From Day 1, this place is very nice and clean, excellent customer service, will surely stay here again someday.

Do not recommend staying here! Hotel is way to over priced for the quality, and their rates are apparently different from what is listed on their website. A whole extra $100. Use this hotel as a last resort.

Called last night to book 2 nights at hotel the guy who answered did not identify himself, when I asked whom I was speaking to rudely saying why do you want to know and even the lady was rude. Later again I called and the guy said he is Francis… Rude uncouth need more manners.

Room is very clean and nice. Staff have been nice a d helpful. Wish there was an outdoor pool but other then that it's great. In a good location too.

I asked the hotel to do a wedding block 11 months away and was told they were sold out. Upon doing my own search on their website, I saw that this was not true at all. A business that turns away a customer who was willing to book many rooms, is a questionable business. This was the only hotel in the Plymouth area to tell me they were sold out so for anyone looking for a room block, I would not recommend this hotel.

Service is good. Parking is nice. Room is clean and spacious. Unfortunately you can hear the people upstairs. We we're on 1st floor. Could use a remodel to dampen noises.

Old hotel but clean and a very accommodating staff. Could use a face lift. Sofa worn out, a broken chair but bed comfortable and loaded with comfy pillows. Good access to town and pier. Would stay there again.

Pleasant hotel at about 2.5 km from Plymouth. We used it as a base and to see Cape Cod and for the return to Boston. It has a nice indoor pool, hearty continental breakfast and spacious rooms.

Great location to downtown Plymouth and right off the highway.

Entire staff was very hospitable, esp. Andy. He made sure we got the right rooms (given I was traveling with family) away from a party room. Our yosemite trip was cancelled and we ended up staying an additional day. Even when we had to change rooms our luggage was moved for us. Great breakfast bar, very courteous and super friendly staff. We’ve been to the MGM grand after SFO and I can say without hesitation that Andy and staff, and the stay at Holiday Inn Express was a thousand times better than than the stay at MGM, Vegas.

Clean rooms, clean bathroom, free parking and healthier breakfast items (egg whites, whole wheat, low sugar yogurt). The breakfast area and front lounge is taken care of and looks nice. Overall, a good place to stop into before heading into the bay area.

We had attended the Levitate Music and Arts Festival at the Marshfield Fairgrounds just up the road on July 7/8 2018. Easy and quick check in and out. Breakfast was ok, fresh made waffles was the best item. No complaints about anything. We didn't have time to use the pool, but many others did. It was a busy weekend for the hotel.

I stay here often every year for work. Location is good for work. Service is always Stellar very friendly. Rooms are always consistently clean which is key. And also fairly recently modernized. Perfectly comfortable for business travel.

Good location at El Camino Real but not that noisy on the front side of the building. Free parking spot in front of the building or under it. The staff was very helpful and friendly though I did not have any issues or special requests. The breakfast is complimentary and typical – but do not expect a European style setup. The bed was very comfortable and hard enough to have a good sleep. The Wi-Fi was bit slow and if you are more away from the main corridor it becomes slower and slower – this resulting a good connection in the bathroom, fair in the bed but poor at the desk designated to use your laptop.

The room was nice however had a problem with the rate. I was quoted one price and charged another price. I'm confidence that the amount charged will be corrected.

We had a nice stay. No problems. Room was a little noisy from people above us coming in late and stomping around.

Have stayed here before. Would wonderful. Just wish there was one closet to Scituate where our family are.

Stayed 2 nights. It's a Comfort Inn. It's what you expect. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good — the first time I've seen sugar free syrup for the waffles. That's good! Rooms were clean. And quiet. Close to freeway.

The hotel is way too expensive for what it offers. The rooms and furnishings have also experienced better times. The breakfast served its purpose, but also not. But it's at least clean.

Though it isn't that great of a place to stay, it still is a place to stay! I would give it 4 or 5 stars, but at least the breakfast is nice!

We stayed in this hotel because it was close to my son and inexpensive. It was clean and simple with a choice of pillows for the bed. We did not stay for the hot breakfast in the morning but it looked like it was a standard hot breakfast. We would stay there again.

Great place to stay! Conveniently located & amazing value for the price we paid. Breakfast buffet was delicious with good selection, great coffee and the beds & pillows were very comfortable.

I love this place, the suites on the first floor is like a home away from home, the French doors between the bedroom and bath and the living room and kitchen is my son's favorite thing, plus, it's nice and close to the pool area.

