This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed out. Rude front desk and management and just a horrible place for families and groups. If you're looking for a place to dump a body, this place is for you.

Good location for our needs and always great people. Great restaurant across the street plus Dunkin’ Donuts.

It is close to Gillette stadium. The room was clean and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was included and it was good. A nice selection. I gave 4 stars because there was a $20 charge at check-in that I was not expecting.

Highway Robbery… They advertised $329 a night for double beds but actually for twin beds, the room is leaking all over and the breakfast WAS AWFUL. We've been customers for the last 5 years at best western but, This new management is messing up everything by robbing people. Not recommended!

Wonderful hotel and experience. We arrived early to our hotel with 2 young children. The staff was gracious enough to allow us to check in 4 hours early so our kids could rest after a long drive. That was very kind and much appreciated. They also had a great breakfast that offered gluten free options. Hotel was clean and close to everything. Will definitely recommend or return in the future!

We needed a place to stay for a few days while work was being done at our home. The Best Western in Sharon was close by, so we got a basic king room. Our room And private bath was super clean and nicely updated. We appreciated the nice toiletries and soft towels. Good value.

There is no pool and the breakfast is awful. The advertised double beds are actual twins. For $329 a night you are better off sleeping in your car.

Breakfast was decent, stay was comfy and quiet. Not quite close to Boston as I would have liked but still a good location if you are planning on seeing other New England locations — half HR from Salem, Half hour from Rhode Island, and half HR from Boston.

The second night staying here. We got back to the hotel and the beds were made up, but the sheets were NOT clean. I could tell because a little black dot/stain that was on them yesterday was still on them today. It makes me wonder if they had even changed the sheets before I got here. I informed the front desk, but who knows if they'll do anything. The reservations were under "Panetta". This is disgusting.

We stayed two nights for a wedding and had a very positive experience. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast had good options and coffee was always available. I went for a long run and juice, cookies, and fruit were available upon return. The room was very clean, did not smell of smoke at all as many do. The bed was very comfortable and I had the best sleep I've had in a while. Although there's a highway adjacent, they did a great job noise proofing the room and we appreciated the black out shades. It is also conveniently located. There's a pub, Dunkin Donuts, and convenience store within walking distance right across the street. It was the best Best Western experience I've had.

Dropped in pretty late to stay over after a late girls night. Booked on Priceline 45 minutes before arrival. Literally checked in, too a slower and went to sleep. Got up and left early the next morning. Everything was fine for a hundred bucks (including taxes etc). I wouldn't pay regular price though.

Excellent value. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent hot breakfast with a variety of options, well presented. But if noise is a problem for you, make sure to ask for a room away from the nearby highway.

Awesome place. Clean, newish, great rooms. The entire staff from the manager to the cleaning crew are respectful, polite, and personable. Only 2 miles from Gillette stadium. Decent workout room as well.

The Best Western Plus on Rte 1 is always our first choice in Sharon/Foxboro. Their staff has always been helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and Wi-Fi and TV, refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker in the room complete the package. We'd recommend Best Western Plus to anyone who needs a good hotel room to stay in.

This hotel is just right. Price reflects the place. Breakfast is included, covers the basics but it cleanest not so sure.

Stayed here for our first Pats game. Two things good about this hotel is location and Cleanliness. Overall we were not satisfied with this hotel due to the noise. There was a party going on all night, we stayed on the second floor but it sounded like there were monkeys jumping around all night on top of us and through the stairwell. Doors were slamming, we could hear people in the hallways, and cars in the parking lot parking, honking, and doors slamming. This was our last stay in Mass before heading back to Arizona. Because of no rest, this is going to be a very long day for us. Next time we attend a game we will stay elsewhere due to the rudeness of people and the staff not taking care of it.

If you are planning to go to a Pats game, Stay here! Straight shot right down the road from patriots place. Clean rooms, decent complementary breakfast and front desk people have wonderful customer service skills. We will be back.

