Not worth saving money by going there. The rooms are not clean. There were holes in the blankets, stains on the blankets, and a spider on the wall. Although the room is "nonsmoking" there are always people smoking right outside the door and the smell WILL get in your room. There is a window right INSIDE the shower with NO curtain. Additionally, they spent money to add an iron and an ironing rack, but didn't bother to include a blow dryer for your hair. A blow dryer is so much more useful for a trip in cape cod than an ironing machine. Lastly when I woke up in the morning I walked to the office to get some coffee but it was locked and no one was no one was in there. There should always be a staff member in the main office at all times but I don't think this hotel knows that. I had to walk all the way to Sheraton in the morning just for some coffee. The blankets are uncomfortable and the customer service is horrible.

This hotel is FILTHY. Roaches and leaks. When I brought these issues to the main office, the girl shrugged and told me it was 5 Minutes til her shift end (I don't care) maintenance had gone home and there was nothing could be done. So 5 minutes later, right on cue, she was gone. So I rang the supposedly "24 hour front desk" at the Sheraton next door (who owns this place but treats it, and its guests like a deprived stepchild) and no one picked up. I called continuously for fifteen minutes — no response. So finally, at 10:45 at night, I got up and walked to the front desk, where there was a woman named "Tricia" working. When I expressed my understandable distress to her, she said she would call her manager, but she was "sleeping" right now. Apparently, "well wake her up" wasn't a welcome response as she then threatened to call the cops on me. I then rang the number to the her desk, which rang in front of our faces. I asked why she didn't pick up when I called before if the number works. She responded, "I'm busy". The empty lobby begged to differ. This place is GARBAGE. All I want is a clean hotel room with no black mold or roaches. This, and the unhelpful staff at the Sheraton next door, will not deliver that.

Basic place. We checked in and the shower curtain was missing, and the light was out in the bathroom (it was completely dark). These are pretty major items to miss. They did address both items a couple hours later. Later we discovered the TV was "fuzzy", how does that even happen with cable? This is an indication of the quality there.

Dog friendly and cheap. Also your allowed to use the facilities at the four points by sheraton next door so it makes it a little better. They have a indoor pool.

The hotel was not dirty, not immaculate. When we first arrived there was a strong chemical (air freshener? ) smell enough to make me choke. Luckily I always bring a fan with me to hotels. I opened (the only) window openable (besides the small bathroom window) and blasted clean air into the room which solved that problem. No other complaints except he beds were not that comfy (rather hard-ish) super wobbly (every move my husband made woke me) and there were no curtains on the back window so at 5 AM… we were awake. I also noticed the foul smell mentioned by a previous poster out by the check-in area! Something definitely died and the odor was wafting around in the wind. Just hope it wasn't a person! Lol. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very reasonable. Oh! We stayed down the end of the parking lot and there is a tree that when you walk around the corner… will JAB YOU IN THE EYES/FACE. Be careful! Someone should def prune that.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff. I don't have a dog but, it is dog friendly. Diane at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. I will be returning next year.

Great return visit … We stayed here 2 years ago had a wonderful stay with our Golden Retriever… Good basic accommodations, family and pet friendly… We will be back again next month… Very convenient location to Provincetown and the National Parks.

A decent stay… Very no frills, room was cleanish. Bring toiletries as only soap and conditioning shampoo was provided. Only complaint is we stayed in a pet friendly room and it had bugs. Don't know whether that's our or the hotel's fault as we did leave a bowl of dog food on the floor overnight but the door and windows were all shut so that really wasn't a reason to wake up to bugs on the carpet. The area outside of the hotel around the lawn, parking lot, and pool has a very foul smell. The room we stare in smelled fine though. We stayed the night we arrived in Cape Cod and left the next day as early as possible.

Overcharged my credit card, AFTER being ping ponged from here to their "sister" hotel and back! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ocean Park Inn. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. When I got home, however, I noticed on my credit card bill that they had billed me three separate times during the week for the whole stay and only credited my account once. My credit card company has the same information. I have spoken to three separate people, including the accountant Mr. Cameron and they have denied this mistake. My credit card company is disputing it for me but it would be nice for someone there to take charge of the problem and correct it. My post-vacation has become very stressful due to this error.

If you are used to fancy hotels with every amenity then this place is not for you. Bring your own blow dryer. Prepare to live out of yoyr suitcase, because there is very limited clioset space, in fact NO closet. But its pools are great. Good for kids!

The staff was great; friendly and helpful. The grounds and the pool were attractive and clean. The rooms (we had two) were deplorable. Smelly, musty and old and worn out. Dirty rugs, stained tub with a drain that only partially worked so when taking a shower you were standing in dirty water. Bathroom had spiders and I had to kill a large carpenter ant that was walking on the bed. I don't think the filter has ever been changed in the air conditioner/heater; black dust and debris was all over it. The rooms need total renovation and airing out.

Only problem was the water in the shower would swing from scalding hot to ice cold. It went back and forth between the two extremes during my shower.

Being a former volunteer firefighter, the fact that there was a plastic bag on the smoke detector when I first came into the room is unacceptable.

Great staff… clean comfortable rooms… second year we have been here. No complaints.

Overpriced (in summer), run down and noisy motel.
Don't get fooled by the nice establishment pictures. The place looks and feels nothing like it.

I stayed at Ocean Park Inn for a two day stay with my husband and daughter. The woman that I booked with on the phone was AMAZING — thanks Maureen. The woman who checked me in was AWFUL! She was less then helpful, seemed like I was bothering her, was unable to check in early which I know is not guaranteed but told me to come back at noon. When I came back at noon she told me to come back at 1. Came back at 1 and was told to come back at 3. Was offered to shower at the Sheraton next door. Was able to get one room key at 2:30 and had to come back for the 2nd room key when I returned from the event I was in town for. Room was finally cleaned and accommodated the three of us. When I booked the room I was told we could use the accommodations at the sister hotel next door — indoor pool, outdoor pool, restaurant, and bar. The restaurant and bar were closed for the time we were there with no information about that. I was not satisfied with our stay overall and would not recommend this place to stay.

Need a place to stay on your travels, well look no more! Great place to hang your hat. Thanks Ocean inn.

Customer beware. My daughter was married on cape cod on 7 september 2013. I shopped early in the year for hotel rooms as I was paying for a number of my family members. This inn is owned by the same person who owns the 4 points by sheraton next door which is part of the starwood chain. Don't be fooled. This is a outdated dirty musty facility. I was quoted $139.00 per night. This place is not worth $80.00 a night. The service was bad, there was thrash in front of my room which was not picked up the 4 days we were there. I was embarassed for putting my family in seven rooms in this dump. Tiles falling off the walls, stained sinks, 19" tvs, torn dirty carpet, bugs, you name it. It was bad-bad-bad.

I stayed in the over-sized family suite on the second floor. It was just what we were looking for as far as space requirements and price. I stayed there 1 night with my husband, our daughter, my sister, and mother. We were not in each others way there was plenty of room. We ordered food from the restaurant at the Four Points and had really bad luck with it. Nothing was right, everything was cold, the meat was undercooked. It was bad but when I called to let them know they took the whole order off of our bill with no hassle. I can tell you about this great breakfast place down the road called Laura and Tony's Kitchen. The best breakfast buffet I have ever been to. Just constantly bringing out homemade goodies you can't get enough of.

This is a good affordable hotel. My children enjoyed the pool and the hammocks. The room was clean, and the air conditioner worked. Guests have access to amenities of the 4 Points Sheraton next door, including two computers with internet access. It is close to beaches and conveniently located. The front desk was friendly. We would stay there again — — unless we get a lot richer.
