Overall an excellent one night stay. I’ve stayed several times with work but this was our first family trip to Mt Washington hotel. Food excellent. Service great. Check-in At 4 was not ready but they made it right by doing late checkout. Only constructive feedback is bathroom near cave was pretty filthy at 9am on a Tuesday. No seat covers. Toilets dirty. Etc. Surprised the cleaning crew didn’t have bathrooms fresh to start the day. Bed mattresses in Omni Bretton Arms were pretty worn. Springy and below quality you’d expect. Still a solid 5 star rating for the overall experience.

Best breakfast in nh, perhaps usa. The SERVICE views, food, variety even vegetarian &we returned since. Their waffles are the most delicious we ever had, fresh fruit. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel, very plush and comfortable rooms. But, had to wait for over 5 minutes for the desk clerk to return and check me in.

Iconic hotel in rural New Hampshire. Enjoyed the Bretton Woods history from post WWII. Great service staff and beautiful surroundings. Food is very good, if pricey. The grounds could use a little sprucing up — peeling paint, shabby landscaping — but maybe we were early for the season. Enjoyed staying at the Bretton Arms on the grounds — much smaller, quieter and very gracious (and no noisy kids). Glad we came!

Dinner at the Bretton Arms Inn was exquisite. I booked our dinner through open table and was told this restaurant was more of an intimate secluded dining experience compared to some of the other restaurants at the resort. By far the best dinner (and most expensive) we had while staying at the Omni Resort. All food was prepared to the nines and the service was very attentive and professional. I really enjoyed the warm bread, wedge salad, and beef tenderloin. They even surprised us with a Happy Anniversary dessert.

Horrible customer service. Incredibly expensive if you bring a pet. The walls are so thin you can hear everything.

Excellent food nice place to go to get away from the masses up in the Mt. Washington hotel.

Seriously disappointing. But first, to their credit, the staff was beautiful along with the grounds. Now to why they get 2 stars from me. Grant it, I'm used to resorts where one gets, not only an amazing staff and view, but equally amazing rooms and anything else you can dream up of for a price not too far off from this Omni. This Omni was old and in need of a good overall remodel. I heard they did this and if they did, then it was poorly done. The room furnishings were worn and really poorly situated. (I'm not talking an antique look either — just old and worn) If you stay at the INN you will have flies in your room and dogs barking all day long and at times in the evening. The main hotel is not much better either as far as the rooms are concerned. The spa is OK, but walking around the grounds was very nice. You really don't get much for the price. I wouldn't mind paying high prices for things but I'd like to feel that I get what I paid for and with Omni in the White Mountains, I didn't. Not at all. The rooms really need major change. This is not a Luxury hotel. This is all about the land. Oh, and you don't get a view from the rooms. (unless its the very high end room which isn't much either) If you think THIS hotel is luxury… you need to get out more. If only Disney could take over this hotel…

The Bretton Arms is a nice inn and restaurant. The interior is very nice, and horses walk past the dining room every few minutes. I did not stay here, but I did eat at the restaurant, where the food was good. It is only a short walk from the hotel and a 2-minute or so drive from the ski slopes. Overall a nice place to visit for a meal.

Played golf today! Great friends and an absolutely awesome course and beautiful day!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. The location alone makes this a must-visit. 9/10 would visit again.

I prefer the Bretton Arms Inn to the main hotel because it's a much nicer experience. The rooms are more spacious, the inn has that cozy New England feel, and it's quiter than the main resort.

Gorgeous large rooms! Was disappointed there was no coffee maker but when inquired at the front desk they got us one right away. The grounds r gorgeous and I plan to visit again!

The rooms are nice and big and well kept. The front desk is very helpful. I think it's the best place to stay on Mount Washington (and I've stayed at most of the places there). It's quieter than the bigger hotels too.

Didn't stay but did tour two rooms and the common areas. Rooms are large and very attractive. The staff was so welcoming! A cozier choice of lodging over Mt. Washington but you still have access to the amenities of the large resort.

Havent stayed at it, but I have eaten there multiple times. I must say eating there is a delight. The restaurant is out of the way but its real nice. They treat you well there. High quality clean glass bottled water. The food is outstanding. The presentations are clean and the taste is wonderful. I've really enjoyed their steak as it is tender, cooked to perfection, and it comes without any gimmicks or bullcrap. The sauce with it is real flavorful. Between the appetizer and the main course they give you a palate cleanser, and that really ups the dining experience. I cant remember if I've ordered desserts there. After you're done they give you warm, moist towellettes to wipe off and just relax with for a minute. Now THAT is good customer care. Definitely worth the big price tag. The Location is lowkey and the decore is simple, but elegant. Would recommend to everyone with enough money and I would go there over and over again.

The Mount Washington Hotel is magical. The whole place is beautiful, with incredible porches wrapping around it. Our room was enormous and very comfortable — — I loved the down comforter and pillows! Every member of the staff that we met was friendly and helpful. We explored the whole hotel, sat by the fire pit in the evening to watch the moon rise over Mt. Washington, had complimentary wine and snacks in the princess lounge, ate a delicious dinner at Stickneys and played checkers in the gorgeous lobby. It's more like a palace than a lobby really. I'll be back as soon as I can possibly get there! Oh, and skiing at Bretton Woods was fantastic!

Food was excellent but very expensive. The rooms were nice however the service was poor. The people will not care for. There is a game room, free Wi-Fi, free valet, and a restraunt.

Well, what are you expecting from the room with $600 tag? Please dont. It is typical Mariott or Hilton room and nothing more with the price $200. Food and stuff are very nice. Snow tubing is nice for the kids 1-6. If older you need to drive to other places.