The front desk gets 5 stars for fantastic service during the hurricane! They were patient and accommodating. We had 2 rooms, booked last minute and they still managed to keep us next to each other and near the pool for the kids. Coffee was hot, breakfast was good. It was a fun last minute birthday surprise for my granddaughters birthday! They even stored her ice cream cake for us in their freezer!

Rooms are fine but you can definitely hear people walking around upstairs of you. Sometimes the ventilation system is noisy during the night, even with the air conditioner and bathroom fans turned off. Employees are friendly and location is convenient to the caltrain and restaurants.

Stayed here for a work trip and while the staff was very nice and the room was clean, it quickly became obvious that maintenance needs to be done. The door to the cabinet that had the fridge was off one of the hinges and fell every time it was opened. The fridge must have been unplugged before. My stay and water had filled the drip tray causing it to spill all over the carpet when I tried to empty it. Paint was chipping here and there throughout the room. Overall, it was a good stay but for the rate (~$400 a night) you would think they would take better care. Had I been paying for it instead of the company I would have probably complained.

The hotel was close to the highway. The rooms were a reasonable size. The room was clean and the be comfortable. I thought it was a bit expensive for the class of hotel it falls into.

But I was very disappointed, price is way too high — they charged me 377.00 for one night, bad front desk service — I explained to them that the refriggerator was way too loud and kept me up all night, but the guy wouldn't budge on the price — he should find different line of work. Super comfy beds, really clean, awesome breakfast!

Rooms are large and clean. Staff do a good job. Wi-Fi and breakfast are included and the refrigerator and microwave are also in the room.

Good location close but not to close to all of san fran Close to the fwy, very accessible. Close to some good restaurants of all price ranges, close to cvs, walgreens, supermarket. About 35 to 45 min from the golden gate. About 25-35 min from pier 39. Rooms ok, small tvs maybe 32 inch Clean rooms, very attentive personal. Breakfast 3 stars, they need better choices and flavors on eggs, sausage. No bacon for breakfast: ( If they improve on the breakfast it will definitely be good. Beds are great and shower awesome.

The hotel was very clean, staff most accommodating and the bed extremely comfortable! Hot fresh breakfast available every morning for guests as well as coffee, teas & ice cold lemon water available 24/7. The hotel generously provided a special rate for Mayflower Descendants. We would highly recommend!

This is my regular go to hotel. Rooms are spacious and bed is really comfortable. Service is excellent, staff remembers you and make you feel home even after months of not showing up. After 3 years still my preferred hotel.

Very clean location. Though next to a busy street, it's surprisingly quiet. The staff are very nice and courteous. Great stay overall.

I have stayed at this particular Holiday Inn in Belmont and all I have to say is sheer excellence. I have had nothing less of a great experience. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was delish, and the staff excelled in customer service. I have never stayed at an Inn or hotel that made me fell as if I was their number one guest until Holiday Inn in Belmont CA. I would like to mention that I had great experiences with Anita, Maria, Andy, and many more that I could go on to mention. The housekeeping does an outstanding job! Lastly, I will be returning and recommending this Inn to all my friends and family. See y'all soon!

I'm currently a Diamond member of Choice privileges so I frequent your chain. But that is about to change after staying at your property in Plymouth Massachusetts I turned over the pillow I was sleeping on all night and found some pretty fresh blood splatter that had soaked through the pillow case and into the pillow that wasn't mine. Pretty obvious house keeping isn't doing a very good job at this property. I spoke to the front desk and the response was '' Sorry about that'', this must be common at this property. I wish I could post pictures. I will tell you right now if I come down with any illness this location and your chain will be hearing from my attorney. I'm very disappointed after many years of using your hotel chain and staying at this property!

Nice rooms decent breakfast friendly staff.

Worst experience here, will never book with a holiday inn. I was traveling from LA to Oregon, got to Belmont and decided to get a room. My funds weren't on my card until the morning, so a friend booked it online with their credit card, called and made sure that it was okay that I didn't have the card on me and asked if there any fees involved. The desk agent told her no. I get there at midnight, grab my overnight bag and go to check in. I get to the front desk and give them my I. D and a debit card. Then he tells me it doesn't go through, so I told him I know, the room is prepaid. He says that there is an extra $25 incidental charge that the person checking in has to physically swipe a card in order to book a room. I ask him why he didn't tell me friend that over the phone when she called and he said it must have been miscommunication. So I ask if I can pay it in cash. He says no. I ask if there's a wells Fargo around where I can go deposit cash into my card and he tells me where one is, but tells me he already took my name off the booking and he has no more rooms so it would be pointless. All within 20 minutes. I have never had any problems like this before. I'm not sure if this is just a holiday inn policy or just in Belmont, but I will be telling everyone I know NEVER to stay at a holiday inn.

