I spent part of the night in my car to warm up yes I could have left but signal is so bad I couldn’t reach another place and not knowing the area and it’s late and dark had no idea where to go so my car felt a better option I asked if he could tell me where a store was so I could go and buy a blanket — no response Guess maintenance is still on its way more than 12 hours after texting the owner. Dirty rags in room, dirty fireplace and no wood to make a new one (as promised on website there is a working fireplace) There confirmation is very quick to tell you all the no exceptions for a variety of things but really in about 35 years this is the first place that doesn’t provide a hairdryer for shampoo either — I didn’t use the shower because the basin was so dirty I sure the shower was not cleaned either So sad that people continue to get away with this And seriously who decants coffee into ziplock bags when you offer self check in for your safety.
