I've stayed at the Wylie a few times in the past five years. The staff is always nice and responsive to any requests or concerns. The rooms are relatively clean and neat, and all appliances work as expected. The Wi-Fi is free, but open and unsecured. It is not as fast as other establishments. The continental breakfast costs $10 per person, in contrast with other hotels where it's normally complimentary.

We were met by two lovely desk clerks who checked us in quickly. Our room is big enough for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location is ideal. We even had access to a private beach. Overall a wonderful stay.

Always call and double check reservations. They missed a day of ours, and then tried to change the rate on us when they fixed it. Additionally, they entered the contact information was typos so it was difficult to even find the reservations.

After driving for three hours to get here I find trash in the bed sheets. I spent the next hour cleaning the entire room and cleaning wrappers out of the bed sheets and trash behind the night stand. Then I had to ask for clean sheets and make the bed. Will never recommend this hotel and will certainly ask for a refund for my room. Disgusted.

Beautiful property & area. Very nice staff. Just need the shower heads moved away from sensors. 2 fire alarms in 9 hours meant no sleep for this guy. It would be great to receive a complimentary stay for my nexy visit! Hint hint!

Nice room layout and friendly staff. Only 3 stars because they put me (an amputee) and my wife very far from an elevator on our wedding night. Not having ADA rooms available is one thing. Not using common sense… you get the point.

Stayed here for a wedding at Tupper Manor and it was wonderful! The location was perfect for getting ready at the hotel and staying overnight after the wedding was over. Rooms were basic but served our needs. It would have been helpful to have a microwave though! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Check in was easy. The room was a little small, but very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows and sheets. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing location for retreats! The customer service is great from all the staff from sales, in houses restaurant. Every one is supper nice! The food was amazing as well. The fountain in the front is absolutely beautiful. A picture perfect place.

I have stayed at the Wylie Inn on numerous occasions and found it to be a pleasant experience and is ideally located to access the greater Cape Ann area.

The room was nice. Didn't get a chance to go to the beach.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were courteous and super helpful in assisting us with questions about Endicott College which we were there to tour. Also was nice to have the Wi-Fi instantly connect anytime I used my phone instead of the delay I go through at other hotels. The coffee maker was a huge hit with my 16 year old as well! Lots of options to choose from. The only downside was that because we were there during their slow season, breakfast was not served during the week which I didn't know beforehand. Will definitely stay again!

This place is great. The rooms are properly maintained, couldn't ask for more. The staff here are wonderful. They will help in anyway they can. The grounds are utterly beautiful. I would stay here again and again if given the opportunity, and I recommend it to anyone.

Average place at best, cant believe the up charge for week before Halloween 300$ for 450 sq feet

Make sure to drive a smaller car too the roads all around town are very narrow.

Great location, there's a beach behind the Tupper mannor. Food is decent. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable.

The Wylie inn was very convenient for the wedding at Tupper Manor. The rooms were clean and for the most part comfortable. Although, I found them overpriced for what was offered. They were very small and they charged $16 for a buffet breakfast, that we've gotten free at other establishments.

Great place for a wedding, enjoyed every minute of my stay. I would stay here again and recommend the Wylie Inn to all my friends.

I attended a sales conference at the Wylie Inn and the service was impecible. It was a nice, clean facility with neat bathrooms, multiple meeting areas, and luxurious rooms.

The hotel has been very accommodating to our group. Conference rooms are clean and large for our whole team. The food has been great and the staff is very professional.

Beautiful location, but hotel used to be dorm rooms for the college across the street so the rooms are small for how much they cost with no amenities.

Rooms were large and comfortable, with plenty of bathroom space. Staff were helpful, but lines at the front desk could be quite long (there were three weddings). The attached wedding venue was very nice, with a view of the sea and a cool outdoor fountain area. There is apparently a path to the shore, but we did not look.

I got a fantastic deal on Priceline! The room was super clean and the bed was very comfy. Really high quality TV also. The shower ruled. Customer service was on point. Beautiful surrounding neighborhood really made our morning.

I am curious about the poor ratings of this conference center. The beds were extremely comfortable, the place is lovely, the food was 5 star, and the staff was lovely. We could not have asked for a better location.

Rooms are small. Bed is small. According to front desk, only two rooms in the whole place have 2 beds. Clean, but disappointed.

Staff was courteous and accomodating. Rooms were a bit small but clean and contain all the essentials. The mattress was a bit springy, but aside from that the room was very comfortable. The location is the big plus, a 10 minute walk from the beach.

We stayed at Wylie Inn and Conference Center for a leisure overnight stay on Beverly Massachusetts. The room, while small, was clean and had everything we needed. Only problem was the bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

Nice place but the man at the reception desk was fairly rude.

Beautiful location and building, nice careful service.

The ceiling was only 7 ft tall in the room and there was barely enough room for our bags. The sheets were extremely cheap and uncomfortable. Not worth 200$ a night. On a side note, alchohol is not allowed in this hotel so don't try to bring in a bottle of wine or some beer… A big reason why I would never stay there again.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. Our room was a tad bit small and the cost was a little pricey. Buy I think it was worth it since we were not bothered and were close enough to enjoy a nice walk to the harbor nearby. I liked that it was sort of off the beaten path and seemed quiet and quaint.

The facilities are clean and private. I enjoyed my stay there.

We've stayed here about 3 times now. Its close to Salem, Boston, and enough of what you go there to see that it was perfect for us. The rates are very, very reasonable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. And over all the place is just "charming" — I never use that word, either. Looking forward to going back when our son gets a little older.