Breakfast was good. Walk in shower. Unfortunately, the bathroom smelt like cleaning product. I'm not sure whether that is a good or bad thing. There was dirt caked on to the bottom of my bed decorative sheet (near the floor). Air conditioning was really spotty and woke me up throughout the night. Friendly staff. Free water in the mini fridge was a plus. Lots of space in the room, for the area.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express multiple times over the past couple years. Staff is nice but property is showing age. Last visit they were remodeling.

Good breakfast provided every morning — pancake machine, cinnamon rolls, omelettes, cereal, yogurt, juice, muffins, toast, … Room is spacious and clean, with decent internet Wi-Fi. Fitness room has three exercise machines — — elliptical, cycle, and treadmill. Very good location near plenty of restaurants, grocery store, and Caltrain.

Very rude disrespectful owners Tom and kalis small throw a person with a service dog out then when you call corporate to inform them of what the owners had down after they lie to corporate to cover there asses for violating the disability act they claim trashed the room but yet never charged for this susposed trashed room mind the trash they claim is actually trash in bag left for maids. Then the owners wife calls local police. After corporate confronts them on there wrong doing to the point the police knew it was owner being vindictive after complaint since was still on phone with corporate as police arrived so for anyone with disabilities stay far away from here mind you this owner donates to local hospital to fix her horrendous self of an owner had me and my service sit on curb till could find another place to go staff great owners shouldn't be owners as she has no problem stealing money from people c. F. Credit cards then lie and claim that deposit is over $200 dollar yet own policy states no deposit required if paying with debt or credit card I'm not the 1st person they have treated wrong and when you do bring issues to their attn it's always someone's else's fault owners that take responsibility for their actions DONT STAY HERE PLENTY OF BETTER CHOICES 3MINS AWAY AGAIN DON'T STAY HERE.

Very clean non smoking rates ok weekend rates outrageous.

Excellent… I like that they have a charger for all your devices and even the clock radio has two usb outlets and is Bluetooth so you can put your music there.

This is my first option when doing business travel. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, basic breakfast is included and staff is very friendly. Wifi is sometimes unstable, but wired Internet is available within the room. There is none to low noise from outside and rooms where recently renovated. While it's not fancy it's a solid choice and still my favorite.

Wi-Fi slow but it's expected. Loved the breakfast and liked the experience. Was inly there for two nights and no days but would recommend again.

Quiet location except for the trains, great breakfast, close to everything.

This is the hotel of horrors. I checked in and the girl asked if I had reservations I said yes but she booked me under a new one and not mine and over charged me — after a 8 hr drive I wasn't really with it. Then I had ants in my bed plus nasty black hairs. I asked to speak to a manager and I got they had to cover a shift and can't be here all the time. Asked her to call me and she didn't. When I came back I was told that having my room changed was enough and If I was staying another night then I obviously liked the accommodations and if I didn't then check out and leave — so I was "politely" kicked out. When finally got a hold of the owner she said they are only sugar ants and it's been warm out. I said I wanted a discount of something for how I had been treated and she said they couldn't. I said couldn't or won't and she said I won't and hung up on me. If you find fault the act like you are attcking them personally, not proffessional, no customer service training at all because they twist everything so it is the guests fault and not there own. These star ratings are bogus probably by people they know — absolutely horrible. Plus she went in and messed with my bank account over 24 hrs after I checked out.

I have an excellent experience. The personal at the front desk is really friendly and helpful. The hotel was recently remodel with nicer rooms.

Enjoyed my stay here. A good hotel, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Free Wi-Fi bandwidth is good for office work. Breakfast spread is good, having wide variety and tasty. Location is good depending on your work place destination. Caltrain stn. Safeway, AT&T, McD, Subway, domino's are all at Walking distance. Only issue I think for long stays is that they don't have own laundry facility for guests, but you can avail same from nearby laundry (a bit expensive) or go to nearby laundromat (min 4miles)

It was nice the hotel and deserved 5 stars. The thing that makes me give 4 is the Wi-Fi. There is also a sign with written: You can surf the Internet thanks to our Wi-Fi metre in truth does not take even Wi-Fi.
