Had a wonderful Father’s Day. Great view delicious breakfast. And Mike was an amazing guy helped with every need.

We love this place! beautiful historical mansion, gorgeous seaside location. Such charm and character. We also love Pete and Mike!

It’s a awesome place especially seeing my face there as staff we are full of laughs jokes but also make your stay worth it!

Our room is perfect! Private Indoor sunroom and a outdoor private deck. Can’t wait to try breakfast.

I can’t believe I stayed in the marvelous room that, my favorite racer, and actor that Paul Newman did…

Excellent food & service. My wife and I enjoyed everything and would like to return.

First, staff were exceptional and so was the location. The cleanliness however was terrible, as the mold was so bad that I was forced to sleep in my car since I was unable to breathe in the master bedroom of the suite, and my son was sleeping in the other room. DEFINITELY avoid if you have any sensitivity to mold.

Not worth the $$$$. The overview states many celebrities have stayed here. They would NOT today. The grounds are unkempt, except for the beautiful garden as you drive in. Our "Best room in the Inn" had tape holding the bathroom shade together, plastic "wicker" furniture with ill-fitting cushions. Our porch was unswept which attacted bees. Surrounding trees, which could easily be trimmed, obstruct waterviews. Breakfast was good. Common areas need sprucing up and all I kept noticing were cobwebs in what could be gorgeous chandeliers. Outside chairs are plastic with no cushions… all this for over 400 per night. Would not recommend at half the price.

An outstanding location, a excellent service. It was a quiet and peaceful stay, and the breakfast was pretty good.

I found Yankee clipper on a whim I must say the best find. Adorable rooms, stunning gardens and the staff well I can't say enough very friendly and helpful lovely breakfast have decided to return next year.

Quaint, cozy and charming! Excellent location with a spectacular view of the ocean! Private balcony off the 2 room suite was awesome! Comfortable bed and nice linens on the bed and in the bathroom! Great staff! Very welcoming! We can't wait to come back!

One of the best mini vacations we ever had. Panoramic ocean views, delicious breakfasts made fresh, muffins, bagels, breads, coffee, teas etc. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. They go above the call of duty to meet your needs. Inn is clean and the views are outstanding. Premises are stunning. Can't say enough about the staff. Definitely returning next year, can't say enough about this quaint little Inn. Mike B and Tammy are top knotch.

Nice quiet inn. We stayed in the winter and they upgraded our room because no one else was staying there at the time.

I have known the Yankee Clipper since the 1950s. It has had shall we say consistant "yankee charm". The turning away a guest with a service dog was sad and displayed staff's inability to think out of the box. There are those who would not pato sue via the Federal ADA; hopefully this did not occur. Is Lydia's stand of Black Isis yet standing?

Beautiful spot. We loved our room with the "million dollar view". Breakfast was was great and the staff were very friendly. It was an easy ride to town and beaches.

I found this quaint historical Inn to be very comfortable and accommodating… Mike was awesome and the rest of the staff! Breakfast was very good… thanks to Tammy! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the perfect location!

Stayed at the Yankee Clipper Inn on our Honeymoon, the house and grounds were beautiful and had amazing views, we stayed in the Ariel sweet and loved our room especially the sunrises from our window. Mike the manager was excellent, he was super helpful and very knowledgeable and gave us the local scoop on spots to eat and visit. All in all we had an excellent stay and we will be back!

Sad to say that this beautiful facility has denied a man and his service dog to stay. Management needs to brush up on the American's with Disabilities Act.

Turning away a man with a certified service dog? Does nobody there know/understand the ADA rules? Rude and stupid.

Relaxing place to stay especially during a Nor-Easter.

I was looking for a particular experience and the Yankee Clipper Inn provided it perfectly. I wanted two things: solitude and the best possible view of the ocean. I spent the majority of my time on the balcony of my room, listening to the waves hit the shore and watching boats float by. Utterly memorizing view. The staff was gracious but also left me to my own devices. The inn is not a fancy place, but I found it quite comfortable. I would have loved if they had a restaurant on site for lunch and dinner, but they did have refrigerator space available for the groceries I brought. Can't wait to return.

We visited the Yankee Clipper for a second time. Since our last visit 2 years ago, the Inn has been significantly upgraded with new decks and very quiet air conditioning. The new owners also renovated the kitchen and hired a chef to run the new restaurant Bistro 127. Can't beat the ground and view which are to die for! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
