Clean hot water. Have smoking rooms.
Two complaints. Very simply, if I pay for a non smoking room, I do not expect the room or everything in it to smell like smoke. It was disgusting. My second complaint, if you advertise Wi-Fi, you might want to make it accessible. We had two phones, a tablet and a laptop and none of them held their connections for longer than 16m. Besides the complaints, which were frustrating, the motel itself was what we had expected. The rooms were dark, the carpet is dark and the bed covers are dark. All that stated, if you're looking for a close to the highway, reasonably priced option for an overnight's stay this is a good choice. If your stay is work related and you need Wi-Fi or you''ve decided to binge on Netflix, this would not be a good option.

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. I called them the day before requesting to check out 2 hours late and if they had a pool and was informed it wouldn't be an issue and the pool was indoors. When I arrived I was told we could not check out late and that there was no pool. We were charged before we checked in and the room was dirty with a grim covered shower and marker stains all over the chair in the room. I walked out of the hotel 10 minutes after checking in, the manager was rude when I requested to speak with him and refused to cancel my reservation or apologize for the false information given.
