There are no words! The hosts were attentive, charismatic, and the attention to detail was superb. Our dogs had the best time, and the inner garden was perfect for all of us to relax. The location is perfect, and I would def recommend this place.

The Secret Garden Inn was amazing! If you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness & convenience, this place is it. I am a VERY picky customer when it comes to all three and my expectations were exceeded here! Chip was the best host we could have asked for, not to mention his baking talents — his brownies and cinnamon coffe cake are to die for! My husband and I were looking for a place to escape to for a few days and we really felt as if we had been there an entire week. The Secret Garden is right in the center of town right off Commercial St. Everything is within walking distance. It’s the perfect spot to stay. There are endless choices for places to visit — breakfast, lunch, dinner, cafes & drinks all by the water along with entertainment, sailing & whale watches, etc. We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay and wanted to share our experience so other couples looking for an escape could really enjoy time away with no worries. The Secret Garden was very clean, safe, the room was comfortable, the bathroom was pristine. This place is close to everything and the breakfast was good, they also have delicious treats in the afternoon. Chip the owner was friendly and attentive. As people say “highly recommended”

Great accommodations and the location could not be better. The hosts were super friendly and made us and our dog feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was also very clean and newly renovated. The homemade breakfast treats were excellent, and the private garden seating area in the front was perfect for relaxing in the shade in the afternoons.

The Secret Garden Inn is clean, lovely and beautiful. Chip (one of the owners) made a delicious breakfast every morning and had home baked snacks available in the afternoon. He was friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. Hidden behind Commerical Street, it was a little oasis with a real secret garden but very accessible to all the action in P-Town. It was also a 5-10 minute walk to the ferry to Boston. We were delighted with our visit! — Gabriell and Jon.

The Secret Garden Inn is an amazing bed and breakfast! We had such an amazing time here from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed. Chip and David run an amazing business that makes it feel like home. Kirby the dog is also a great employee! Shout out to the baked goods always on hand. We will definitely be coming back again some day!

We are so pleased with the Secret Garden Inn. The house and our room were equally charming and Chip & David couldn't have been nicer hosts. We were shocked at how quiet the house is while literally only one block from Commercial Street. It's very convenient to all of the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The faucets, shower, and amenities are top-notch and have a luxury feel to them. The breakfast was tasty and saved us a bundle (P-Town is not known for inexpensive dining). The hosts were helpful with offering suggestions and recommendations. We also enjoyed meeting the other guests from around the world. What's not to love about this place?

We spent the week of July 4th at the Secret Garden Inn and would highly recommend it. The rooms are well appointed and freshly remodeled. The upper patio is delightful for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Chip and David are delightful hosts and made us feel so welcome. Breakfast is from 8 to 10 and both David and Chip baked fresh muffins and other goodies every day. We had fresh berries, cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, coffee and juices as well as the fresh baked items. I am an early riser so Chip was nice enough to let me in to when he was baking so I could get a cup of coffee before 8. We watched the fireworks from the upper patio and the view was spectacular! You are far enough off the street that the noise is a non issue and you are smack dab in the middle of all the night spots, art galleries and restaurants. Perfect!

Great location to restaurants, bars, ferry, tourist attractions, shops, etc. Rooms were comfortable, air-conditioned, clean, and updated bathrooms. Service was excellent and the owners bake the best treats! Nice garden to bring back your lunch and eat on the patio. Would definitely stay here again!

Found this great Inn after searching for a last minute trip to Provincetown. How lucky I was to have been able to find a room at Sectet Garden Inn. Location is excellent. The Inn is great. Rooms are well done with baths. Porches on both the main floor and second floor available to all. Great areas to gather and relax in the garden or in the public areas of the Inn. The best part are the proprietors, kind friendly and accommodating. They even serve warm breads and muffins just out of the oven. What a great find. I will be back. Great experience!