Stepanie Rocks! Outstanding stay experience! My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The reservation clerk Stephanie treated me like family. She has excellent interpersonal skills and vast knowledge about the Best Western Plus rewards program. She set me up to receive "double rewards" points and explained how I will get a free night day once I accumulate enough rewards points. I felt really good about dealing with Stephanie. She is very professional, straight-forward, witty, funny, and quite pleasant on the eyes. Whenever I'm in this area I will definitely reserve residency here. This establishment is very bless and fortunate to have a "top-notch reservation clerk that is truly great at doing her job and out customers first. First road trip with my oldest grandson aaidyn. We had a great time at this hotel. Beds were super comfy and breakfast was delicious and included in the price. A great bargain for us. Here we come Boston.

Good hotel for price and location. I left super early in the morning so I didn't get breakfast. Room was fairly small, but served it purpose.

The breakfast served was a wonderful variety and the area was kept so clean and well stocked. The bedroom/bathroom was very pleasant, and the bed & pillows were so very comfortable. Such an enjoyable stay! Staff so helpful and friendly☺

This place was amazing. The peolke here were so nice, kind and direct. The breakfast, the cookies the gym were all very good. The rooms were very clean and so we're the beds the place was very neat and professional even had many railings and nonslip floors for the elderly this was a amazing place.

All around neat and clean. Rooms are nicely decorated, bathroom was extremely clean. Quiet. Got in late, left early and didn't have time to enjoy the free breakfast. But this hotel satisfied my need 100%.

I stayed with 2 friends for 3 nights for the Kenny Chesney concert this past weekend. The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. The proximity to Patriot Place was the reason I picked this hotel and I'm glad I did. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a nice bonus. I will definitely stay there again if I return to Foxborough.

Starting my 3rd week of 4 staying here. So far the rooms have been fine, maintenance and housekeeping are both awesome. Front desk has been quick to iron out any issues and have been very friendly throughout. The breakfast offered up each morning has been decent enough, my only issue is occasionally-2 days a week, getting the food out and ready by the promised 6am start time has been a problem. Not that waiting until 6:10 makes me late, just a minor inconvenience. All things considered I am happy with my extended stay thus far and recommend this hotel.

It was overall a pretty decent hotel. It had a clean bed, clean bathroom, fridge, microwave, and a relatively spacious room. The floor was a bit dirty, but passable. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was good as well. If you're looking for a good, relatively cheap hotel, this is the place to go.

Stayed for 3 nights. Nice size room with breakfast included. Dunkin Donuts over the road. About 30 mins from Boston. Room was clean and staff welcoming. Would recommend.

We has a bad experience at another hotel and found best western at the last minute. We were very happy with our stay. From the fresh fruit at breakfast to the warm shower and clean beds and towels it was a nice stay. We liked the location right off rt. 1 but the traffic wasn't a problem. The staff was great and made us feel welcome. The hot breakfast was a nice boost to our morning. The only thing I wanted was a shower knob that was easier to turn on. You had to get into the shower to pull it on. We would stay again!

My son and I stayed in a large suite room for the Scrabble Championship hosted within the Gillette Stadium. It was a great stay. Staff were helpful and courteous. The breakfast offered enough choice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The exercise room was simple but satisfactory — most importantly it was clean with towels and water.

Okay, small rooms. Would have been nice to get an upgrade since hotel was literally empty from diamond status. They did not even recognize and I had to request water at checkin. There better for same price in this area.

Not a bad place, breakfast was very basic, but then you get what you pay for. Room was good, clean and spacious. I would stay there again if in the area. Ideal if in town to watch the Patriots as stadium 10-15 minutes away.

Did not provide shuttle to and from stadium … Had 3rd party service that would only accept cash and drove very dangerously.

They have obviously updated this Hotel since the last reviews were posted. The Staff has gone above and beyond for our expended stay. The mgmt. Continuously asks if everything is ok and if anything is needed. The breakfast is always hot and plentiful, and they keep it that way until the ending time. Maintenance has kept the sidewalks, parking lot and entries clean and safe. Not an easy task considering it's record snows. The cleaning staff is amazing. They cleaned our room to my wife's (sometimes unrealistic) standards. I would recommend this Hotel for either long stay, or a night or two.

Overpriced hotel for sure! This place needs a fresh coat of paint and some love. I mean, if you're going to spend over $125 a night for a room, it needs to have some sort of class. The front staff was decent, but not the best I've had. I would look further down the road if I were you.
