The BEST bed and breakfast in town! The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. The gourmet breakfasts will blow your mind or taste buds away. Inn keepers Debbie and Nick (and Jim too of course) go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and at home. This is truely our home away from home.

Good place he said that this man was not a tattoo of the person and he said he didn't talk about the fact they were able 3rd to do it all the and he was a blockbuster event in the world and I have no clue I have to be stupid to be stupid and just like I want you just text me to send the barcode and the gear 2's on it so I guess.

My husband and I stayed for a three day weekend in room which is a nice room with a private bathroom in the Victorian house. Debbie, the innkeeper, was very accommodating during our stay. Our flight brought us in early, so she was able to do an early check-in for us. They have different coupons and discounts for restaurants and activities in the area. It's a five minute walk from the harbor nearby, and also about a 5 minute walk from a private beach that sits behind it. This location was perfect to check out the beach and the touristy spots that we love so much. The breakfast we had was fresh fruit, a smoothie, a blueberry pastry, and puff pastry egg tarts along with coffee. Everything was phenomenal. We had a whale watching trip the next day and then had to leave on an early flight the following day, so we only had the one breakfast. However, Debbie was so sweet and packed u two baggies of fresh banana bread for our flight home since we missed breakfast. We really appreciated it since we had to leave around 4 am! The pool was chilly due to the weather, but we were still able to sunbathe and slowly wade in. If we ever go back to Rockport, we will be booking with Debbie again! Thank you for a lovely trip for our 6 year anniversary.

One of the owners (wife) made sure she had a vegan breakfast: oatmeal (with raisins, cinnamon, nuts/seeds and fresh apples), a fresh fruit smoothie, vegan pastry, fresh fruit salad (with kiwi, strawberries, pineapples, apples, grapes), and tea and juice available for us after she confirmed our dietary needs… which was very thoughtful! The other owner (husband) offered to pick us up from the little beach down the road when it started to drizzle a bit! They are a very thoughtful couple and it was a quaint location… and we met some very kind people there visiting from Texas. Overall, we would definitely stop here again when we stop in Gloucester for another Cape Ann Whale Watch… and there is a mall nearby and Salem is nearby too!

My husband and I could not have been more thrilled with our stay here! The Inn is charming and cozy, and Deb makes one of the best breakfasts I've ever had in my life. She and Nick are incredibly hospitable and friendly innkeepers — they really made us feel like family while we were there. We would go back up to Rockport again just to stay at their lovely inn.

My wife and my children spent two days in this excellent Inn. Everything was excellent. When you come to a hotel room, you want it to be grand, functional and beautiful. This is the case here. Everything is also extremely clean. I am a traveler. I am almost a nomad. And I know hotel life better than many other people. This family run Inn, has a beautiful location and the breakfast (home made) is simply unforgettable. Enjoy the experience if you are looking for a hotel in this beautiful Massachusetts area.

Great breakfast, Beautiful place, Great folks.

My husband and I stayed at the Inn in August for 2 nights. Such a magical and lovely place. I did not realize that the Inn was built in the 1760s! We stayed in room which was a good size with its own bathroom and fireplace. Everything was sparkling clean. The Inn has a parking lot which can hold many cars. It's an easy walk to the beach, or to Bearskin Neck, where all the shops and restaurants are. Now for the best part… the breakfast! Breakfast is served in 2 seatings: 8AM or 9AM. Innkeepers Nick and Deb do their own cooking and serving, along with 2 kitchen assistants. The 4-course breakfast is incredible! It is served in the beautiful, candlelit dining room. Each day there were 7 of us at the table. It was really cool talking to people who are from all over the world. Breakfast consists of a fruit plate, followed by a bakery item such as a muffin or a scone, then a fruit smoothie, and finally the main course. The first day our main course was french toast and bacon. The second day, it was Eggs Benedict served on a croissant. All perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. You definitely won't want to skip the breakfast for sure. I highly recommend this gem of a guest house located in this magical New England town.

We visited Seven South Street inn during the month of July and had the best time. We stayed in room 9, which was one of their smaller rooms, but it was perfect for us. We can't say enough good things about their inn — — it was charming, welcoming, and in close proximity to downtown Rockport. Deb and Nick made us feel right at home, always providing an exceptional breakfast each day and going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for the perfect stay. We loved our time at Seven South Street Inn and we're confident you will, too.

I made my second visit to this wonderful inn with my sisters. It was the perfect sisters trip. One more time I found the food was fantastic, the service was exemplary, and the location was perfect. It's a short few blocks walk into the heart of town, and the historical homes and flowers you'll see along the way are a bonus. Deb, Nick, Jim, and the team make you feel at home. We arrived to freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and coffee or tea, which is available at all times. The four course breakfast each morning was so elegant and delicious that we only needed dinner at night. The rooms are spotless and the bed linens are so soft you don't want to get up. I will be back for a third visit to this place that has become my second home in Rockport, MA.

Good location close to Rockport's restaurants. Old charming and well kept house. The owners make your feel like you're part of the family and are very helpful. Delicious three course breakfasts. We had a small comfortable room with adjoining patio, very nice.

One of nicest places I have stayed, great breakfast, and the host Jim was amazing.

My wife & I stayed for two nights over New Year Eve and were absolutely delighted. Proximity to town, shops and picturesque hikes along the waterfront. The rooms were clean, neat and crisp, each with there own bath. Breakfasts were outstanding, especially since I am a breakfast person. One day we had stuffed french toast and on New Years day if was Eggs Oscar, along with four other courses. Will definitely return during the high season.