What a great stay. Such a perfect location just off the center of town hidden away from the busy streets. The secret garden hosts are there to great you in a truly special historical home. The rooms were well done with baths and air conditioning. Public spaces are tastefully decorated with many indoor and outdoor areas to relax and gather. Each morning the hosts greet you with a delightful breakfast including fresh backed muffins and breads they were actually warm from coming out of the oven. No details unlocked. Best place and value in town. I will be back. Last minute reservations were great. Super friendly. Super great. Nice experience.

I can’t say enough great things about our stay for Memorial Day weekend! The room was incredibly cute and had the deck right off of it. Located right on Commercial street you would never guess it’s there. Perfect location tucked behind beautiful trees, this gem is everything you are looking for in a place to stay. The breakfast was so yummy, with fresh baked muffins, bagels, seasonal fruit, yogurt, and orange juice. The cookies were such a highlight, fresh baked and delicious every single day. Chip and David were so nice and welcoming and always so much fun to talk to. Their dog Kirby was absolutely adorable and sweet as well. We will definitely be returning in the Fall and then again and again. This is a dream come true place to stay. Our little pup loved it too! Thanks for making it such a memorable trip!

My friends and I could not have found a more perfect Bed and Breakfast to enjoy the Provincetown, Cape Cod experience. Chip and David were the perfect hosts making us feel at home and providing delicious breakfast and evening treats. It is in the heart of all the action yet remaining quiet and secluded for rest and relaxation if that is what you are desiring. The Inn is both beautiful and comfortable with much thought into the decor and functionality We could not have enjoyed ourselves more! We all will plan on returning for visits to the Secret Garden Inn! Thank you Chip and David for making our visit so special!

We loved staying here! The inn is in the heart of Commercial Street, steps from everything, but it has a quiet, out-of-the-way feel (it truly feels like a secret garden. ) The rooms are darling and the garden with a gazebo is a great place to sit and read. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious homemade muffins and all the guests happily chatting around a big kitchen table. Chip and David are extremely welcoming and accommodating hosts. They really create a congenial, homey atmosphere. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

Had a great stay at this bed and breakfast. Cozy and the owners are awesome. They have nice bikes to borrow. Make sure you reserve parking as it's cheaper there anywhere else. Look forward to staying here again.

Chip and David are the owners now and have been so since 2016. They are amazing hosts; they are kind, make good recommendations, have funny stories, and are both excellent bakers. The continental breakfast goes way above our expectations and included fruit, yogurt, bagels, coffee, and a homemade baked good. They also make cookies on a daily basis that are amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the other inn guests are nice. The location is fantastic and convenient to everything. Would love to stay with them again! We would give them 6 stars if we could!

The Secret Garden Inn is the best kept secret in Provincetown. Although it's located right in the center of town, you'd never know it. The place was absolutely beautiful — the grounds, the rooms, the hosts — all of it. Chip and Dave were such a great hosts. Chip even made gluten-free muffins. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in PT. I am looking forward to returning again soon.

Chip and David were gracious and attentive hosts! The location (just a block back from the busyness of Commercial Street) was perfect and convenient, the room was exactly as described, the facilities were clean and well — kept, the garden setting was lovely and the baked goods prepared by Chip were absolutely delicious! Would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it.

My wife Lauren and I spent four days and three nights here on our honeymoon. It was perfect all around. Hosts Chip and David are amiable owners who are attentive to whatever you need. They also make the best desserts! Our room was clean and airy, and the bed was comfy. We enjoyed breakfast each morning in the garden, and later reading on the second-floor porch. Despite being right on Commercial Street, the Inn is set back enough where it actually is pretty quiet. We would definitely stay here again on our return trip, and you should consider staying here, too.

To save your time (and mine), I will outline my experience in points: AVOID THIS INN AT ALL COSTS. STEER CLEAR • I found MOLD on my bread • I had to consult a dermatologist upon my return home as a severe rash developped, which was brought on by bed-bugs • The innkeeper, Michael, repeatedly insulted other guests • The innkeeper, Michael, charged my credit card three times, to the point that I had to consult my bank for foul play so the inn would not be able to charge me a fourth time There are better finds in Provincetown. In fact, sleeping outdoors under a bridge would be better.
