and not well kept. The phone didn't work, the safe did not work, the blankets had holes and stains in them, the chairs where small wooden and uncomfortable, and the "heated" pool was cold. Not worth the money at all. You can get a better room right down the road for half the price.

The rooms are nice and clean, they are also pretty spacious. They got rid of the the contenential breakfast which is definitely a negative.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Unfortunately they no longer offer free breakfast, but to be fair they don't seem to advertise it anymore. Friendly staff.

The bed was too soft and clothes hanging rod was too low other than that it was ok.

Bathrooms were a bit dated. Room was nice. We had a balcony and that was nice. They could provide a few more cloth hangers.

We had a breathtaking view of Mount Washington from our porch. The rooms are quite comfortable and the service is excellent!

The staff were accommodating, but our room was not ready at check in. We ended up waiting 2 hours.

Location, location, location! Nice rooms, with a great view of Mt. Washington and the hotel. Will definitely stay here next time we are in the white mts!

L T, The same thing happened to me! I totally made a reservation to stay at the Omni, got my confirmation saying The Lodge! This place is on par with a motel 6. Bad business! Glad I am not the only one. My advice — get a screen shot of your reservation before you place it! Or you end up like L T and I and get screwed paying high rates for a Motel 6 quality stay.

This is not the Omni (Nice looking hotel across the street) even though the Omni facility can be used. The room has the look and feel of a cheap motel, I stayed in Room 108 and bathrooms had stains from leaks, not what I expected for $158 dollars. Breakfast is cereal, bagel and coffee. The pool and sauna were very good and clean otherwise I would have disliked the whole experience.

I booked thinking I was getting a room at the Omni Hotel across the street but I got duped into this one. This is nowhere near 3 1/2 stars it should be rated at 2stars at best. The pool and sauna was good but breakfast and service was mediocre. The rooms and beds were not comfortable just okay.

I don't usually write reviews, but this place needs to post a warning… One of the worst rooms I have stayed in. First of all, you walk up to your room in an open, not well lit odd staircase. The mattress was caved-in on one side and had a hump in the middle. It was obviously well worn. The bath fan sounded like a train. The room was dirty. The sliding glass doors had a great view of Mt Washington if you could ignore the large dried spill that was on the glass (tomato juice maybe? ). Once you walk out onto the balcony (to get a better view), you find old dirty outdoor carpet with cigarette butts all over it. The lighting in the room was ridiculous. There was no coffee in the room. The towels were old and cheap. The carpet was cheap. The furniture sparse and cheap. The refrigerator was old and very loud. The lobby was a mess due to remodeling, but come on folks… You don't leave light fixtures dangling from the lobby ceiling. They don't serve food anymore. They charged nearly $200 per night and give you a $50 per night room. No, I won't stay there again. If it wasn't so late when I arrived, I would have gone elsewhere. The next night, I stayed down the road in a clean, modern place, slept on a comfy bed, and spent half the money.

I always have fun here. A top mountain of new england. Trails have always been well groomed when I come up.
